🇺🇸Grow Journal🇺🇸– Week 5 – Mother Gorilla (Royal Queen Seeds) Week 5 Summary This week didn’t go as planned. I switched nutrients, and the plant didn’t respond well, possibly due to overfeeding. I probably should have transitioned more gradually to avoid stressing it. Nutrient Issue • Previously used: Formulex • New nutrient: Ionic Hydro Grow • Possible cause: Ionic Hydro Grow has a higher concentration of nutrients than Formulex. The sudden increase may have stressed the plant. • Symptoms: The new leaves are showing signs of damage, which could indicate nutrient burn. Typically, deficiencies affect older leaves first, so it seems more like an excess—but I can’t say for sure. Corrective Actions • Diluted the nutrient solution to lower the EC. • Initial EC: 2.6+ (but my tap water already has a high EC, so the actual nutrient EC is hard to determine). • New EC: Below 2, but again, since my starting EC is high (around 0.8-0.9), it’s difficult to get an exact reading of the nutrient contribution. • pH adjusted to 5.9-6.0. Current Conditions • Light schedule: 18 hours • Humidity: 70% • pH: 5.9-6.0 • EC: Below 2 (but actual nutrient EC remains uncertain). Next Steps • Observe the plant and see if it recovers. • Adjust the next nutrient mix carefully to avoid overfeeding. • Continue light training (LST), but growth has slowed due to stress. Hopefully, the plant will bounce back. 9/8 starting to look frosty, starting to ever so slightly start looking more like buds. Switched to beastie bloomz. Shes the one plant barely affected by these high winds we have. Shes a short stocky ultra durable plant producing heavy resin so far 9/10 plants filling out nicely. I lollipopped some of the lower branches that werent really producing any buds at all. Should've done it like a month ago but oh well.

Do Si Dos is one of Zamnesia's favorite strains, this time we grew it in the F1 Hybrid Automatic version and we have two plants. The one you see in most of the photos that was worked with a main lining and due to its characteristics of low internodal distance and the slightly cold climate it remained in Bonsai style. It will not be a huge production but from the structure and the start of flowering we are ready to bet that it will be beautiful. Of the other one left to grow straight I will only put a few photos in the growbox and as soon as it is ready however it will have the full service like the others, the plants worked with the techniques have stolen a bit of the scene from the plants left to grow straight which are obviously finishing a bit earlier. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. We are still in the early flowering program that maintains the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. Resin/scents/taste: Truly an excellent level of resin and a fantastic coffee/chocolate scent that develops from the trichomes, it wouldn't be easy to say that it's CBD if I didn't know, delicious already in the dry room ready for 15-20 days of treatment and then off to the Autoflower World Cup, they definitely go in the CBD category. Production: The amount of grass is not bad at all, considering that they grew in full winter in vegetative mode, that they are in an 11-liter pot, in my opinion we are around 100 grams both maybe a little less. Let's remember 10 weeks guys now the plants go very fast without losing quality.... At least those of Zamnesia... I'm very happy to have some CBD to consume, I recently ran out of oil and I miss it a bit.
