Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. And another week has passed and the ladies are going towards en of flowering. What I noticed the last couple of weeks is trouble keeping it stable and unstunted. The two Forbiddens and one XL all went slower. The one XL Runt in the 5 liters bigger grow bag is going full throttle and is almost done, the others are still filling out. My theories: The bigger grow bag held on to more water, the bigger grow bag kept the roots cooler, the bigger grow bag had in theory the same amount of nutes as the smaller, so the ratios could be more optimal. The bigger grow bag was nearer to the intake of cooler air and not so hot by the heat. Final theory: the bigger grow bag has better super soil regulation and is less affected by the fluctuating PH of my nute mix. For now, it is all speculation. Im considering all possibilities but I think I need to tweak my recipe for autos and always use 20 liter bags instead of 15. Still Im not complaining, they all get to a nice size and we still have some weeks of flowering to go. But the XL Rut on the left is creating fat heavy buds I wish all plants had. Nice how the smell is definately geloto on the both, the XL runtz a little more pungeant, the Forbiddens a little more fresh. This SP 3000 still delivering the goods, with the ventilation still great output, no noticeable loss of output or overheating. Look at the spring deals at www.mars-hydro.com. After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm

Pistils finally popped up yesterday on a few of the top sites! Should start seeing some solid stretch from Miss Cherry Bellini soon, guessing around 30 to 40cm at least. I’m letting her do her thing and reach up into the net for now. If she starts getting crowded before the end of week 3, I’ll kick off some early defoliation. Also got two AC Infinity IonBeam S11 lights set up sitting about level with the top colas. I’m aiming the light to hit the middle and lower sections instead of blasting the tops directly, trying to get that nice even coverage. Still debating whether I even need to scrog this run, but a few people keep telling me to give it a go to see the difference, I guess only one way to tell 🙌

Well here we are at the beginning of week 8. Super windy today but I got my new rain tarp up. June 25th gave all the plants pretty good snip except for Cinderella number 2 which is still slow but coming along tomorrow I may top all the other little branches not quite sure yet. just fucked up my pH metre by hitting the calibration button by accident and now I have no solution to recalibrate it so I'm going to have to wait and kind of wing it until the new one gets here in a couple of weeks but my pH in my house water is around 7- 7.5 12 ml of vinegar in 12 qts should be the ticket. Friday June 26th well I found a way to use clothes pins to use them as wait to hold the branches down I kind of like it tell me what you think. well looks like everything is coming along okay I keep the newts down I rather have them a little too lower than too high. well this is the last day of week 8 in July 1st and everything seemed to be going along fine but it looks like my Cinderella 99 run into a bit of a deficiency on the nitrogen and somebody let me know if this is right or not and if there's somebody in Toronto who can test the tap water for pH levels and let me know my pH metre is broken right now

It grew quick it's an early bloomer. The green buzz were great I kept the ppm lower than I typically do staying around 950 for the crop and 880 for this one. If you like the purple autos this is a good one to start with.

Eccoci ragazzi alla terza settimana! La pianta sta crescendo ad un ritmo davvero elevato, nn ho mai visto nulla del genere crescere con questa velocità! E anche il colore delle foglie di un verde intenso, è la grandezza totale della pianta sono fenomenali! Sono davvero impressionato, non mi sarei mai aspettato che la coltura in idroponica sia così poderosa e significativamente molto più sviluppata rispetto ad una coltivazione in terra! Me ne avevano parlato molto di questa capacità di crescita così rapida, ma davvero nn sto credendo ai miei occhi! Sto imparando molto grazie anche al manuale di texier, ma sopratutto penso siano i suoi nutrienti a fare gran parte della differenza! Le radici sono davvero ben sviluppate e per adesso non ho mai cambiato l acqua xke mi è sempre sembrato di un ottimo colore, e non noto alcun problema per adesso dal out o di vista radicale, probabilemnte grazie alle basse temperature della soluzione che nn supera i 20 gradi celsius e questo penso sia un grande vantaggio che tende a non far sviluppare funghi o microrganismi maligni per lo sviluppo della pianta! Per adesso sono davvero piacevolmente sorpreso dei risultati che sto ottenendo! Spero di continuare in questa direzione e di avere sempre la giusta conoscenza di questo nuovo tipo di coltivazione così chiamata da William texier "bio - ponica" una giusta terminologia per descrivere qualcosa di coltivato biologico senza uso di pesticidi o altro, e che sia fatta in acqua senza suolo! Garzie anche al sistema di Mars Hydro Dwc che per adesso si sta rivelando un ottimo sistema idroponico! Posso solo dire garzie di far parte della loro famiglia e anche quella di Terra Aquatica, è spero di continuare con questi ottimi risultati! L unico problema del loro sistema è il cambio Dell acqua, che xo penso si aver risolto comprando una pompa che mi aiuti a svuotare completamente la soluzione vecchia e sostituirla con quella nuova.. Ran into a lot of problems this week unfortunately. Some of buds developed a fungus(botrytis). Don't know how to stop this as I'm growing outdoors. Nevertheless, the buds that are clean are growing nicely. Hopefully into the home stretch of the grow now.

Critical x Animal Cookies take 2 is well underway. She germinated, and sprouted well. Hplvd destroyed my garden, and this was in last grow so started fresh. Everything is looking pretty good with the Hortibloom Solux 350 which is at 50 percent. I don't want these little ones stretching too much to get light. She is ready to go. Day 8 - watered with 20 ml of water and prepared the vase for the transplant, used 10% expanded clay on the bottom of the vase, 20% of my own worm humus and 70% Carolina Soil(Turfa and Vermiculite). Day 9 - Pre watered the new soil with 700 ml of water and 4 ml of my own fertilizer and transplanted. DISCLAIMER START As already stated in previous week comments my EC reading was totally off, this includes CF. It showed about 1500µS/cm when it was actually about 3000µS/cm. I did not calibrate the EC probe since I've bought it and used it 18 months ago, because I thought EC calibration is not really necessary, I was wrong. correct EC/CF values are from 2025-04-01 on wards. (no april fools joke) DISCLAIMER END Moved the plant from the 120x120cm tent to my usually used 120x60cm tent since the plant will not grow bigger anymore, that is also when I noticed the false EC value due to the monitoring setup in the 120x60cm tent showing the high value after I moved solution from one tent to the other, which I double checked with EC calibration solution. Drastically reduced EC from previously about 3000µS/cm to ~2000µS/cm Plant is growing just fine now but the damage is done, looking back at week 2 when I did "1700µS/cm" which pretty much equaled real 3400µS/cm it is kind of crazy that it even did as good as it did, would have imagined worse with a value this high. This also rules all genetic, light etc. etc. possibilites out for me, I was pretty sure the error was on my end that I missed something and I am very confident to say it was the super high EC value. I already set up a new system in the 120x120cm tent and will transplant the small "Permanent Jealousy XL Auto" seen in the timelapse in to that some-when next week, a "Red Gorilla Girl XL Auto" is also going to go in there but as seen in the timelapse these seeds kinda don't want to, the first didn't do much beyond sprouting and the second one is also super fragile and slow, stay tuned for that diary.
