Ja das spülen ist in vollem Gange und zeigt bei der ersten Pflanze bereits Wirkung. Trichome sind überwiegend milchig, warte jedoch noch etwas ab und checke täglich. Die 2 Pflanze hängt der ersten seit Beginn an hinterher... ich denke diese wird etwa eine Woche länger brauchen als die 1 Pflanze. Schade eigentlich, da ich beide gemeinsam im Zelt trocknen wollte.

Flushing week, i have overwatteres her and let her drain to wash off the roots, fruit and mature week it seems like in another week she well be done ☺️

Va a pasar a la tercera semana de vegetación el sábado 23 de mayo, la subsiguiente se hará el primer topping (apical). Las dos que tuvieron problemas en sus dos primer hojas reales, se han recuperado muy bien. 22/05 se rego con todo, un super cocktail. 27/05 las dos plantas mas grandes les hago Topping. La tercera le dare una semana mas. 28/05 las tres GDP son transplantadas a maceteros de 7L.

Der Samen kam aus der Erde, und damit er sich nicht streched hab ich das licht etwas herunter gelassen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war bei 35%, dass habe ich aber wieder im griff da ich eine Sprühflasche habe und eine Kuppel über den Setzling hatte. Bewässern brauch ich kaum da die Pflanzen wenig Wasser brauchen. Da die TS600 bei 60% Leistung nicht allzu heiß wird es ist aber auch Winter. Montag habe ich meine Spuckpalme dazu gestellt da die vielleicht etwas die Luftfeuchtigkeit reguliert ich hab keine Ahnung ob das stimmt ich wills auch nicht googlen wird schon funktionieren und wenn nicht sprühe ich sowieso regelmäßig mit einer Sprühflasche. Die Spuckpalme sah mir sowieso zu traurig am Fenster aus. Die Temperaturen waren am Wochenende im Zelt sehr hoch Sonntag Nacht hatte ich 5 Stunden lang circa 30°C-32°C. Trotzdem haben beide Pflanzen es super bestanden. Ich habe zum Umtopfen nächste woche einen 8L Topf, Mykorhiza und Wurmhumus gekauft. Dazu noch den Biobizz Indoor Dünger.

I have transplanted these 3 girls into bigger fabric pots after they healed up a few days from topping.They have been doing great in the new pots even though I did lose some roots that grew thru the bottom of the air pots searching for water I didn’t remove 🤦‍♂️.So far so good and looking very healthy developing some colas :)

Hi, everybody. Well, that's the long-awaited day of harvest Bubblelicious Auto. First of all, I want to thank all those who supported me during this time, your support gave me a lot, and also gave me the motivation to do better and more beautiful. 👏 You know what I have encountered problems with smell when growing this marijuana strain because of considerations of privacy and personal security, I couldn't give extra days of life to these plants. So I made a harvest for the 70th day of life of these plants, exactly 10 weeks. When I harvested, I had to move the inflorescences to another place to dry. I put their Bank and Packed in several layers of garbage bag and tightly sealed it with sticky tape. When I came home, I dried the inflorescences, and I prefer to separate the inflorescences from the large branches, and the inflorescences themselves slightly pressed to make them easier to store and they do not crumble during transportation. So the inflorescences are obtained dense and hard as a tree, but do not lose their smell and taste, but the inflorescence should be compressed very gently and gently for several days as they dry. In General I'm okay and I'm safe. The final product gives me pleasure, so I think that my risk was justified. Now in my tent matured 3 plantsNeville Haze Auto. I'm not going to stop, I'm planning to keep growing. However, due to force majeure and weather conditions, my idea of guerrilla cannabis cultivation is at risk. So I don't know what's next. But in any case, soon there will be new interesting diaries. Now my friend has 23 plants for the first week. 10 days. we urgently need to relocate them to new homes or to the outdoor. 9/1/23 - Day 80 - Things are going well, the buds are growing everyday still. A couple more weeks! 9/3/23 - Day 82 - I snuck in about 1 min before the lights turned on. I got some cool shots up above. I also snuck in a cool photo from the base of the plant looking up. 9/5/23 - Day 84 - I took a few microscope shots of the THC. They are still very much see through so there is still a couple more weeks to go. I also got a mockup of the hanging system I will be using see pics above. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Come walk in the enchanted forest.

Hello everyone, Even tho I've been busy around the house this week, I took a few minutes and transplanted these into 5 gallon fabric pots, get them going early in some super soil. Lets see how they turn out. Ill have better picture's for you guys next week... See you guys next week...
