23.05. today is the end of the fourth week for the plants, they haven't progressed much since last week, they grew a few cm and gained a little weight, but they are healthy, which is the most important thing... in a few days I will transplant them and top them because some of them have already developed the sixth pair of leaves, so I simply have to top them. turned out... I thought of transplanting them into 10-liter pots and after two to three weeks into 50-liter holes, however, the weather didn't cooperate, and I was already late anyway because of the bad weather, and because of the same, my plants in the fourth week were the same as they should have been in the second, and because of the same, I couldn't even transplant earlier... now that nothing went according to the "plan", of course, I don't know how smart it is to transplant them into 10 L and then into 50 with the fact that it is with me the longest day of the year is June 22, so that actually a week after that it can start flowering (it usually starts at the end of July or at the end of August, but it can be late and start even in September, and it also knows how to plow and start already at the end of June)...now I think that it is better to buy smart pots of 50-60 liters and immediately transplant into them and then just bury them...another problem with that is that the soil that I took for vegetation has food in it for a month days, if I transplant twice, it may happen that it enters flowering, and the food for the vegetation has not yet been used up, and that would be a problem...advices are welcome Stay high!!!

so tall some yellowing.. lots of leaves we can lose a few.. good yield expected from both plants.. Zamadelica is in the tent.. I should update the zam diary.. Look at how much she has stretched.. Crazy sauce... Sativa alittle bit me thnk ha ha ha.,

The light has been turned down to 50% for the last week and now She's on her last week of flushing and and starting to get alot of yellowing on the leaves . The bud has frosted up pretty nice now . The buds are rock hard and I am hoping after drying that it will still have alot of weight to it . Not a huge amount of smell to this plant even late in flower. It smells very earthy when you open the tent up but if you touch a bud it smells like lemon citrus with a very strong fuel smell . But it really smells tasty 😋. The next 3 waterings will have a cleanse added to the water I just really want to make sure it's as clean as I can get it since it is my first harvest and I dont want to fail lol . Can't wait to smoke my own weed lol .

Day 36. The plants are in pre flowering stage. The plants are tall 25 cm about except one of them that is 60cm.

Last Obi-Wan girl was left in dark for 3 days and then chopped on day 66 and is now drying. She was definitely the largest of all 4 plants in the tent. Cant wait to see the dry weight on this girl! Next update will be when all the bud is dry and we have a final weight for all 3 together. The first one we chopped only gave us just over 4oz dried but she was half the size as the other 3 girls and kinda lower in the corner. Pulled 7.4oz off the Wedding Cake in the same tent/setup and these last 2 Obi-Wan’s that are still drying are bigger then she was by a lot I think. Cheers 💨

I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots. Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)

No defoliation this week. 🤙 Vertical growth has topped out on both plants. The GP#2 started her fade this week, she’s extremely sticky and the smell is strong. I expect GP#2 to be harvested first. I see this often, even when the plants are the same age whoever is the least touched finishes first. Til next week!

Medium: Yep - still gonna beat on the DWC drum. It just gets better and easier every run. Almost religiously changed out the res. every week and this was definitely overkill. Could’ve easily gotten away with every 10 days to 2 weeks. Stuck with peroxide this run again instead of going with bennies via hydroguard or hygrozyme. The results speak for themselves on a 6 week veg. That’s for sure. Still save’n them dolla bills on the nutes too. Minimal nute mixing (as well as simplistic regime) and for what we’re using in each res. - gotta be easily a 50-60% savings on nute consumption vs. more traditional methods. Honestly makes one wonder why organic soil grows are seemingly all the rage. I’ve found terp. Profiles, structure, plant health and of course yields to all be just that much better in straight water. What more can I say, we love our DWC. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️ The dueling methods were the whole point of this grow. Our best attempt to illustrate the differences between LST vs. LST/Topping ie. just how significant is the difference in terms of overall production? The truth of this test is a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, topping does have a significant effect on overall yield. This fact is regardless of whether or not from seed or clone.That said and when it comes to clones, you still have to be mindful of the drawbacks of further dividing (and thus reducing nug size for) main branches. Our topped clone #2 is a perfect example of this. While the structure demonstrates significantly more branching, the nug sizes are also significantly smaller. As you’ll see in the yield details it does somewhat make up for this through a higher overall weight but it was also a much less manageable plant than #1. Root mass on the topped plant was heavier and bulkier, drinking much more water than its counterpart. And in late flower half the plant was pretty much falling over. While some of this is attributable to the extremely hollow stems (and thus a carbon deficiency), making the most of the grow light proved difficult with the topped plant as bushy as it was. Basic summary - if ur cloning for profit or efficiency, stick with straight LST and grow a whole bunch of em. If I had to do it again I don’t think i would’ve bothered with topping - just for the sake of greater ease🤔🤔🤔. Then again, I’m greedy as fuck when it comes to my yields so I Could totally see myself trying to max everything out and go for broke🤙🤙. 3/5 volume bars for the rating - we accomplished what we were trying to. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Awwwwwe yeah - down to where it counts and these girls were champs💪. While internodal spacing was longer than necessary and overall bud size was smaller than average; these plants pushed out some solid weight👍😎👍. Ran er through a 7 day dry and all jarred up on a slow cure. Final numbers: Total yield - clone #1: 5.14oz = 143.92g Total yield - clone #2: 6.01oz = 168.28g Approx. est. yield: 600g/m2 divides by 4.8, multiplied by 2 (approx. for 2/3 the cabinets sq/ft) = 250g per 0.41m2 Actual yield: 11.15oz. per 0.41m2 = 312.2g per 0.41m2. That is some seriously good production right there😎👍😎. The high end avg. for this strain is 650g/m2. When you crush that out to my space and the numbers above, it works to about 270g per 0.41m2. Our actual yield still destroys the high end avg. by almost a zip and a half👍👍👍. The cree cob does it again. Fuck’n jazz hands y’all🙌! With results like these you could really give the whole grow a 9/10. It’s only an 8 in my book because it’s not my preferred high. Otherwise, any time you’re north of 5+ oz. per plant, it’s a good day at the office👍👍. Props👊👊👊 No choice but to shoutout Humboldt genetics. These beans have treated me so well and I can’t say enough Good things about the strains this organization puts out👌👍👌. Other than that, thanks to everyone who dropped by for a look and a comment. This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. The wedding cheesecake auto is one of my favourites strains and i have grown it a number of times but now having a photoperiod version is just great and to flower so fast is brilliant. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Total decent buds dry weight for the grow=136g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Average 153w/hr Total g/W=0.89g/W Power used for grow=508.78Kw @0.30p =£152.63 Each gram cost £1.12 The buds have been curing for nearly 2 weeks so I haven't had a sample yet. There will be more pictures added once I try the buds and write up a smoke review in about a week but for now I'll just leave a video of the grow. It’s bern roughly two months these guys have been growing! Lst’d Both but untied the gg because I wasn’t sure she was benefiting from it so I’m going to do it over. at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.
