Ok so this is the 2x2 with my fixtures in them the blurples add more par ( I believe) more heat so thought I’d give it a go flowering it seems to be working great so far the Taomatic has started to bloom and stretch since the flip to 12/12 I had two Taomatics but got frustrated with one pheno as it was growing weird and suffered from everything possible so she/he is gone now just the one left so let’s hope she does well 😄anyway not to ramble on the lights combined wattage is as follows:- DIY light=52 watts /Blurple panel light=75 watts / Blurple bulbs= 30 Watts combined there’s 6 bulbs (5w) so total wattage draw from wall is 157 watts which is the same as my mars hydro ts1000 however it cost a hell of a lot less not saying it’s better but you can grow bud on the cheap trust me I started with scrap crap but it works lol happy growing people peace and love ✌️🏾 Oh yeah not sure if this Taomatic is male or female yet but It looks like she might be female any opinions????

Flowering day 59 Today was only controlled. Flowering day 60 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 61 Today was poured with 1 liter, and the trichomes checked, of course the tent was also cleaned. Flowering day 62 Today was cleaned, the plant cobtrolized for trichomes, mold and health. everything looks great 👍. And fresh osmosis water was filled in tanks for next week. The way the trichomes look like, is harvested in about 10-14 days 👌👍. Good News everyone ! after a week in 12/12 cycle they still feel happy ( no more yellow leafs ! ) They are thirsty AF ( i added 16L this week ) and it's only the beginning :x ... Día 15. Las plantas ya alcanzaron un altura muy buena. Ya empiezan a aparecer los primeros pelos blancos. Por el momento me ha sorprendido la reacción de las plantas al bud blood. Si puedo voy a comprar bud candy para ayudar un poco a la mezcla. Por el momento decidí mantener el bud blood a media dosis durante una semana más con el big bud. Veremos que tal resulta. Día 17. El estirón siguió y las plantas alcanzaron 51 cm. Las pequeñas directamente quedaron tapadas. En este experimento se puede ver la diferencia entre tierra e hidroponia. La verdad que estoy sorprendido. Creo que los productos usados son los que han marcado la diferencia. Las plantas quintuplicaron la altura total que tenían al momento de pasarlas a floración. Y sospecho que van a seguir estirándose una semana más. Espero no tener problemas de altura porque no lo planeaba. Creo que voy a cortar algunas ramas bajas más, dado que se están generando muchas sombras nuevas. Seguiré actualizando. Día 19. El estiramiento continua, pero levemente. Ya alcanzaron 55cm. Estuve cortando algunas ramas y hasta supongo que podría cortar más. Pero a esta altura ya todo lo que hay recibe buena luz. La diferencia entre la madre que está en tierra y los esquejes en hidroponia, es cada vez más notoria. Si bien ya la he visto, tener una planta al lado de la otra bajo la misma luz, hace la parte alevosa de todo esto. De todos modos, he comprobado que el sabor obtenido en tierra, es más fiel al de la hidroponia. En hidroponia en principio, las plantas son mas fuertes en todo, pero el sabor de alguna forma, es demasiado afectado por los nutrientes. Incluso habiendo lavado dos o tres semanas, la planta sostiene un sabor constante en todas las variedades, que parece estar atado a la nutrición. Siendo que en tierra, cada variedad tiene su sabor distintivo, siendo una distinta de otra. La próxima actualización será en la nueva semana, ya que al quedar poca solución, la voy a cambiar antes y voy a poner 12 litros en lugar de los 10 que vengo usando. Las plantas vienen comiendo mucho.

Day 106: removed some yellowed leaves. Decided to wait one more day on water. Not adding any more nutrients. Assuming harvest in 14 days. Day 107: Added one gallon of pH6.5 water with 2tablespoons of Herculean Harvest Day 108: Removed yellow or brown leaves. Added no water. Trichomes clear. The urge to harvest is huge but will go 2 more weeks. Removed a box elder bug that sneaked into the tent. Day 109: nothing new to report. Added no water. Tempted to add nutrients once more. After taking photos, removed several yellowing or browned leaves. Day 110: did not add water. Removed some more leaves. Day 111: did not add water. She is starting to look frosty. Read some mixed messages about the last two week flush and am feeling the urge to feed again. Day 112: Replaced Viparspectra 600W with a Horticulture Lighting Group Quantum Board 288 V2 and Slate 2 heatsink. Very pleased although my temperature jumped to 81°F.

Loving the size of these things

Plant keeps growing and looking good after the pruning of 2 leafs and the start of LST last week, in this week I started giving 24 hrs of light , and feeding the plant with fish fertilizer , I also kept doing the LST .Plant started growing even more in couple of days with fish fertilizer.

Perfect conditions this week led to some great bud development. The larger of the two I left alone but the other I cleaned up the bottom.

April 23 Fading leaves and turning purple. I'm making sure to do my due diligence in removing all dead leaves between the buds as they die, so that I'm not having dead leaves stuck in the bud as it dries. Trichomes aren't quite where I want them yet. The ones nearest the light are orange, but not much orange is anywhere else.
