Week 8 of flower... swelling up great... smelling beautifully... trichomes are getting cloudier. Will check again next Monday and see if she needs to go another week.

Week 7 Update: Welcome to the Jungle! (Flowering has officially begun) General Observations: Week 7 is here, and the stretch is on! The plant has officially transitioned into the flowering phase. As you can see from the photos, bud sites are developing rapidly all over the plant, and there is an explosion of white pistils (hairs) at every top. The plant seems incredibly happy and vigorous right now. Training & Canopy Management: The Low Stress Training (LST) has been paying off massively. You can see in the close-up shots how the green LST clips and wire ties have successfully kept the main stem bent and the canopy even. Because of this, multiple colas are reaching the top of the canopy and getting an equal share of the light. The stems are thickening up nicely to support the future buds. I'm keeping a close eye on the clips and wires to ensure they aren't choking the stems as they grow thicker. Plant Health: Overall health is excellent. The foliage is a lush, dark green, indicating that nitrogen levels have been solid through the vegetative stage. No major signs of stress, pests, or deficiencies. The leaves are praying upwards, which means she is loving the light and current environmental conditions. Next Steps for this Week: Nutrients: Now that she is heavily developing flowers, I will be adjusting/continuing the bloom nutrients to give her the Phosphorus and Potassium (P-K) she needs to swell those buds, while slowly easing off the Nitrogen. (Edit this part based on your actual feeding schedule) Defoliation: I might do some very light defoliation of the lower, shaded leaves that aren't getting light, just to improve airflow and direct the plant's energy strictly to the top colas, but I don't want to stress her out too much during the stretch. Plant 1 is starting to fatten up nicely , if I had to guess its got about 3-4 weeks left yippee... Plant 2 is basically almost ready she is eating herself slowly , I'd give her about a week or two will see , all trics are milky so I don't know if I want to do amber as I have never tried a full milky sativa before .. Also plant 2 went much faster than I expected 10 to 12 weeks but now seems like its done... Obviously more of a hybrid pheno then ..the white pistols you see are just new ones that poped up the past couple of days.. Plant 3 is dying off unfortunately have no idea why..

Week 5: Repotting and Training Hello dear weed friends, I’m back with my fifth weekly report on my grow with four different strains: Lemon Gelato, Orange Sherbert, Apple Fritter and Bruce Banner. This week was very eventful for me, as I repotted all my plants into their final pots and trained them further. Here are the details: I repotted all the plants into 19-liter pots, as they had too much thirst for the smaller pots. The roots were very healthy and strong, which made me very happy. I covered the soil with a layer of perlite to protect it from drying out and ward off pests. I treated all the plants with LST (Low Stress Training) by tying them down. This resulted in them all having about the same height and a nice bushy overall picture. You can see that on the pictures I sent you. I ordered a special scrog net from a friend that came to my mind. It is supposed to be an innovative solution to optimally distribute and support the plants. I’m very curious about how it will work, but I will only test it in my third grow. My provisional net, which I actually wanted to use, unfortunately tore when I hung it up. That annoyed me a lot, but I quickly came up with an alternative. I used some hooks and tent poles that I had left over to make a makeshift net. You can also see that on the pictures. I’m now very happy with my plants, even the Lemon Gelato seems to regulate itself. She had some problems with nutrient uptake at first, but now she looks much better. I still fertilize according to schedule with all the fertilizers possible for me. I use all the options of the fertilizer that you can read in the fertilizer directory. They are bulking up a bit more. Still nice and bushy both, still think both will be female. Finally, colours are getting greener and they are filling out nicely. Last couple of weeks before harvest, when my tent is filled to the edges on all sides and the plants can only go up is the moment I will hit the switch to 12/ 12. Chopped on day 67, could have gone longer. But DAMN this blew past all my expectations, mostly because of the lighting challenges. I got 126 grams with 5 weeks of veg with a less than optimal positioned 400 hps, HELL YES. Not to mention it is probably the best THC strain I have ever had, certainly the best smelling, at least.

Bueno, ya empiezan a tocar las fotos guapas jajajajaja Les metí el corte este domingo pasado a todas para dejarlas listas para el engorde. Vamos a ver que tal. Quizás esta al menos de momento es la que tiene los pompones mas gordetes, la que aspira a mayor tamaño de cogollos.

In Woche 3 zeigt die GMO Rootbeer richtig, was in ihr steckt. Der umgelegte Head aus der letzten Woche hat perfekt auf das LST reagiert: Die unteren Triebe sind deutlich nach oben gekommen und beginnen aktiv um die Spitzenposition zu konkurrieren. Genau so soll es aussehen, wenn man früh mit dem Biegen startet. Die Pflanze bleibt insgesamt kompakt, aber das Wachstum hat klar an Tempo zugelegt. Mehr Blattmasse, breitere Fächerblätter und deutlich sichtbare Knotenabstände — alles ein Zeichen dafür, dass sie die Trainingsmaßnahmen gut wegsteckt. Auch der Hauptstamm wird zunehmend stabiler, was das weitere Formen einfacher macht. Mit leichten, täglichen Korrekturen im LST wurde der Head in der Position gehalten, während die Seiteäste weiter nachgezogen haben. Keine Stressanzeichen, kein Hänger — GMO Rootbeer scheint das sehr gut zu vertragen. Die Bewässerung blieb moderat, immer im Wechsel zwischen leicht antrocknen lassen und wieder frisch gießen. Der Wurzelballen scheint sich gut entwickelt zu haben, die Pflanze steht fest und zeigt keinerlei Mangelerscheinungen. Alles in allem eine sehr produktive Woche, in der die Struktur für einen breiten, gut belichteten Wuchs gelegt wurde. Wenn sie so weitermacht, wird sie in Woche 4 eine richtig schöne, gleichmäßig geformte Veg-Pflanze.
