This was the girls last week! I decided to call them finished on day 63 the tricomes are almost all cloudy, with a small amount of amber. I’ve learned that they continue to degrade as you dry and cure your flower, so I’m trying something new for me, and pull them a little earlier than I usually would. In addition, after watching a podcast (Dude Grows Show) if you don’t know, check it out… I decided to run the lights for 18 hours instead of 12/12 for the last 5 days before harvest. The idea behind this, is to stress the plant enough to increase its natural sunblock/protections, which would be terpenes and tricomes just before you harvest, while also possibly quickening the finishing time for your plant. The group was discussing the benefits of this (listed above) while some already had implemented these practices when finishing plants. The recommended time to run extra light time would be around the last 5-9 days of the plant, without having any nanners or weirdness happening with your plants. I was traveling for work and it turned out that the plants stayed 3 whole days without watering, I watered them as soon as I arrived, these photos and video are of them after 2 days already watered and they already showed improvement and I also started with top crop 2 ml top veg fertilizer per liter during vegetation, and this is the end of second week

First dose of Big Bud stacked with 3 part ph perfect waiting on that change.

3 of the same strain 2 are going into flush and the big one is getting another week of overdrive as she seems to be responding well to it I started her off on it much later than the other 2 probably be another 2 weeks before she comes down.

Day 71: The left plant is starting to show some of the same problems I see on the right plant so I am going to flush her too tomorrow. I think that it is mostly due to the light stress from before, it is just showing now, but to be safe she gets a flush too @5.8 ph Day 73: Hmmmm... It is difficult to see if the problem persists, or its just the affected leaves that will not recover. Should I remove these "sick" leaves? - They seem to be happy abut the new light intensity as some of the problems is defiantly improving like the leaves are praying, and the sides of the leaves does not seem to bend as much. I have been very gentle with the feeding, after having done 3 flushes (15L at 5.8 ph) and have updated my feed schema above Day 75: I am sure that I had some light-stress, and it is over now, but I don't think I see a full recovery.... I think I see the leaves to get more yellow but it might just be as mentioned before, that the sick leaves won't recover but I do not know what to do from here. Should I just leave them, or do you growmies have any suggestions? The grow has, and is, very slow in my opinion but I still see progress UPDATE: I decided to doe some heavily defoliation. It might have been too much for the left one. I haven't done much defoliation, but they where so bushy, that I thought it was necessary to get light on all my buds. Also I wanted to get rid of those "sick" leaves. I think I am on the right track, and the symptoms I see are old problems now

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Shes continuing to fatten up. Trichomes are looking mostly cloudy with some ambers so I will start her final flush this week. We’ll see how much more she’ll swell in the next 10-14 days.

Very Nice looking and good Smelling Plant. Buds after Trim are medium dense but very tasty. Flavourwise it goes into ripe Berrys with a hint of Citrus and Soapyness in the background. The Plant looks exactly like on the pictures High-Giraffe-Seeds shows on their website. All in all definetly a recommendable Plant to grow.

These girls are super sticky! Resin is building up all over the place, including the leaves. I've been defoliating like crazy but they just keep coming back.

Germinated seeds in half cup of water, and put straight into rapid rooter plugs, then into dwc buckets with hydroton clay pellets.

There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Hello This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Got my 4 year cancer checkup... got the nose and throat camera.. And the Dr. couldn't find anything wrong. I get 1 more checkup in a year before they can give me a... all clear for cancer. I'm going to beat it... Thanks Rick Simpson... Picked up this magazine a few days ago and just wanted to share the adds and articles. There's a Cheech and Chong interview and story in my Captain Future diary this week if your interested. Everything is going good in here. I've seen some fungus gnats flying around But I've also seen some very small spiders starting webs, and they will grow, and take care of the gnat problem. The plants are just getting rainwater for now. There's is lots of compost in each pot... the roots just have to find it. I'll give some food in a week or two. Going to be turned to flowering by June 1st, so there is still another month of veg to go. OK. Have Fun. Chuck
