Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. She's almost done. Starting to see cloudy so I'm just continuing to water. Started the water only last week so things should start to fade out alil more now. .. Definitely learned alot for next time I run this strain. Gonna be fun to redo. See how this week goes tho, not the biggest plant but for the minimum amount of inputs she's done well. Thank you for checking out week 3 of my Stracciatella DWC grow! Quite a bit of growth this week, despite me running into quite a few problems this week, we had a heat wave and I was not prepared, causing some heat stress. I topped the plant at the 5th node and added some LST anchors, I will be topping her a few more times whilst low stress training . I'm still going with the same strategy of adding organics during the weekend, but I'm still not sure about it, especially not with the heat, Power roots does discolour my roots and causes some black gunk to accumulate at the top, I don't like that. speaking of discolouring, Biobizz CalMag makes my water super cloudy, which I hope is normal. I'll be moving my tent to a better climate soon, I do believe the heat further stunted my plant, She's still doing well however and it should be smooth sailing going forward, Unless nature throws something else my way. Day 79 (First Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! It's the start of a new week, and we're now on day 79 of our first grow. The flowering phase is progressing beautifully, with the buds getting bigger and frostier day by day. 🌸✨ We've started to see the formation of orange hairs, which is a promising sign of the buds maturing. The plants are looking healthy and vibrant, and the SCROG net is helping to keep everything well-supported and evenly exposed to light. Humidity issues from last week are still being monitored, and we're considering adding a dehumidifier to ensure optimal conditions as we move closer to harvest. It’s another week of flowering for my plant, and it’s turning out beautifully. You can slowly see purple colors appearing on almost all the buds. All the buds are covered with tons of trichomes — I can hardly believe it, such a beautiful plant.

In All it was a great Harvest, Great Strain that i will definitely run again pretty soon actually, just going to make sure I do a better job at transplanting this time around.

Hi all! Grow room- no updates on the grow area status as usual. Blue dream auto- the blue dream plant is definitely starting to settle in to the flower. And just going through the motions. I kinda like I left some branches y’all in the back. If it would have been even I don’t think they would be getting as good as lighting so that’s a plus. Ppm 850 Master kush. The master kush is didn’t really do as big of a stretch the first week of flower like I thought it would. Maybe this week... all those toppings I did definitely paid off she bushing like crazy definitely. Ppm 800 Until next time #StayKited

Added some CO2 to help with photosynthesis while at higher temps. These ladies really blew up at the end of last week and this week! The smell has really starting to be noticeable and pistols / flowers are finally showing! Side note I finally got more seeds to replace the one I lost early on. These ladies are really starting to become a treasure. Ended my LST this week.

Las plantas siguen creciendo y formando flores. A la mitad les e aplicado una defoliacion selectiva de hojas primarias para abrir paso a las ramas bajas y agrupar la planta de esta forma consigues plantas mas compactas al no tener que alejarse tanto las ramas del tallo para recibir luz. La otra mitad no lo a necesitado al ser un fenotipo mas xativo y corto. El aporte de co2 las hace trabajar bastante y aguantar la dosis de nutrientes diaria. Solo se riega una vez a la semana con sensizym. La distancia internodal de algunas plantas es espectacularmente corta. Llos cogollos ya estan unidos y apenas han comenzado a salir. Muy ansioso por ver como continua esta variedad de barneys farm. En el ultimo video podeis ver el plano general y la diferencia que hay entre el fenotipo mas xativo y el fenotipo indico a pesar de ser todas dos si dos 33 y estar bajo las mismas condiciones.

Pictures taken on day 78 since sprout for the Northern Lights (left/right), day 75 for the Orion (middle). NL#2 (left) still more and more rust colored spots, won't get better I gave up but bulking nicely. NL#2 (right) comming along, looking healthy, bulking up. Orion (middle) was chopped up for the most part to give the Northern Lights more space. I expect a 1kg+ wet yield for each Northern Light. Did a little final defoliation and rearranged the Northern Lights a little. Did a reservoir change at the beginning of the week and added a little more Universol Yellow than Yara Kristalon Orange to get more P. Trichomes are clear/milky on the Northern Lights, probably 2 more weeks. NL#2 smells kind of fruity/lemony fresh.

Surprising growth, they are showing Mg deficiency but I don't know if it's the dysregulated ph that I'm not following. Flowers are everywhere and the LST is helping to distribute space. The plant that underwent TOP pruning had less growth.

yesterday I did a major defoliation of the mid and upper canopy, getting noticeably more light penetration. I also visited my local hydroponic store this week and purchased me a liter of power si bloom. overdrive and moab. not going to start the MOAB or overdrive till week seven. I’m very curious to what my overall harvest we will be seeing that this is my first grow and all. hopefully everything is going good so far I can’t notice any deficiencies myself if anybody else sees anything feel free to let me know, thank you
