As this will be the last time I defoliate I took away quite a few of the leaves. Maybe a little too many as most guides reccomend not taking more then 30% of the leaves in a single defoliation

--Apr 4-- Here we go! Flushing started on Saturday. Flushing until Thursday and then lights out until Saturday for chop day! Thanks for all the responses to my questions and the helpful comments. Things are smelling amazing and look even better. Happy Easter indeed! --Apr 7-- So far so good. The girlfriend gave the girls a nice trimming job and cleaned them up real good! Got some more trich pictures today that came out nice and clear this time. My shakey hands don't allow for good closeups! --Apr 12-- Made the chop on Friday! Got a decent harvest it looks like. hang drying now until this weekend probably and then in the jars for a couple weeks. Already made some bubble hash out of the trimmings/popcorn buds which tastes pretty good and seems to be a decent smoke so far! I'll post again once I've finished the harvest and tried them out.

Any one know why my leafs are facing downwards

Update; February 14th, 2023. From the moment I flipped to flower, they’ve been exploding with growth! They are super healthy! They grow back and fill in so fast after defoliating, no matter how heavy I go. I’ve added the supplemental lighting (Viparspectra 600) this week to really get the most I can. Figuring out a way to mount it higher.

Week 7 of flower,room is a bit to cold but they are very close to finishing. 👍🏾

This Xtrakush keeps surprising. What a vigorous plant it's a pleasure to grow. All week we've seen huge bud formation and shes filling out. Only the last day growth has stunted a little. I think it was heat and I was pushing the light to its max. She seems to recover and I might have lost a day or two of growth. Her roommate, the Orange Hill Special, outperformed her a little in bud development. It was my mistake and this sort is made to grow outdoors in N European conditions. When we push for the limit, it's logical we find or sometimes go over the edge. Thank you for checking in this week, Im getting more and more impatient to see these plants develop and the harvest. It was easy to harvest she was very small jut cut it quickly without stalks the wet weight is 17 g of the buds, nicely coated with THC and it was approx 70% milky and 40% amber trichomes. Hopefully good time to be harvested. This site has changed can not update and edit the comment section. The smoke is nice it is kind of relax and strong high. Not the best but not bad at all. I like it.

I have made this week as it’s the 4 week mark (28 days) I’ve made a video to show the progress she has made! This is my favourite baby girl! She has shown so much vigor from the beginning! I have only had to adjust the ties this week was considering another top but I won’t as I may not have space! I’ve added a picture of the base of my Airpots and I’m proud to say the roots are all coming through nice and thick (photo example) I have also added my ppm results now and am going to be filtering my water so I lose the initial 200+ in my water already! I will 12-12 when she hits 6 weeks! Hope you enjoy buddies!

Harvest time has come. This plant grew beautifully and strong. The flowering time was insanely fast hence the "fast" strain. The Gaia green nutrients are where its at. Definitely sticking to organic from now on after this grow. The smell is pungent and stinking up my entire house in a great way! Very resinous buds so I cant wait to use the nug smasher and press some rosin. Overall great grow and learned a lot about the organic process. Next grow is going to be blueberry pie fast. 8/23 shes smelling so much like blueberries💚 im super concerned with the amount of leaves my plants are cannibalizing/ losing. They've been turning yellow and then eventually golden brownish crisp and fall off. The leaves that are falling off, only seem to be fan leaves and all the leaves around the pistils/main parts of branches/plant, all seem to be intact and very healthy still. I hope she's able to stay healthy till the finish of the grow. First outdoor grow. Learning experience 💚🤘I should have added some fish meal in the middle of July so she had some nitrogen for the beginning of flowering. I'm concerned the leaves lost is due to nitrogen deficiency. But I'm 3 weeks into flower and dont want to confuse her with more nitrogen than I have been giving 8/24 fed some more open sesame. 8/28 thinking my plants have been having a ph lock out causing magnesium deficiency

She seems to be coming along well. Fed her cal mag once this week 2 ml per liter. The other feeding she only received bloom and grow. Top leaves are discolouring but I'm unsure why.

June 22: planted peat pot in final Fast Buds 4 gallon bag after ripping bottom off and tearing sides. Forecast to be quite warm overnight so she’ll be outside tonight for first time. June 23: in direct sun but under shade cloth for today.

So it has been a bit more than a week since update but the ladies seem to be thru the stretch and budding well now. I think in the next update I'll do pics of the defoliation at week three(upcoming Sunday) I added some drip rings to even out watering between different strains. The Orange blossom gets two water lines pumping it while KK gets one and is still a bit damp. The adjustable drip tips just weren't keeping their settings and Blossom gets thirsty fast right now. They are just part of the floraflex kit for rockwool cubes, but with Coco I find water absorbs/disperses just fine.(I usually use 1/2'' black holes drippers but stepped on 3 of em..) Ladies are pretty healthy but lacked some N after the stretch here and yellowed some bottom leaves. I gave them a bit of Grow food in this reservoir. Just at 1 part. Micro at 2 parts, and Bloom 3. I really under feed and adjust up if they look hungry usually. I stopped using the Piranha and Tarantula powders after week two so those are on the shelf until the next rotation. But since I see buds I started, I added in the Liquid Kool bloom at .5 ml/l, again thats like 1/8th strength but its plenty. Too much of the boosters and stuff burns quick. I did a decent job keeping them trained back from the vert bulb this time so haven't crisped up any leaves yet which is great. The plants are about at 24 inches tall after the stretch to keep them under the big double ended. Thats actual height for the Krishna, but the blossom is bent into a bunch of z's to keep it low. These are actually some big plants stuffed in there, so hoping they make some good sized buds. Got some pics of the bud starts for each plant. No frost yet but it'll start by next week I think. Maybe a week until I pull off any buds that are not the size of a grape yet, and leave the good starts to get extra juice. I'm over trimming under buds since my last overgrown scrog.

Very near now just need some Amber, samples look and smell great.
