Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. Tried some lst to get the plants more in the middle. Since this is my first grow I wasn't really sure what I'm doing. Growth seemed to be good in that week. Also added the second Bio Tab Tablet

Day 28 The plant is looking strong and healthy. Gave it a dose of compost tea earlier this week, and it responded well. I will rise the temps again this week as the SBC drying is done.

I decided to give the Girls one more veg week while i tried to gently adjust the ph. Although just managed to achieve a 7.5 Plants are getting bigger and I have limited space so they are going to flowering anyway. Guess the ph was high due to dolomite lime I added when measuring with unclaibrated ph meter and got misreaded 5.5ph I plan to add some bokashi and worm castings aiming to get to the 6.5 ph. Girls are looking fine only some leaves yellowing thanks to the ph locking some of the nutes.

Drop humidity to 45%. Stop add nutrients, start flushing soon. I looking at trichomes and think this week is last one.

In questa settimana la crescita é stata veloce anche grazie ai fertilizzanti. LST ho dovuto sistemarlo ogni giorno perché continuavano a crescere nuove gemme e l’apicale tornava sempre su. Il tronco si é irrobustito tanto.

Day 29: No defoliation today. Giving the plant a rest after accidentally breaking the branch yesterday. Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took just under 3ltrs including run off. Day 30: Removed 3 of the original fan leaves attached to the main stem. There’s 2 left still to be removed. It seems all of a sudden the bud sites are staring to look like flowers. It doesn’t look like there’s not many bud sites. There’s also not a lot of leaves, it’s not what I would call a bushy plant (yet anyway). This suits me, well it does if the yield is good. Day 31: Watered with nutrients (1ml G, 1ml SR). Took around 3ltrs. I clipped off one more of the original big fan leaves so now there’s only one left. I also pulled in the two branches furthest to the right, bracing them off each other. Day 32: I don’t think worried is the correct word, but I am definitely conscious of the fact that this plant leaves are small and sparse (photos attached), it I’m used to battling plants that have too many leaves. There’s only 7 proper bud sites which at the moment look like they will be small. Branches are also very skinny. All this could be because of the strain itself or it could be due to the fact that the bulb I used from weeks 1 to 4 was only 125watt CFL compared to the 200watt CFL which I have always used. That’s the only difference between this and any other plant I have grown. The flowers are very well formed considering it’s not even 5 weeks old yet. Sure all we can do now is just see how it goes. Day 33: Just continued to use the Force to make the plant grow. Removed the the last two original fan leaves. *Due to commitments in the real world this week will only be five days long. Next week will be 9 days long to balance everything out.
