There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... Plants are definitely Drinking alot. Set up scrog net Kinda late ... As soon as I flowered. Only need net to hold them..not to train them... humidity is in high 60s low 70s. THATS WAY TOO HIGH.. need to get my humidity down to 45%... My main focus is to get a dehumidifier ..and really soon.......

Day 50 - Nearly at her end, some pretty buds have formed showing pink/red colours. Trichomes were checked and they are showing pretty much all milky white at the moment, I saw a few Amber but I'd like to see atleast 30% Amber before they get harvested. The buds are rock hard and full of unique smells which I hope translates to the flavour profile. I will be flushing these girls for the remainder of the grow which shouldn't be too long now. Keep a close eye as I will be uploading some more pictures and videos. Hoping to do a photo shoot once all is ready. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Y ya superaron el shock provocado por el mismo trasplante. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Nice and easy, liking to grow this girls, they are vigorous and i already can see white roots at the bottom of my 15l pots, so they rooted very well. Training wise, just some FIMing in the two girls. Had an issue with the humidifier forgot to turn off and almost burnt my LED, as the humidity raised to 99%, like growing underwater lol... ------SM.BLUEBERRY COMMENT------ FIMimg did not have a good effect on this girl, topping would be better, so basically I'm not seen a lot of branching out for now.

“The Wock” 7 Weeks🤙🏾 Ladies are crushing its! I’ve for sure found 2 phenols I want to keep going based on structure and growth. The first was actually going to be a throw away. I didn’t like how lanky she was in her solocup stage. I instead topped her to slow down lateral grown and threw her in a 2 gallon bag to do her thing. She is now in a 7 gallon bag and has the best structure of them alll IMO. My 2nd pheno is a Tri-leaf mutation and it throws tops like no other! The perfect mother plant and is why I chose her as pheno #2. The 2 plants that were topped at the 5th node are bushing out more and more, just like it like it. There are 2 natural growing plants are doing great as well. They have nice bushing with one main cola. All plants will be defoliated 5 days before flip. I started germination of 1 orange sherbert bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on history with Orange Sherbert. I have grown orange sherbert out 3 times and all times had the same result. A shorter extremely branchy robust plant. That dominated the room. Loves training and really ups yeilds doing so. She produces an amazing canopy... just a sea of daggers. Her huge chunky colas pack and amazing orange tangy aroma and just taste like heavenly candy! Barneys Farm hit the nail on the head with this variety! She tends to have a little higher demand for potassium mid flower than most varieties. So a bit heavier on the pk booster and she will be mighty happy! Just a fabulous strain to work with.

Night 41 - 02/11/19 Time for a new week again and damn has the Quick one stretched since last week. was 18cm 1 week ago and now its 30cm. im really proud of myself for getting this far :) wondering how tall its gonna grow lol. Still not much of a smell to the plant, i dont think its fully flowering yet. I flushed tonight again to decrease ppm further and rid the medium of salts. runoff ppm was 800 last flush. runoff ppm is 650 this flush with a ph of 6.34 compared to 6.22 (i think) last time. going to calibrate my ph pen after this grow :) hoping im near the harvest now as im having panic attacks when i get into bed at night, my mind is racing so fast :/ On a better note my other diary fast eddy may not be tall but is soon to be heavily flowering! finally i added a few videos and pictures and I was watching videos on breeding birds last night, completely fallen in love with nature and living things :) il see how things go but i might end up taking care of some cool animals! would be amazing to have them in the videos of my plants lol! will update sometime later in the week folks so take care until then :) Day 43 - 04/11/19 Quick one is 35cm now :) if it didnt go above 30cm by harvest then i definitely could have done better but 30-40cm is what iv think a good beginner attempt is :) if it goes to 50-60 il be excelling for a new grower :) the more the merrier haha! one of my chilli pots finally germinated today along with the diesel strain from my new diary :) Still no smell from this plant tho, maybe a slight lavender/veg smell. looks to me like it developed flowers and went back into veg hahaha. the next 4 weeks will tell i guess! keep an eye out for the next picture update, everything is looking great and im hoping for 20g of bud from this strain but il be happy with around 14g :)

one plant is way smaller than the other, probably a bad seed, startet with some first time LST on the small one too se if it gives some result, looks like the smalles one is about to go into flower pretty soon, hope they flower in a bout the same time as i only have one tent and need to switch to flowering lights when they start flowering. looks like they are happy in there though, another week done! Added scrog,I would fill the box as much as I can since one pot is missing. Lights power increased from 50 to 75%.

I'm watering both of these plants 1 gallon ever 2 days. They're starting to build up!! As an overview You can see from the pictures that both are dealing with a little bit of heat stress. They are in a tent where all other plans love it hot and the temperatures are in the low eighties. if you look at the top leaves you can see canoeing my guess is it's heat. Other than that they're doing great #1 has shot up she stands nearly 12" tall now. this is the plant that we are letting grow completely natural no topping, No training. #2 on the other hand stands almost 8" tall and is much bushier, thicker, and squatter. You can see clearly in the video that we topped her and also are employing some low stress training to tie down her lower branches. both plants are beautiful and doing great! I expect #1 will be transplanted this week sometime #1 is 15" from the light #2 is 25" from it. Day 30: quickly measured because it looked like they grew a bit since watering Thursday. Definitely have too! #2 has easy gone up an inch. #1 is close to the limit of her pot I think.they both have asymmetrical growth 🤨 each have a branch on one side much taller than the other sides so I have begun rotating them daily to help light penetration. Day 31: Today I transplanted #1 she was in a 1Gal nursery pot for 31 day and starting to show some issues. I moved her into a 10x10 square nursery pot. Approximately 3gals. From here she will go into a 10Gal for flower in about 6 weeks!(I'm letting them get some size)Very faint yellowing of the leaves and needing to be watered daily. Attached is a video, showcasing her roots. Idk why, but everytime I transplant they look like the video. Everyone else seems to have an insane amount of roots.🤷‍♂️ #1s roots are some of the thickest I've seen tho, a regular tree! I transplanted using real growers recharge. That's about for today hope u had a great 4th!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Day 33: Just a quick update today. Check the video I say more in that than here. #2 has nutrient burn from the recharge. These are such easy plants!! They need and want nothing! Water them once every 48 hrs or so and that's it! Works out to be 3 weeks in the small 3 weeks in the medium then she goes into a 12gal for flower.
