Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time! Also big shout out to my bro at NatureDelight.co.uk providing some awesome organics to add into the grow schedule. Used The Active Sugar Boost all through flower at 3ml per litre this run and I think the results speak for themselves. I cannot implore you guys enough to go check this stuff out. 📅 Week 11 | 🗓️ Day 71–77 — 3rd week of flowering Biscotti Gelato 🍪🍨 – elegant, fragrant, stacking and frosting up beautifully 🔸 The stretch has clearly settled — she’s holding a sturdy, balanced canopy with strong verticals and consistent cola height. Buds are now clearly formed clusters, each topped with thick tufts of bright white pistils. Calyxes are beginning to swell and stack neatly, and there’s a noticeable layer of early trichome sparkle spreading over the sugar leaves. 🔸 The foliage remains deep, lush green, with broad, slightly glossy leaves showing no signs of stress. The overall posture is confident and vigorous — she’s thriving in her rhythm. Those slightly purple petioles add a nice touch of personality under the lights. 🔸 Watering & care: Keeping the same steady routine — moist but not soaked, around 30% soil moisture before watering. Airflow through the canopy looks solid, and humidity is still in a safe zone for mid-flower. Vegetationswoche 14 - 10.07. – 17.07.2026 Diese Woche gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu berichten. Die Utopia wächst weiter vor sich hin, sieht gesund aus und entwickelt sich genau so, wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Ich habe nach wie vor kaum eingegriffen, sondern sie einfach wachsen lassen. Gegossen wurde einmal mit etwa 4 Litern Wasser.

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Had to defoliate again in week 5 day 32 so far we defoliated 3 times , day 19, day 26, and day 32. Start of week 6, this next 2 weeks the plants should triple in size and start crowning,and all defoliation are done.

Weeks 6-7-8 should probably have been better controlled. I'll definitely control the heights better for the next grow. I didn't defoliate, top nor supercrop. I'll do that for the next grow.

Not much more work to do... I did some light defoliation today to avoid any popcorn buds and I think that’s it until harvest for all my girls. I’ll just keep watering them. - The critical is the most advanced one... I’m thinking to harvest it in around 2 weeks... so I’ll be starting flushing soon. - Northern Lights & Moby D have developed many stems and they are looking very even in height throughout the plants. They are not half the height of the Critical, but still have some additional weeks to go

17.12.24: Seedling is looking nice and healthy, good green colour 👌 I didn't use a humidity dome this time, as the other Seedlings damped off. It has clearly done very well without it, so I don't need it at all really, as my humidity is very high on it's own. It's about 75% currently. 19.12.24: Ok so the powdery Mildew has appeared again, I have not watered, and the plants are doing well. They seem to have recovered significantly since last week. I have scooped out the top layer of soil to get rid of the Mildew, again. I then top dressed with;- Biobizz Light Mix, cinnamon, extra perlite, Vitalink Bat guano, and worm castings. Very pleased with the progress of Watermelon 🍉 Watered in with 100ml containing;- 1ml per litre of Biobizz Bio-Grow and 1ml of Ecothrive Flourish Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️
