W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 21-6 After 14 days of slow drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 It was a very nice daytime smoke, tasted sweet-sour. End results: 74.26 Grams of bud 57.90 Grams of small buds and trim, in the freezer for bubble hash. I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! If you are interested in me making bubble hash feel free to follow me as i will make some in the next month, this way you keep notified!

Day 15- 4/10/21: Welcome to the first day of the 3rd week.... Happiness.... big one. They look amazing.... really so some changes: Lamp is set to be on 150W approx 60% of the full power..... enough..... they love this ViparSpectra XS2000.... So Do I..... Himidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation is fine every 2 hours switched on for 5 min.... Watering like 0.06 l per day.... Started some fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family /before someone ask why I use BioBloom and Top Max in veg just beacuse lol/ And... Epsom salt.... Ratio can be found just scroll down.... And yes, I do it on Tuesday and Saturday except the Epsom just 1x a week the rest then 2x for now. All of them are beautiful and the first LST has been done basically just bent them to the right or left haha for now except Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry because they are basically just 2 weeks old so too young to be trained. I assume Blue Berry has a little funny deficiency but I am sure she will be okay anyways I will colour her back lol with some magic nutrition 🤣🤣🤣 I am happy ;) As you can see 2 of them are smaller /Afghani Gold, Spliffs Strawberry/ because they are younger: planted 1 week later as the first germination failed. Pictures sYs everything so not much more to say... ;)

(Days 21-28) (Day 23) I like the amount of stretch I’m seeing on practically all the plants. I'm going to lower the light at the end of the week to stop the stretch. The more stretch they get in veg the less I have to lollipop or prune down the road. Makes lst easier too. I’m going to try topping this week. Last time I topped at the 7-10th nodes and didn’t get the best horizontal growth. This round I’m ready to give everything 3 or more toppings, stay on top of training and defoliate much less. This soil looks insane. I should have added a thicker layer of oats because it’s starting to look proper. (Day 24) Got my stuff from the hydro store today and amended my soil again. Next visit I will be grabbing a P booster like bat guano before I enter flower. Today, I got the 2gal pots, some primo worm castings, 5-2-4 insect frass, 0-0-22 langbenite, 1-0-3 alfalfa meal and an exhale co2 bag. Guy at the store said it gets his 4x4 tent 1000ppm+. It takes a few weeks at least for it to start putting out any amount of co2. I got the room sealed and two fans bowing. I fed a compost tea with a little bit of each dry amendment, BSO dry compost, boogie brew base and worm castings aerated for 24h. I diluted it to about 850ppm which still might be a little high. (Day 25) Opened a bottle of EM1 that was improperly stored and it exploded all over me and part of the tent. I wiped off the plants but there is still specks here and there. Cleaned it off and sprayed with method1 pps. (Day 26) Topped 9/15 plants. Will do the rest next week once I see a little more growth. 5 of the bbb’s I started 6 days after everything else so they are still quite behind. I’m going to push the transplant another few days until they recover. Going to start lst after transplant. (Day 28) Transplanting into 1.6gal pots that I thought were 2gals tonight... Depending on how many females I get, they will be going into either 3, 7 or 10 gallon fabric pots. Growth is looking solid so far, zkittlez and the 3 WW’s are leading the pack in terms of growth speed and cotes are yellowing out. I’m pretty sure what I have is a zkittlez bagseed but there is also a strong chance it could have been from some shitty Canadian biker weed. I accidentally misplaced the seed so it’s possible it got mixed up and I germinated the wrong one. Judging by the rapid growth I’d say that’s a fair bet. Biker weed is notoriously fast growing. Either way it won’t be hard to tell once they’re in flower. The white widow is probably going to be a breeze. I’ve heard that’s why it’s so popular too. It’s just a hardy rookie strain with good resistance, decent quality and above average yield. A sure investment. The blackberries are lagging behind but I’m sure they will blow the others away in terms of quality. One of the tunas looks great and the other is a stubby runt. The stubby runt I currently have in flower is killing it right now so I’m not writing it off yet. Can’t wait to see if the tuna god produces some nostalgic smells. Tuna strains are still super popular on the Canadian black market. I plucked the first set of leaves that were starting to appear on each plant. These branches almost always turn to larf and they're so small I can't that stressing the plants out at all this early. If anything, the zkittlez and white widows need to slow down a bit anyway. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research over the past year into what causes weed and cigarettes to have black ashes/poor fire holding capacity. Smoking black weed drives me crazy because it’s all the legal and black market have nowadays. The cigar industry has numerous studies on the cause of ash color and burn rate and apparently it has to do with the ratio of mineral content in the soil/water. Soil/water that is high in phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and other heavy metals will burn poorly and reduce to flaky black ashes. Whereas soil that has higher levels of potassium and calcium carbonate have thick uniform white ashes with no streaks. Calcium carbonate (wood ash, biochar) can also prevent heavy metals in the soil making them unavailable to the plant. I’m discontinuing my “Organic cal mag” as it is full of chlorine which I did not realize when buying it. I’m going to be pretty cheesed if that stuff ruined the burn of my current flowering crop. My dog also found and destroyed my Alaskan fish fertilizer so that’s being discontinued for now too.

Hi guys! long time no see. its been a long journey this pass year thinking about popping some beans. Well the day has come, i couldn't take it any longer. If you've followed my previous diary, i was waiting for this house I'm living at to sell but its been slow since march and i really feel like its going to be on market for a while with going price. Im taking a gamble here and if it does happen to sell i got 60 day or so to move out and i think worse comes to worse i got a friend who can transport them safely and care for them while i move. Lets get this going !! Femenized M39 Granddady ( m39xGranddaddy purple ) I'm very eager to see these girls grow big ! They are currently substrate germinating. I bought 5 from Q.C.S and they threw in 4 Quebec White Feminized seeds which i donated to a friend who hasn't planted them yet. Very satisfied with the packaging Q.C.S provided and the bonus. Eager to see you guys follow these girls through their life ! Thanks for popping by. Edit: I was using a no name peat I had laying around that had dried out, I picked up an organic micro active pro mix peat today and fished out the seeds. They had successfully germinated and I picked them up with tweezer ever so gently and placed into new smaller cups. I think some may frown and say I should have left them but the tap roots were only like 1cm just coming out. In my opinion no different than grabbing em off a wet paper towel. I just wanted them to have best success at growing strong with healthier medium. I have faith i did the right move for better seedlings. 8) see you guys when we have life appearing outside the cup :D we also plan on doing this whole grow Organic. Will be my first time all Organic Day 4, Seedlings are emerged and strong. Light is set to 21 inches from the seedlings. Ive mixed the live soil two weeks early and will continue to stir daily. I fed the live soil ( pro mix organic ) Gaia Green 4-4-4, Epsom salt at 1 teaspoon per litre. and black earth.(documented in a book ) with home made fruit and egg shell compost. eyed up a 1:3 ratio of perlite. 1:3 Worm casting. I gave the soil a treatment of Monkey Juice microbes. Should be some very healthy soil when it comes time to use it. PPE arrived aswell, not taking chances with contamination this time as it made my last grow very challenging. Added a clip of grow room im using. Fresh air induction and exhaust running to outside the house with a carbon filter installed.

So we are approaching the end of week 4 and she is in 100 percent flower mode now, she's looking a touch pale as I gave her a water through to check the EC which came out at 1.0 and since then I've been waiting for her to dry out and now she is on full dose of everythin which is an EC of 1.9-2.0 The stretch finished about Wednesday/Thursday this week and i would say ive still got a bit of head room so the next ones I might let get a bit taller Hopefully in about 4 weeks she will be ready for the chop, im anticipating some proper weight and resin production in the next 2 weeks 🤞 Happy growing everyone!!

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! I am not that versed in checking preflowers, though I know the difference for sure once flowering starts, but it appears both of these may be ladies! 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. Also, as shown in the pictures, and while still under 18/6 light, DC#2 has developed balls, and is definitely a male. I have been contemplating growing any males out for pollen, but that just might be further down the road for me. He will likely get the plug soon. On the plus side, DC#1 definitely has hairs!

🌿 Permanent Marker – Pheno #2 | Harvest Report (Week 13 From Seed / Week 9 Flower) A special chapter, done in a special way. 🌟 A Little Apology First… My dear GrowDiaries family — before anything else, let me start with a small but sincere apology. Because of the new file upload limitations, I had to divide the harvest + trim + drying reports into separate entries. I wish I could show everything in one flow, but I didn’t want to risk losing photos, videos, or important details. So today’s update is fully dedicated to Pheno #2, and next week we’ll honor Pheno #1 with the same love and detail. Thank you for your understanding — and thank you to @GrowDiaries for constantly improving the platform. 💚 🌸 HARVEST – Permanent Marker Pheno #2 (The compact queen who surprised us all.) Where do I start? This girl… wow. She stayed compact, she stayed green, she stayed loyal to her structure — and yet she exploded with floral terpenes and resin in a way I did not expect. She was also, in the end, the fluffier of the two phenos — but fluffy in a good way. Fluffy with volume, aroma, and resin. Not weak — not airy — just beautifully textured. The Reality Check — Bud Rot We did find one single bud showing a small spot of rot. This was expected considering the heat and humidity battles of the room. Others in the room showed more issues — but she held incredibly strong. Nothing major — nothing that affected quality. One bud tossed away, the rest? Absolutely perfect. Just honesty and transparency here, as always. Drying Process We dried her whole plant, hung upside down, untouched for 14 days in a stable environment. Two weeks later, she was crispy on the outside, perfectly cured inside — exactly how I love it. ✂️ Hand Trim – The Love Work Every leaf removed by hand. Scissors, fingers, patience, and care — nothing machine-handled, only craft. She trimmed beautifully, leaving behind full, round, fragrant buds. Final Weight & Cure After trimming and preparing: ➡️ 212 grams dry & cured Official, stable, clean weight. A fantastic result for a compact plant. Everything went into Grove Bags, sealed, labeled with Zamnesia strain tags to keep everything organized for the long cure. She cured for 2.5 months, and my love… She became magic. 🌈 Flavors, Aromatics & Smoke The floral terps are loud, bright, elegant. She gave me beautiful finger-ash, smooth smoke, and on the press — oh my god… Low-temp extraction with a mix of her and a blueberry strain produced an incredible rosin, clean and shimmering. This pheno is no joke in the press. 🌱 A Quick Recap From Seed → Harvest For everyone just joining: Germination — fast and healthy Veg — strong structure, compact frame Flower — she stayed short but exploded in resin Heat-resistant, even in tough conditions Organic super soil + Aptus program → she LOVED it ICL inner-canopy lighting boosted depth and resin Stable genetics from start to end Next week we will honor Pheno #1, our tall queen reaching for the moon. 🏆 DOGNABIS CUP — A Gentle Push to Everyone The Cup is now officially moving. 25 september This girl is outstanding. Amagine lifting or weighing that plant. Sorry for the report, but fresh weight total is not possible for me. After harvesting Maroc I wanted to hold the stem/skeleton up for a photo. I Could hardly lift it for a picture. Must have been 20 Kg. Just stem with rootball. Fresh buds where just harvested but in stages. This plants is now reaching almost 4 meters tall and is about 3 meters wide. Buds are very compact and spread nicely over branches. The small sprouts and buds within were taken out on 21st. You can tell the plants suffer from the cold. Daytemp around 10-15 degrees slows them down, almost to a halt. So lets pray for some more sunshine! 25th she was looking so much better after 3 days sun. I think she needs another 3-4 weeks if mould or frost doesnt spoil things. Those sunny days and 20+ celsius. that really made Grapefruit and Lemon Kush pop before they got cut. 3 day impact was amazing after 10 days seeing nothing but rot grow during nonstop rain. Keep growing everybody! Best wishes to all this season

As soon as I got these seeds I dropped them in a bowl of water @10am on April 30th. Planted directly into soil 7pm at sundown on the 30th. I wet the soil before planting. We had good temperature for germination week. The evenings were still lower 60's but the days warmed up above 70 °F. May 1st it was cloudy but 80° F. We had good sunshine on the 2nd. We received a heavy rain in the afternoon and intermittently that night into the morning of the 3rd. Our temps cooled off with the rain and we didn't get above 72° F on the 3rd. Two popped on the 3rd and the last one on the 4th. It was a little wetter than I prefer, but our soil drained well and fastbuds genetics can handle the less than perfect condition. The above listed nutrients were premixed into the soil at the listed rates per gallon of soil.

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.
