Week 10: Post-Transplant Recovery, Storm Shielding & DP6 Explodes! Growth Stage: Vegetative Strains: Durban Poison (DP1 DP4 DP5 DP6) ​🌿 Week Recap & Overview ​What a massive and busy week for the Durban crew. We kicked things off with a major milestone over Mother's Day weekend, executing the big transplant project to move the main Durban Poison quartet into their massive, permanent 25-gallon containers. It required mixing up a mountain of soil and some serious muscle to get all that custom 50/50 potting and organic garden soil blend ready, but the squad knocked it out perfectly. ​ Just as the girls were settling into their new shoes, the High Plains threw a classic wrench in the gears with a heavy May storm. We immediately pivoted into full frost-protection protocol. Thanks to the custom DIY furniture dollies, we were able to keep those heavy 25-gallon stations mobile. We bundled them down with sheets, lined them with hot water bottles for ambient heat, and shielded them securely from the elements. ​The strategy paid off beautifully. The plants survived the storm completely unscathed, showing incredible resilience. ​📐 Growth & Development ​The Comeback Queen (DP6): The absolute highlight of the week. DP6 has officially shed the "runt" title and undergone a massive growth spurt. She has charged right up to the front line and is now running as one of the true leaders of the pack! ​DP5: Sitting strong and vibrant at 11 inches tall. Her canopy is lush, tight, and pushing out healthy, wide fan leaves with great node spacing. ​The 25-Gallon Quartet (DP1 DP4 DP5 and DP6): Recovering beautifully from the transplant and weather stress. The root systems are already exploring their massive new footprint, and the main stalks are thickening up nicely. ​🛠️ Garden Upgrades & Routine ​Irrigation: The DIY dual-timer irrigation manifold is fully built and ready to rock. The custom-drilled hose rings are set up for individual zones, which is going to make dialing in moisture levels for those massive 25-gallon pots an absolute breeze. ​Nutrients & IPM: Sticking to the organic regimen, utilizing FOOP organic nutrients, Veg/Sweetener formulas, and sea kelp tonics to help them bounce back from transplant shock and the cold snap. The African Marigold "security team" is strategically placed and on high alert to keep whiteflies and aphids away from the fresh new growth. Update: every place of serenity needs a name. Definitely some old school genetics with huge stacked nugs and a high leaf to calx ratio. The plant was a heavy feeder like a super beaver feeder. No matter what I threw at it the plant still wanted more. I saw others with the same problem with the same strain so it must be common. I think this plant would be a great outdoor plant it would have some 3-4 foot long solid nugs

Die Buds werden doch nochmal dicker und sind richtig fest und Kompakt. Es entwickelt sich ein frisches, säuerliches Aroma. Es ist noch etwas Süße hinzugekommen. Wenn es ein Apfel sein soll dann geht es in die Richtung Granny Smith. Für die Wachstumsdauert und das bisherige Resultat allerdings muss ich mich schon fragen, ob dass die Mühe Wert ist. Schauen wir Mal wie das Geschmacksprofil sich nachher Kennzeichnet. Flowering is developing well. Genetics Very very greedy in fertilizer... After a written exchange with the breeder, he recommended a mineral fertilizer, and not an organic organic one. The flowering is developing very, very well, but small spots have appeared on the foliage for no apparent reason. If anyone can give me the beginnings of a solution, I'm interested.

Switches to 12/12 a couple days ago, no signs of hairs but I think I’m abit eager if I’m expecting them this soon and tips on helping an organic soil flip to flower? I think I might be okay but any suggestions could help in case
