Day 35 flowering: Hi all , I hope we are all healthy , sane , and loved in our worlds. It has been another productive week for the two ladies sat basking in the Viparspectra sunshine. The temps in the UK have been low the last few weeks so they can settle into a less hostile heat zone. They are continuing to use those reds and infrared to their advantage with building some.nice long colas among both plants. The lights penetration is really good so they are having no issues with lower bud growth at all so far. The Northern lights has really begun to cola stack now with approx 8 mains that ade swelling by the day. She looks like she could be a very nice yield based on those alone. Fingers crossed she keeps swelling. Her buds and pistils are crystal white at the moment with no signs of ageing so she is in her freshest state of flowering right now . This is a good sign of a longer possible flowering period than the 8 weeks usual. The Grandaddys mimosa is more advanced on her ripening with quite a few orange pistils ( dying off) being replaced by fresh ,white , vibrant ones ( new pollen catchers). She has a good covering of orange hairs already for her flowering stage and could be a very early 7 week harvest possibly. She is nowhere near as big as the Northern lights and is being elevated to keep her in the canopy but she has approx 10 mains that are looking shaggy and with a high leaf ratio too. She is starting to have a nice fruity tang to her smell now when watered or handled. She could ⁹ me by swelling up huge in the next couple of weeks but I wont be too worried if not. The light is performing really well and has done Viparspectra justice too. I am genuinely shocked at how capable it is for its size. The other strains are doing very well too with the Gorilla cookies looking very bud productive and big. They got an amazing start into flowering from the xs1500 and I wish they were under the new offering from their range but I am hoping to twist their arms into letting me try a couple of xs 4000's from showing how well we can use this light. Lol we can but hope..... Be safe well growmies

Marching through flowering! She's doing very well all things considered. Last week I said I broke a few branches? Last picture this week is a close up on the area. She has repaired herself and it's as if nothing has happened! Nature really is miraculous. I honestly expected to loose at least 2 branches!!!

The plants look really happy, with a rich and vibrant color. They are now growing taller more slowly, but the side branches are getting thicker. The buds are becoming really fat and are completely iced out with trichomes. The calyxes continue to swell, and more trichomes are visible, starting to turn slightly milky. Some of the white hairs are slowly turning brown. I estimate about 2-4 weeks until harvest. The scent is simply delicious, with a pleasant creamy berry aroma. The buds are also incredibly resinous, making your fingers sticky as soon as you touch them. The plants are only lightly defoliated, with dead leaves selectively removed and small shoots trimmed only at the bottom of the plant. The ladies are also extremely thirsty. Besides the regular fertilized watering, they also receive tap water from the bottom, which they usually absorb within a few minutes. I also made an extra video to better show the size of the buds, and using the flash at night highlights the trichomes even more.

wish i got that ph tester sooner lol massive difference!! The flowers are coming on very nicely, I am confident alot of my issues in the past were from my ph being off. Cant wait to see the flowers this harvest. Not much to report back on other than that. co2 is going with the homemade mix from my previous diaries. should see some really nice flowers by next week!

I had a good harvest set up, in order to keep everything sterile. The drying went good and steady with converting my grow tent to dry tent. -Humidity through drying 53-58% RH -Temp a bit high 18-23 10 days of drying Very satisfied with this grow as my first grow. I said i would be more than happy with 100g (dry and trimmed) and i weighted in 95.9g PLUS about 5grams i plan to smoke now 😇 So very happy. Currently in curing jars Not harsh taste, even with no curing. Nice and fruity and a deep high. I will test the THC levels after curing and update my blog. This will def not be my last grow. Update week 4 Bloom

Day 172. Some strains ended up frosty, smelly and nuggy, so I already have 76 g from first Strawberry, rest should bring some buds too, couple plants will go untrimmed to my friends as presents, one was already given away ... Think I will have like 300 g easy, and my friends got same amount as presents. Not a bad project, with loads of issues, happily almost no care was given or needed, so I count it as a result achieved : 1. I know that Hermie is bringing other hermies. 2. UK weather is only for autos, that lesson should be learnt long time ago, but I still hope to find mold resilient strain... No updates or other strain harvests will be done, have no time to play ... Everything looking good this week happy with the vegetative stage with the th Seeds original Bubblegum. Says they are an ibl strain so the genetics should be stable, which is less chance of 10 different phenos ( update me If I’m wrong here, still learning ) Day 54 - today I did the last defoliation and lst 2 days before swith to 12/12. Middle growth was insane so spread them out abit by screwing small screws in to the pot and using the as a tie down Day 55 - all plants seemed to have bounced back the day after and look exactly how I planned so far so good Day 56 - final day of vegetative growth all seems good, all females showing white hairs , have raised the lights and turned Intake to full to maintain humidity levels and switched lights to 12 / 12.

I have no idea, what is that, but it's not insects. It's how she grow something. I've noticed, water in a tank becoming more greeny, so I should change it. I recon, I wouldn't be able to finish to finish this grow properly, so I'm trying to shift schedule to 12/12, not rushing yet. But moving towards it day by day. I'm not sure it helps with autoflower, but i need to finish it faster

Here we are. At the end of week 7. This cultivar is scheduled for 45 days but at day 49 I can confidently say she is not ready yet. Thinking another week and she should be ready. All is looking good and these girls buds are super fat! Especially for Humboldt. The smell isn't as intense as I'd like but still there. A sweet smell. Still defoliating as I can and as needed. 6/22/2022 Dropped into Ph 6.3 Added myco in water, 1 ml cal mag per gallon, just enough, soak for 24 hrs This is supposed to be a super vigorous mother plant, seeds are nice and plump. I have particular high hopes for seeds 6, 7, 8, 9 which seem bigger/better than the others. 4 is a runt. 1-3 are good sized. Five is pretty plump we will see. 6/23/2022 Start germination About 24 hours after initial drop in water, I placed each seed into a soaked Root Riot cube, and then back into the cup with its label. Placed lid back on tray, covered and back on heater. It's about 74 degrees F. Once they pop, I'll start the veg week, approximately 1-2 days. 6/25/2022 Last Day of germination, ready to pop I'm pretty verbose with my grows, some people may hate that. I like to show what I do for my own process, as well as to share with others. I put Hydroton into the bottom of the AC Infinity 1 gallon pots, like 2 inches. Then mixed Mother Earth Coco + Perlite Mix, Fox Farms Ocean Forest, earthworm castings, Dynamyco. Placed the root riot cubes into the substrate contained by the fabric pots -- misted with diluted Foop Spray, domed. Environment looks good. Seedling stage week starts tomorrow, yay.
