High GD community, Week 7, Theres been a lot of rain last week, heavy winds. A lot of dust blew into the greenhouse. Theres also an attack of snails. Bcs the natural barrier of straw was blown away. Those sneeky bastards!!!🔪🔪🐌 First flowers appear on the zuchinis, theyve been growing a lot. Big fat leafs! The eggplants recovered 100% and showing new growth on top of the plant. Melons keep having a hard time, so i bought a other 1, same strain, only a F1 version. 🤞 Spanish peppers have their first flowers. 2 newbies are red pointed sweet paprika. And cucumber not triving yet. 1 died, so i bought 2 new ones, just to be sure. Of all the little pots my son made, nothing sprouted yet, except for some weeds. He was a bit dissapointed all week nothing appeared, reallife lessons in patience and failure. This week ive started siefing my compost pile. While i was turning over some parts of the compost, i noticed a lot of bummblebees swerving around. Than i found this hairy ball that was buzzing. If i knew they had their home installed, i would have been less brutal. Its a hard job turning over more tgan 1 qubic meter of plantmaterials and soil all mixed. So ive restored the place a bit, covered the space so the rain coulnt get onto the nest. As you can see, those bees are working their white ass off to get thinks back in place. Just a few hours after(14h) they are back in business. I also was astonished by how much wind those big fat bumblebees produce. Dust is swirling up when they hoover above the soil. Ive planted the iceberg lettuce togethere with an other 6 4 seasons lettuce, and covered the space for the intens rains and winds of last week. Thats it for this weeks adventure!! 🙏🌿🌿🌿🙏

This one is now finally in it's new home. Homemade Aeroponic System after 11 weeks of low T5 bulb action This is an interesting strain as the last harvest was small and not what i had expected. Hoping this new system might bring up the numbers mind you the weed is a very nice smoke with very hard buds.😎

Haven’t updated recently due to work/getting my forklift license, long story short I passed and now onto the plants. The gelato are looking very well so far, switched the lights to 12/12 half way through week 4 so should be another week of stretch and then we will have the flower production (my favourite part) I’ve seen some weird marks on some leaves, not sure what they are or if their a problem but they don’t seem to be spreading etc so idk what it is but they seem healthy imo.

Plagron Seedbooster Plus did the trick; all 3 of my Green Gelato seeds from Royal Queen Seeds sprouted after 3 days in soil. In above photo's you'll also see my Plagron feeding schedule. I think I'll veg them 2 weeks longer but couldn't select 8 weeks in the Plagron Nutrient Calculator (I hope they'll change that for the future since a 60 day veg is quite normal). But on the other hand, I think feeding in the last 2 weeks of veg will be the same as week 6.

Welcome to the smallest harvest in my grow-tent! The LSD from barneys farm: GROW: This little plant grew extremely well in her 4 Liter pot and took as much nutrients as I wanted to give! She was really small in her vegetative Phase, but she stretched pretty much in flowering and developed nice and strong branches! Her height was about 30 cm and the smallest plant in my grow tent, due to the small size of her pots! I just wanted to try her and I had a small space between the other plants, so I decided to leave her there! I really liked her structure and her leaves, which looked really wild and rough😍 HARVEST: I put my LSD into a vase for 2 weeks for ripening, because she developed some bananas in her flowers! But luckily there is no seed in any bud of my plants, so I think I’ve done it well! I harvested her mostly wet, which made it take much longer... other than that it was fun to harvest her, came out with 16,7 g dry buds and 7 grams of cuttings! That’s pretty cool for me because she was just a small experiment if I can place a fifth plant in my tent, usually I would have put her outdoors! BAG APPEAL: 8/10 She surely has a nice sativa-structure in her buds, although no hints of purple or blue in them. The green is really bright and fresh, looks like high quality weed for sure! She is not that hardly trichome-covered like my blue gelato, but sure she has some pretty shiny calyxes! SMELL: 8/10 Her smell is really musky and earthy, as well as sweet at the end, which makes it a really nice bouquet of flavours to experience when you smell at the jars filled with her buds! Personally I love her smell! TASTE: 8/10 She already tastes pretty good in my storm vaporiser, but she’s not totally cured yet. I prefer the taste of my strawberry lemonade, but this one definitely has some hints of mint! EFFECT: 9/10 Her effect is really strong, crawling up your mind and your body really slowly, but lasts for about 4 hours! When you smoke it, you firstly get the feeling of happiness and classic red and dry eyes, but than it disappears and comes back with a really trippy and colourful effect! It’s like having a window between you eyes and the reality, and this window Is coloured in rainbow colours! Not as intense as mushrooms, but it surely has some relation to this effect. After a funny and giggly time and another few vape-hits, she’ll ,,blast you into another dimension“ - for real! I was so passed out, couldn’t barely speak, but still feeling damn fine and just perfect! Still I prefer the effect of my Shiskaberry due to her more talkactive effect and the need to walk. Also Shiskaberry is more trippy than this one, also related to the effect in your mind, including you thoughts and your state of mind! I Vaped this strain at 200-220 degree Celsius, which made her producing big clouds of tasty vapour! We smoked 0.6 g in this evening, we were 4 people and 1 of them Is a heavy smoker since years! But she was passed out same as we were😅 so all in all a really nice strain, we smoked it in the evening outdoors, but I think at a sunny day in the park this strain might be even better! She is going strong into flowering, lots of leaves fading fast, defoliated the far gone leaves but trying to keep stress to a minimum. Loving the purple colors she is putting out.

I'm doing an organic soil grow using Purple Cow Organics for the substrate. For germination and seedling phase, I'm using their Seed Starter mix. Once they are ready to focus on vegetative growth, I will transplant them into 5 gallon fabric AutoPots using Purple Cow's Indicanja soil. This is a "water only" soil that I will be attempting to use without feeding much additional nutrients, except for Bloom City Cal-Mag, since I will be using RO water. My tent has CO2 enrichment, so I will be using ~25% higher DLI levels starting at week 2 or 3 than are typical for photoperiod grows. I will adjust as necessary based on how the plants react. #2 and #3 emerged from soil after 2 days (August 22). #1 and 4 took two extra days to be fully emerged with open cotyledons (August 24). During germination, I had VPD set to 0.5 kPa. PPFD was 200 and DLI was around 13, with an 18 hour light cycle. CO2 levels are between 1000-1400 ppm. I included a video showing and explaining my AutoPot and AirDome setup and my general plans for this first grow.

Good morning, weekly update time! Today is day 41 of flower, the fade has started but the ladies are still bulking up and putting on weight! Prob start checking trichs in ten -14 days or so but like I said weight is stil increasing and white pistils are still dominant. Last week they got their last dose of recharge tea, I’ll probably give them fish shit one more week! I also gave them one last fruit compost tea I made with apple, cucumber, kiwi, and banana peels! Here on out there isn’t much to do and it’s getting boring for me, I liked working with them topping and training etc but now I just check on them once a day. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)
