Definitely start of flower now so they will be stretching this week, definitely the smallest plants I’ve done so far but it means hopefully hardly any popcorn buds/larf ✌️🏻 Started adding some boost, looking a lot healthier now.

Almost ready for harvest! Watching the trichome production and keeping an eye out for cloudiness. Leaves are turning yellowish as the plants suck all the nutrients out to get nice a plump. Trimmed all the fan leaves off to prep for harvest. Switched to flushing, keeping the water between 5.8 and 6.2 pH and switched how we water slightly to make it easier. Will start harvest next week! I also recently went through all the weeks on the grow diary and redid and added a lot of pictures if you want to go back and take a look!

Today is official the last day of veg. Turned the light onto 24 hours because I've been running it during the day but now that I've moved it out to my shed that I set up as my new grow space, I want to run it at night when it's colder out. The plant had a great week of growth as you can tell from the pictures. Plant kicked it into overdrive for its last week and really started to fill up the tent. Unfortunately I didn't think to keep room at the base for watching and now I only have 2 spots I can really water from unless I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and that'll take forever lol. I'm hoping to have her cropped by Nov.1 to Nov.5 so that I can start using this tent and set up for mother plants. I'll be using a different light then but that's for the next diary. Well that's all for now so happy growing!!!

Well , these girls are just massive 😂 I seriously have never saw this amount of growth in such a short time honestly 😂 When I'm putting the height of the plants I'm measuring from the bottle of the soil to just above and what I like to call gestimating as its beyond difficult to measure so sorry about that in advance guys 👎🏼 I wish I had an amazing camera so you guys can fully see the extreme crazy growth amongst the canopy ! Had to give the girls another major trim As those fan leaves where multiplying , twisting and knotting and doing some crazy 💩 Haha😂 Now we have been in limbo with what to do with regards to the scrog , everytime we decide something we end up doing the opposit so just going to take it week by week, as you can see from the middle of the canopy those stems have been wrapped round the full tent nearly and still popping right up, so put them back under which I was initially not going to do but yeh lol! Still using cellmax nutrients a,b and flower... Feel like I should stop haha. Highly rate them guys the growth with this grow compared to last is outstanding! Apart from the crazy growth issues all is good 😁 Dehumidifier is doing its job perfectly , we would appreciate a hand trimming them 😂 That's the only negative I've got to say 😂 Welcome to my garden of beautiful flowers 😂😂👌🏼👌🏼 Happy growing buddy's 😁✌️🏼️✌️🏼🍁🍁

Hello thanks for stopping by. These beautiful ladies from weedseedsexpress are just so easy to grow, they have amazing leafsets and the branch spacing for me is perfect. Lots of space for light and air to get through. Get them in for your summer grows because if the smell is anything to go by i can not wait. I took some leaf off yesterday from the lowest nodes and my hands were sticky with a sweet smelling candy smell.. Just so inviting..😻 i dont really know what i was thinking with how i shaped them. I started out with the thoughts to mainline for 8 colas but then i remembered my triple cheese grow and i can not do another 12+weeks of veg... So i have just shaped them how my eye wanted them. Smoked a big joint then sat and just let it happen.lol so i dont know how it will effect yeild but then i am not growing for max yeild i am growing because i like it and theres the bonus of some great weed..😇 For me i love the tall shape i expect i will have to tie them to the roof to stop breaking (i hope) Feeding is still once a week with some N and otherwise just 6.4 H20 and beneficials when needed. Will be adding some Bloom possibly this week when i see some flowers but at a low EC. I dont know how strong the Ecothrive charge i used at potting is?!? i dont want to stress them with an over feed so will start very very light and build up as they ask for it. Thanks for looking. Grow well and stay safe..👍

Well I'm pretty sure they are done stretching. I had to adjust lights and LTS main stems but I made them fit. I have never grown this many big girls at one time so this is a new experience. I really wish I had some better lights for them. I have 650 true watts over 4 plants (Is it enough?) and the 5th has 250 watt so shes good. Other then that they seem to be really happy and don't seem to mind the lack of wattage. They are starting too smell awesome and all those bud sites........its crazy.

Week 16 Nothing really moved this week. It’s something like between low tide and high tide: not my favorite moment … waiting for blossoms and flowers 🙄🙏. Good point is that every plants are healthy ( except a parasite problem on Psicodelicia) and well prepared for flowering. For now it’s bad weather outside: 20 degrees max, with lot of wind and rain (cf video). The green house is the best option despite of less exposure. Morning soon I moved the plants outside to sprayed them with potassium soap (natural insecticide). I cleaned the grow space inside the greenhouse (didn’t touch spiderwebs…good insecticide too). I removed the automatic watering and get a few liters of rain water during this days. Watering 1L every 3 days -Calmag + Cannazym + Alga mic + Root booster -Flora Series: preflowering quantities. Daylight 14h30: 6h50/21h20 Blackberry Moonrocks is still healthy; no problem of deficiency or pests, diseases. This strain is resistant and vigorous: no more stretch, waiting for flowering.lot of blooming sites along the branches.

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Thank you for checking in on our journey, all the love, support, and compliments were a true motivation, a very needed distraction, and guidance for me and for Sunshine. Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Guessed weights in the competition: - @hashy : 0 grams - @MrHyde : 198 grams - @JamMAKEcan : 224 grams - @TrickOrTrip : 260 grams - @Greeneysgrow: 312.5 grams - @Ohey_fu_kyu: 350 grams - @Puffs4Pipes: 385 grams - @Hempkid : 605 grams - @DoDrugs420 : 621 grams TrickorTrip was closest!! Congratulations!!! I will be contacting you to get the seeds with you!! Thanks for playing to all the others and better luck next time, I will give away some seeds again!! Summary: Cost of setup: 850 euro Cost of nutrients and soil: 125 euro Cost of seeds: None they were cloned Cost of power: 150 euros in the power bill Total cost: 1125,-- for setup and this run. I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Overall conclusion: I think we can call this a succes. Made back my investment, my cost per grow and we saved the environment. Thanks for all the love, tips and support! Couldnt have done this on my first indoor LED grow, without you!! Wish you were here to smoke a fat one, some good conversation about our hobby and now... I'm hungry.... See you on the next one!! Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

There is a timelapse of this past week! This plant, the blueberry, is in the background. Early this week I transplanted the rock wool cube into my DWC system. I pH'd the water, but otherwise did not provide nutes for a few days. The grow tent is now on an 18hr light period. Sometime in the middle of this past week, this blueberry started wilting! In response, I provided the nutrients listed above, with the addition of 1 gallon of (hard) tap water to provide calcium. Unlike my GSC, the nutrients did not fix the wilting, but the wilting did go away after 2-3 days. I had some humidity troubles, so I resorted to flooding the bottom of my tent. This does seem to help maintain humidity around 50% RH. This plant is growing asymmetrically! It's first set of "real leaves" is not even. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Sour diesel and northern lights are ready to be chopped. I will put them in the basement in the dark for at least a day before I cut them down. The clone from the expert haze had to be tossed because I found spider mites on it and then found them on my expert haze plant outdoors. I shouldn’t have brought the clone inside, oops I will not be making another clone of this plant. I have found caterpillars all over everything and didn’t want to spray the buds with pesticides so every day a couple of times a day I would remove them. They eat a lot so I don’t have as much production at harvest. I will be more aggressive with the expert haze with pest control.
