Didn't stretch as much as she might have done which suits me. On target for plenty of compact buds. Taking the Shogun coco nutrient range like a champ. Only issue I've had is having to defoliate more times than I'd like.

Using Blimburn seeds this round for the first time. Excited to see how they grow! 24h soak then into 500ml pots for a couple weeks. Also made a few changes in the tent, new TerraBloom filter and placement in tent, fans, watering system, etc.

Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

I think I've set my Defolate schedule to a bit on week 3, alot on week 6 and a little more on 8 or 9. I added kelp fertilizer to the water twice during the week. She is about 3 inches tall. I have had her under a dome for these past two weeks. Alright, the time is here, I’ve started the harvest but I don’t want to press the harvest button until I have all my info correct, but I’ll show some photos from my baby, we started a slow 6.0 flush about 2 weeks ago and finishing flush about 4 days ago. She was already fading but I had some problems since I fed her without thinking after having some drinks witch is obviously a very rookie move. But as I’m still learning it’s just another oof under the bridge, she was fading and I got some nice looking tricombs and I’m happy with the smell and size for her life cycle, I’m aiming for a slow dry and cure but my space is limited in my appointment and grow room so I have a drying tent set up but conditions could be hard to handle since the season change. Cheers. (And yes I didn’t wanna flush my auto but I figured it was the safest route.)

Not much for this week to report. I was hoping to harvest it in 7-8 weeks of flowering but I dont see it happening. By the look of it in the end of 6th flowering week it will need 3 or more weeks. Almost all pistils are still white but the buds are getting fatter so will be worth the wait.

Up on at day 45 of flowering now, and the plants are still doing great. They bounced back super quick from their defol on F35, and are now just slowly fattening up and starting to stink out the tent. Added in some more nematodes and predatory mites (mighty mites) as a purely preventative measure. Starting to ease up on some of the compost teas now as they mature, but they’re still getting some over the next few weeks.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. The Nr 3 girl is still a little bit behind the other 2 girls and all the 3 girls look like there 3 different pheno of the same plant. KL 23.30. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Kl 10.00 Tested PH in the soil, it was 6.9 and tested my tap water and it was 6.8. Added a video of the girls, its 10 H after defoliation, LST and leaftucking. I think its looking good. Kl 22.30. Week 12 complete and she's starting to fatten up a tad more. Pistils are going brown but she kicks up new white ones every morning. 80-90% clear tricomes still and as I hoped she looks like she's got another week or two to go. Slight clawing of the leaves and some brown spots but they're very few of them. I've raised the LED a couple of inches just in case of light burn. Or it may be she still has a lot of food in the coco as after checking the runoff of tds it was around 1000ppm but as it's living soil she should just take what she needs and stop when she's had enough. And I'm still just feeding her water as I'm 'flushing' her. The Symphylans are still doing their job well from the looks of her!! After researching Symphylans, they are microscopic centipede like insects that are white and they mainly eat seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. They can makes holes in roots for pathogens to enter her..but as she's doing so well and as it's only a week or two away from harvest I'm not going to worry about it.
