Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. This week they got defoliated again like last week, rotated them and re arranged the net so they got nice canopy. Started using sugar royal and green sensation. The random seed turned out to be auto, and i thins she is a little faster, she thickened up faster, and already gluey so much i can't wash it easily from my hand. Note to myself: get some gloves I am very excited about both plants now, if anyone having any idea what strain is the random one, i'd like to hear your thoughts.

It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. La planta aun está en pleno estirón del inicio de la floración, por lo que tengo que ir cropeandola casi a diario para mantener una altura homogénea en las ramas y que no se estire demasiado. Están comenzando a formarse los primeros brotes, aun no tiene un olor intenso pero ya huele a haze y eso es maravilloso... aun le quedan meses de floración pero ya tengo ganas de fumarmela.

Another cold week, we are having around 2ºC Minimum temperature, and its really cold at night( I mean, for Spain, because if some Nortern people hear this may be laughting at me hahaha) But there is a range of hours when then sun hits directly the plant if its not cloudy, like 6h-8h, this if i dont have to roll out the awning, so the plant is protected when raining. Did not feed the plant until past the middle of the week, because i ovserbed that the flowers were developing slowly as im accostummed, probably because of the low temperatures, so i decided to give her the last feeding and start the flush at the end of this week, because i felt the plant was like at least 2 weeks from proper harvest, and still developing the flowers with white hairs... Im looking for something narcotic with a nice Therpenoid Profile so the later the better in my opinion, but without passing he Ripper Line hahaha :) So last feeding was like a fattening one... Higher Dose of nutrients for the plant, and later added some Micro Vita to the soil, 3grams, and until the end with water and some carbs in 1/2 irrigations ... What amazed me is the strenght of this plant, surviving these really low temperatures, growing a little slowlier, but without problems or buds, amazing plant, as amazing as beautiful, im in love with the colours.. Gorilla cookies is extremely easy to grow, it does good all on its own, minimal trimming or training. I'd definitely recommend it as a first grow.

These ladies have blown up since last week almost tripled the size in 7 days. I'm thinking that the new soil I'm using is better than what I previously used which was roots organic 707 now I'm using FoxFarms happy frog. Other than that watering with half the normal dose of nutrients for now until they use up the nutes in the soil. Temperature never moves at a steady 72° F all day and night even with the lights on. I can tell these are going to produce some nice thick flowers 🌿💚

Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females. the seedling seems rather weak at this point, and i had a little oopsie where the fan fell on it. thankfully it was alright afterwards. i watered the plant once per every two or three days.

So I did a partial harvest of 16 of the main colas on day 65 of 12/12 and I am very happy with the result. I have the left the lower buds to ripen for another week. The terps are amazing and the buds are twinkling with trichomes. I will upload the cured weights and pics in 2 weeks. Happy growing✌️🏼

I cannot believe how much weed I have got from this one auto plant also I had to cut four inches off one of the main bud sites because of bud rot I would definitely use Dutch passion again
