Buenos días familia, de nuevo os traigo esta esta 5 semana de floración de nuestras green ak xL de zambezaseeds. Una está algo bloqueada y no quiere comer nutrientes la otra ya va mejor y si come. Ph controlado temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros establecidos. Una cepa bastante difícil de dominar muy sensible a los cambios, pero que seguro bien cultivada dará todo de sí, xL su nombre lo dice.

Day 42:Well its halfway though the flowering cycle at least now and I thought with the genetic mix of her parents that she would be a full 11 week sativa cycle. Seems I may be wrong!!!!. She is beginning to colour up nicely now as though she is headin for the finish line. By far the the most ripe of the 9 strains which is surprising as she was younger and had 2 weeks catching up to do before the flip. She is even looking more advanced than the fast flowering Tester run in here now. The Gz mother was completely done by week 9 so maybe they will follow her rather than the longer Gelato41 time. She smells very fruit sweet with a slight hint of a diesel/gas. She is really oily to touch now and even low down where the larf would normally be a little pointless , she has put out medium sized buds too. . I am very happy with her whole cycle so far and she has not been slouch at all. Seeing her overtake the race and showing off is a win for me and the Birth of GanjaGrandaddyGenetics ,GGG seeds. lol Have 2 strains of my own at harvest nearly now and the Hulklato I featured in the last update has given out a very good 6 oz with around 1oz of that being larf and small buds. Not too bad for a first seed popped. let's see if this little lady can come close to her cousin. The NFT system has made the grow the easiest "hands off " growing i have done. Only needing to top up the res and leave it till it needed it again has been a lazy affair but to see an old school system like this work so well compared to the many others I have since used , has been a surprise. I dont know why NFT dropped off the radar but for anyone who is new to growing , it is a perfect , easy to set up and use medium. Good luck on all your grows. catch you at the next update.

The autos continued their steady vegetative push this week, with larger 5–7 finger leaves developing and noticeable daily growth. Canopies began to fill out, giving the plants a stronger, bushier appearance compared to the previous week. On Aug 26, the pots were watered thoroughly, and beneficial nematodes were applied as a preventative step against soil pests. This was the first pest management measure of the grow. The environment stayed stable overall. Temperatures stayed warm but within a healthy range, and humidity hovered in the target veg zone. By the end of the week, the plants looked vigorous and healthy, with no signs of stress or deficiency. They are well-prepared for topping and early training in the coming weeks.

Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. Very little to work around those beauties. The smell is so delicious already. They smells like sweet berries. Buds are loaded with trichomes, very sticky and hard as rocks especially on Athena. Trichomes are mainly clear and some parts milky. Absolutely love power of LST and how it worked on this strain. If you won't look under net it's almost impossible to see which cola belongs to main stem. Week 11 Dec 25 - Dec 31 Dec 25-26 Joyful observation Dec 27 Selective defoliation and First watering for this week. Nutes adjusted, almost 8ltr between both. Runoffs PH on both at 6.2. I am finding this PH level for this strain as perfect. Girls are looking super healthy and drinking they mixture like crazy. Dec 28-30 All is going smoothly. I can see more and more weight each day. Dec 31 Secomd watering foe this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. It's the last day of this week and also end of 2023!! Start of week 8 (day 50). Started the week off with a little recharge&water. I had to rig up some branch supports to compensate for compounding nugs. I'm pretty sure a pack of papers is a standard measurement? I've been struggling to get out of bed from knee pain (awaiting my 3rd surgery). And really not sleeping at all. Hi growmies. Hope we are all well and still sane?. This week has been another roller coaster for the ladies. Amnesia Haze has gone crazy with growth this week. She has taken over 25 L of water this week to cope with the heatwave we are having. It has been up around 24°c just before lights off at 12pm. I am glad i decided to use the nights for the lights on period now. I did lose the 5th node on the Amnesia sadly but the remaining 4 nodes are little powerhouses of growth tips. She has also reached the pots edges after i supercropped them earlier in the week. They had bounced back by the next day .!!!. I love this strain so far.. The remaining ladies havevhad to cope with some issues this week. Heat and light intensity from the new Mars at 100% power took a toll on their chlorophyll production abilities. I have since dropped the power by 25% and raised the light a little too. The yellowing has not worsened and new growth below is looking good so far. The worse affected was the Red Hot Cookies but now they both look settled root wise , they have improved the last few days too. I did a pH check and got 7.2ph so I did use some ph down to drop it to 6.0. There is a huge difference in the 3 girls and it is shocking to see what just 2 weeks germination gap can cause. I do know the NFT can catch up once it gets its roots into the matting more. Fingers crossed we see some improvements this coming week.. Be well.

Let the Sun & Bloom Begin! 🔥🌞 The past few days brought a whole lot of rain, so I didn’t need to water or even check EC—nature handled hydration for me. But today, the sun finally made a solid appearance, and the top layer of the substrate dried out just enough. Perfect timing to introduce the effective microorganisms I had waiting! 🌿 Looking ahead, the forecast is calling for some serious heat. With that in mind, I’ve decided to kickstart the flowering stage manually on the 12th of June. Starting bloom a bit early should help me dodge the risk of mold during the damp September and October stretch. Better safe than sorry! 💡🌺 Overall, she’s been developing beautifully—strong, healthy, and ready for the next phase. I’m seriously excited to see how she handles the stretch and what kind of flower show she puts on! Stay tuned—things are heating up, and this Red Hot Cookies girl is just getting ready to shine! 🚀🔥🌼

Semaine 2 – Croissance Mother Gorilla On continue sur une bonne lancée avec cette deuxième semaine de croissance ! La plante est bien vigoureuse, elle a clairement pris du volume depuis la semaine dernière. J’estime qu’elle a quasiment doublé de taille, on est maintenant aux alentours de 15-16 cm. C’est un bon signe, elle se plaît dans son environnement et ça se voit aussi au niveau des racines : elles ont bien évolué en quelques jours, bien blanches et en pleine forme. Côté constantes, on reste sur 18h de lumière par jour. La température oscille entre 22-23°C en journée et descend à 18°C la nuit, donc l’amplitude reste raisonnable. Niveau pH, il a un peu bougé et est monté à 6, mais rien d’inquiétant. Je vais surveiller s’il continue de grimper, et si besoin, je le redescendrai à 5,8. Pour l’humidité, j’ai baissé légèrement à 70 %, et je prévois de continuer dans cette direction la semaine prochaine pour descendre entre 60 et 65 %. L’objectif est de garder un VPD entre 0,4 et 0,8 max, histoire de rester dans une bonne fourchette pour la croissance. Aucune modification sur la plante pour l’instant : je ne l’ai pas encore topée, je préfère lui laisser encore une semaine d’acclimatation avant de commencer le travail de structure. Même chose pour la solution nutritive, je suis toujours sur la même que la semaine dernière. Pour l’instant, pas de signe de carence ou de besoin particulier, donc je continue comme ça. En résumé, tout roule ! La plante est en bonne santé, ses feuilles sont bien larges, et son système racinaire est top. On va continuer sur cette lancée et voir comment elle évolue la semaine prochaine ! 🇺🇸Week 2🇺🇸 – Mother Gorilla Growth We’re still on track with this second week of growth! The plant is looking strong and has clearly bulked up since last week. I’d say it has almost doubled in size, now standing around 15-16 cm. That’s a great sign—it’s thriving in its environment, and you can see it in the roots too. They’ve developed really well over the past few days, nice and white, just the way we want them. As for the conditions, we’re sticking to 18 hours of light per day. Temperature stays between 22-23°C during the day and drops to 18°C at night, which is a good range. The pH has fluctuated a bit, sitting at 6 now, but nothing concerning. I’ll keep an eye on it—if it keeps rising, I’ll adjust it back down to 5.8. Humidity has been slightly lowered to 70%, and I plan to keep decreasing it next week to around 60-65%. My goal is to maintain a VPD between 0.4 and 0.8 max to keep things ideal for growth. No plant training yet—I haven’t topped it, as I want to give it another week to settle in before I start shaping it. Same goes for the nutrient solution—I’m still using the same mix from last week. The plant isn’t showing any deficiencies or issues, so I’m keeping things steady. Overall, everything’s looking great! The plant is healthy, leaves are nice and wide, and the roots are thriving. Let’s keep this momentum going and see how things progress next week! 🤘😎🤘

After nutrition lockout for about more than a week,8 and a half hours without oxygen because the fan stopped working at night so I notice it in the morning,EVERY PLANT IS STILL ALIVE,I give her a good flush and she is looking much better and much fatter

Smell is amazing even though yield is low. I blame the super hot 90+ degree days. Then we had lots of rain to flush out all the nutes in the pot- so Mother Nature is really trying to help here Regardless- I’ll get 4 good nugs and they smell amazing

Sieht gut aus dir Dame, immer noch keine Mangelerscheinungen (gibt immer noch nur Wasser). Letzten Tage war es gut warm… merkt man ordentlich im Zelt. Verkraftet sie aber auch wunderbar, gibt halt einfach nur bissel mehr Wasser.

Week 3 closing out with lots of stuff happening!😍 On Day 14, she was repotted into her forever-home, 20L airpot, Terra Light Mix from Plagron, amended with some rice husks i have still left over and some limestone. Watered in with 3 Liters @6.0PH, 2ml/L Grow (up from 0.8 last time - trying to push the limits a bit) and 1ml/L rootjuice, and a generous sprinkling of great white mycorhizzae. Afterwards, i left her ample time to regenerate and didnt stress her all too much. Just kidding 💩. On Day 16, i chopped of her head because i felt like it and havent topped in a while.😈 Day 19 i watered her with 4L, 5.9PH, 1ml/L Roots and 2ml/L Grow. On Day 20 i brought out the first LST stakes since she's getting very bushy and i didnt want to defoliate already, seeing as i stressed her enough the last couple of days 😬

Just about have the temperature issue under control, doing a lot of LST to open up the canopy. The Alaskan Purple (soil) is really growing! Hydros should be taking off soon.

This lady ended up a little small but she looks very good and healthy,no problems so far,let's see how she performs, I'm loving this strain so far.
