The tent belongs to the clones now. Bloom schedule for this grow begun, stretch is roaring 10/16 Added cages to all plants and have begun to secure those stretchy arsed main tops. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. the plants are not too leafy but still need a bit defoliation around week 3 and 6 of flower, depending on how u grow this ofcourse next time i would bend them more in the net. anyway the buds are rockhard even at the bottom where there was no light.

Que gran genética, y muy típica entre fumadores de hierba, un crecimiento más indico pero floración lenta bastante lenta, en teoría se supone que es Sativa, 17% thc en la tas con un tamaño medio pequeño pero flores mi compactas y dulces, un cultivo ni fácil ni difícil, sin más, bastante neutral para los cambios climáticos algo sensible con el aspecto alimentación. These gg4 Autos are gonna be some absolute monsters! Here we are at 37 days and were sitting at almost a week into flower, qnd the plants are over 17 inches tall. Looking at a great yielding strain here! Starting to get a good amount of smell to them! Super healthy plants, and super heavy stalks. First round of nutrients came at 35 days. They were moved to the hps at 32 days. General hydro, flora trio at 5ml each per gallon. They EXPLODED overnight. This week, i will begin some light lst and defoliation. Hello Growers! Nice to finally join the club! 😁 This is a step by step of my very first attempt at growing from Start to Finish. It's something I've always wanted to do and I've researched a lot of over the years but now is the right time to give it a go as I have become a medical user of cannabis and the price just keeps going up!! 😂🤦‍♂️ So without going on too much let's get down to the nitty gritty... I Dropped the 1 seed into a glass of 5.8 PH water on 10/05/21 which I also dechlorinated, waited until she sank then placed her between two damp paper towels inside two plates in a warm, dark & humid spot (bucket) until the tap root showed and was about 1/4" long then she went straight Into media on 12/05/21. Day 1 - 15/05/21 - first two baby leaves open & lights on! Day 2 - 4L Humidifier added, seedling just under 3" tall ALREADY!!! So I've lowered the light from 23" to 15" to try and stop the stretching. Day 3 - 17/05/21 - Checked on my girl and she's the same height as yesterday so hopefully the stretching has stopped 🤞 I also built a T-bar diffuser for my humidifier using some 32mm PVC pipe and fittings (Photo Above) I'm hoping this will distribute the humidity more evenly so I can have the humidifier on less often, I'm getting puddles of condensation forming in the bottom of my tent which is annoying! 🌊🌊🌊 😂 I'm hoping it might save me a bit of deionised water as well? 🤔 Day 4 - The T-bar diffuser I installed on the humidifier is working well, The RH is staying up and so far no puddles! ⛲ 😂 I will get a more comprehensive reading of highs and lows over the next few days and get it dialled in the best I can. I also think that because there is a lot of red LED's in this Mars Hydro light that may also contributing to the stretch during my girls early stages of life. Thankfully she is looking great and the stretch is massively reduced now that The light is lower. 😁 Day 5 - 19/05/21 - So far So Good! 😊 The stretching has definitely stopped but I'm still worried about her getting so tall so fast!! So today I installed a small 6" fan in the corner of my tent to try and get her stem to thicken up a bit, this is set to run only when the humidifier is on otherwise it screws up my RH and Temperatures. I also plan to bury her an inch or two deeper when I re-pot 👍 apart from that she's doing great! 🙂 Day 6 - 20/05/21 - No major updates today she's just looking happy! 🙂 Today's Environment Readings: Max Out (Probe) - 24.2c Max In (LCD Screen) - 23.8c Max RH (LCD Screen) - 81% Min Out (Probe) - 18.8c Min In (LCD Screen) - 18.7 Min RH (LCD Screen) - 47% Day 7 - So that's week 1 done & It seems like I've gotten all my temps down now, 👍 she's no longer stretching, humidity and temperatures are staying where I want them and my little girl is looking healthy 😁 No nutrients for the first 7 - 10 days of her life just water 🚰 set to PH 5.8 and dechlorinated. She looks beautiful, she's a beautiful autoflowering plant, very sweet aroma just like perfume. Love her, she's 100% healthy and producing very tasty flowers. Let's see how she keeps developing

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.
