MORE COMING! -- DEC 19 2020 - Harvest Day Chem-Bomb Auto .. DONE. Step-Brothers ... CHOPPED. Buds.. TRIMMED. Giving them my first bud wash tomorrow! Already juiced the lemon, have the spring water, and off-brand baking soda because COVID has every place sold out of Arm&Hammer 😂 Dale: 50 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 15 Grams Trim/Larf = Total 65 Grams Wet Brennan: 55 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 12 Grams Trim/Larf = 67 Grams Wet Total Wet: 132 Grams (Buds/Stems/Trim) Looks like I'm getting in and around the "1 Ounce per Auto Plant" range with my basic soil/hand feed system. The CMOG from my other diary looks like it will be my first 1OZ plant when it dries. With my past experience of wet buds drying out to about half of bud weight, I'm hoping that they both come in JUST under an Oz a piece. Going to update with more pictures, going to take a couple days to dry and get a good weight and hopefully get somewhere close to the 64 grams of the ONLY sized Boveda packs I have right now 😇 -- UPDATE - Dec 20 2020 - Cure Day 😵😭 i once again got my hopes up by pulling the classic male "over-exaggerating" and all the wet weight came from the main stems. After 3 days or so of drying both plants together came in just under an ounce. The smell is great and I have no doubt it's quality bud but I need to up my density game somehow for sure. New nutrients or better set up, still very low-end with all my equipment as I've just slowly been finding affordable pieces to add as I go. Maybe more light? Feel free to hit me up below with ideas short of switching to a Hydro set up 😹 I can hardly afford my bags of soil so I definitely couldnt keep up with the financial costs of a Hydro set up yet 😓 Have had a few bowls of the dried/uncured bud and it's very nice, clean, and crazy good for being uncured at this point. After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Pas de nutriments cette semaine, le sol continue de s'acidifier donc on laisse la plante utiliser les nutriments du sol. J'ai par contre donner du cal-mag en petite quantité car elle en manque définitivement, du Boo-bloom en foliar feed et des enzymes. Je vois du mauve qui commence à apparaître sur les sugar leaves et les stems sont rouge pétant ce qui est bizzare car je ne crois pas que ce soit un trait normal de cette strain. J'ai même contacté Q.C.S par rapport à ça mais aucune réponse. À chaque jour j'enlève des feuilles jaunes. Je me suis aussi débarassé des clones, c'était trop de travail en plus pour 3g. Les racines ont poussées et c'est tout ce que je voulais voir.

Hello beautifull people! These are the final weeks. Started flushing this week. Strictly water! Im having a hard time keeping the humidity low... So i placed two passive dehumidifiers. 1 in and 1 outside the tent. And i have a fan blowing air over the buds. Lets hope that will suffice. Dont want to use high power using equiment. Power here is hella expensive. Added a vid displaying juicy nugs.

This week has seen a lot of bushing out. The Banana Kush has certainly found its legs and taken to flower like. Duck to water. Each day tucking leaves under the net but starting to see bud sites slowly forming.

Great start for week 10 did some defoliation,they look so happy and healthy, I had issues with the plants they responded well to LST and defoliation. I make sure to remove some leaves here and there. The most important thing to me me in this stage is to make sure they have perfect airflow.

Auf Dünger habe ich verzichtet und die erste Pflanze wurde gespült. In ein bis zwei Wochen sollte dann auch endlich die Ernte sein. Habe jetzt nur festgestellt, das eine Pflanze gezwittert sein muss und ich vereinzelt ein paar Samen an der Royal Gorilla habe, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, da der Großteil der Blüten nicht befruchtet wurde und ich so noch ein paar Samen zum experimentieren habe 😬 Ansonsten heißt es beobachten und abwarten, auch wenn der Duft schon sehr verführerisch ist...🤤

Well, this week has been iffy! I have to make a correction...the lights I used before were my headlights, documented in my previous grow. It seems the green lights kept my plants in veg. I have since removed them and continued forward as scheduled. We'll see what happens from here. If they correct, I'll have a mess on my hands and a lesson learned, lol. Hello. Just a quick update as I didn't do much. only watering. Mid 7th week, everything going fine in the tent, they are beginning to make some resin and smell, Gave some microelements to see if the intervenal discoloration gets better. It didn't got worse in the last days anyway so I'm positive it won't be much of an issue in the end. Ciao!

Finally started blooming! Hope the main-lining baby will folow others, loooks a bit scanty now.

Let’s go Day 36 !!! This week went real great, girls built up a lot of structure, and stayed super healthy ! Today they got fed just water phd at 6.5 ! They been really loving that balance! I also removed a lot of under trim since we are going into preflower , so had to shave up those legs lol ! It’s really great for them , the love that airflow , but don’t take off too much or you could shock your plants so be careful ! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week !
