8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.

Finally the fattening of the nugs has started on my earliest plant, the purple punch. Great exhibition of purple colours, furtermore i harvested vast amounts of nettle for my homemade: Nettles, bonemeal, 300°c baked clay and charcoal mix. Week 6/day 41

The end of the 5th week of flowering. Just like the other 2 weeks before this was a cold and rainy week. The buds are really struggling to grow/fatten. they grow thought, but slowly because of the colder climate. Because of the struggle and colder climate, they don't drink as fast as they used too, so I give them less to affoid overwatering. I might have to lower my EC as well to make sure they will keep drinking properly.

Its the beginning of the week, all of them showing white hairs and began to flower. Hope they will stretch a bit more, one of them is super healthy , one is showing deficiency but i really cant tell of what, another one that grew very small compared to her sisters and just began to explode. For now i keep water every two days and spray the soil every few hours. 3 lt of tap water mixed with microdosing of bio grow,bloom,top max. 1ml/4lt each. And slowly increase as needed. Lst and a little bit of defoliation. Very busy plant. Needs some defoliation and crying for low stress training. Im in love with this one.

Ich habe sie an den heißesten Platz mit der geringsten Luftfeuchtigkeit gesetzt, der mir bei gutem Wetter zur Verfügung steht. Tagsüber in der Sonne und nachts vor einer aufgeheizten Wand. Sie bekam nur noch Wasser und wurde zweimalig gespült. Ich hoffe so weitere Schimmelausbrüche unterbinden zu können und eine gute Reife zu erreichen.🙏 Optisch hat sie sich zu letzter Woche wenig verändert, die Buds sind fester geworden, die Stempelhaare dunkler und es sind ein paar gelbe Blattspitzen dazu gekommen. Es sind nur noch ein paar frische Stempelhaare vorhanden, am obersten Bud. Bie Buds glitzern in der Sonne wie der frische Morgentau (muss meiner Freude Ausdruck verleihen), zeigen aber noch keine Verfärbungen hin zum bernsteinfarbenen, beginnen milchig zu werden. Sie hat nun eine heiße Woche vor sich, in der sie weiter ausreifen kann. Der zwischenzeitliche Schimmelbefall hat mich insgesamt 2-5% der Ernte gekostet. Dieser Grow lehrt mich auch unvorhergesehene Ereignisse einzukalkulieren und geeignete Mittel zur Verfügung zu haben. Ratlosigkeit ist keine Lösung. In diesem Grow ging es für mich darum, die Pflanze nicht aufzugeben und aus den verfügbaren Mitteln Outdoor das beste zu machen. I have placed it in the hottest spot with the lowest humidity that I have available in good weather. During the day in the sun and at night in front of a heated wall. It only received water and was rinsed twice. I hope this will prevent further mold outbreaks and allow it to mature well.🙏 Visually, it has changed little since last week; the buds have become firmer, the pistil hairs darker, and a few yellow leaf tips have appeared. There are only a few fresh pistil hairs left on the top bud. The buds glisten in the sun like fresh morning dew (I have to express my joy), but are not yet showing any discoloration towards amber and are beginning to turn milky. It now has a hot week ahead of it, during which it can continue to mature. The mold infestation in the meantime cost me a total of 2-5% of the harvest. This grow also teaches me to take unforeseen events into account and to have suitable means at my disposal. Perplexity is not a solution. In this grow, it was important for me not to give up on the plant and to make the best of the available outdoor resources. Don't pay attention to the small pots. I'm gonna do another diarie for them because they are in another week. Now the regulation of humidity is great, i think that the plants do their own job regulating the humidity. I'm in love with the @TodoGrowLed led, so easy to install. Here we are in summer and the temperatures dont exceed 27-28 C° inside. I put some ice pack inside the indoor and the temperatures were between 20-26 :) In this week im gonna use neem oil with potassium soap, just for prevention. Im newy, don't judge me jaja i don't know if the distance between the knots it's ok (also, i don't know if that is the right word in english jaja)

Week 4 of flowering 10/9/24 Defoliated plants. Watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff) hand watering to full saturation of the media with 20% runoff at the end of the week. Checking runoff EC every 3 days. Lights now at max height and 90% power. Cheap AliExpress exhaust fan timer broke. Humidity rose up to 99% inside the grow tent, but fans kept circulating the air. After noticing, immediately turned on the dehumidifier to 40% RH with extra fan pointing on the canopy to max. hopefully no herm problems and mold issues. Adding 2.5ml/gal of H2O2 (35%) to the reservoir to keep bacteria away.

An amazing week 7 is about to start Sunday

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. This week I added a scrog net and started guiding some of the branches through it. A few branches were already long enough to be bent and positioned under the net, while others still need a bit more growth before reaching it. From now on, the goal is to let the plant grow freely and focus on filling the net evenly before flipping to flower 🌿💪

Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield!
