New leaves still discolored but growing apparently correctly. Possible reasons: - genetics (?) - heavy fertilized soil - Batmix from Plagron was used (?)

Hi all I hope you had a wonderful Christmas 👍 So I got curious a few days ago and decided to have a fiddle with one of the buds from the Girl scout cookies plant. I let it dry in a paper bag first and then had a sqizz at it. After I tore it apart I was pleased to find a nice fat healthy seed (see 1st pic) well after that I thought to myself Bloody hell mate there must be a heap more of those fellas in there then, so with that in mind I harvested the whole plant. After that lot was dried I tore into it looking for more seeds (see video) but unfortunately I only ended up with the three viable seeds the others I found were either green or already damaged. Not to worry as atleast I have those three to attempt germination with which is better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick as my old man likes to say. Ive partaken in a few bonghits as I write this of the Girl scout cookies bud that I harvested and I can tell you its some nice shit man 😁 The Gelato Plant will be harvested tomorrow and Im hoping that may have some seed aswell. The whole purpose of this experiment was to cross the Barneys Farm Red Diesel Feminised Pollen I created with a good tasty strain in an attempt in creating seed. So as far as that part goes & even tho I only got the three seeds I feel it was mostly a Success. I will definatey need to refine both my Pollen collecting and Pollinating techniques to achieve better results. Thankyou to all who followed along I enjoyed doing this diary. Hi everyone! It hasn't been a full week yet—only 4 days since the last update—but I'm posting the report now because I'm switching them to 12/12 flower tomorrow. It’s only been 2 days since transplanting from 5L to 10L pots, and the roots are already hitting the bottom. I’m amazed at how well they root in the Canna Terra Professional Plus substrate! It’s my first time trying it and I’m beyond satisfied—just check the last 3 photos from last week (root shots during transplanting). Unbelievable! I'm not using any extra mycorrhizae, just what's already in the soil. I’m also doing light defoliation every 3 days, focusing mainly on the inner leaves pointing toward the main stem. After transplanting, I watered them with a half-dose of nutrients (about 2ml/L) since the substrate is pre-fertilized. As soon as they start to stretch after the flip, I’ll set up the SCROG net. The smell is already incredible, and we aren't even flowering yet! 😄 As my friend says: 'If it stinks like shit, it's gonna be good.' 😄🍀 Anesia Seeds, you guys are killing it! 👏👍 Great genetics (All plants are growing naturally without topping the main/central cola.) Good week of fattening up , temps are on the rise by 2 degrees in the tent as summer gears up I would of liked to have had these done by now as the next few weeks are hot and humid . Just gotta keep that air flow up and cop the wind burn on the fan leaves . Started feeding every day last week instead of every other day and they are hooking thru their feeds . Will feed another week then a 2 or 3 week taper to flush . The smell from this purple punch is so strong and the leaves actually taste like blueberries , home stretch now

Hi Guys Let's continue now with the vegetation week three and one thing is for sure there are still some... 👉 Lighting The Lumatek was increased from 80 watts to 120 watts on vegitation day 20. This corresponds to dimming from 40% to 60%. This corresponds approximately to a PPFD of 400. 👉 Pot size On day 19 of the vegetation phase, the size was changed from a 1.5 liter to a 3.5 liter pot. This was done due to slight deficiency symptoms in the lower part of the plants and due to their size. 👉 Climate Has remained the same. Grow Report: -------------- The plants also grew well during the week and still look healthy and happy. Once again, the genetics coped well with the stress of transplanting and got used to the new pot very quickly. Unfortunately, the plants were a little too dry before transplanting, but they also coped well with this. This week they were also watered with fertilizer for the first time, 2ml BioBizz Fishmix per liter of water. The plants are watered as soon as they are close to being dry. The plants are watered with a total of approx. 400 ml in two stages of 200 ml each. I wait approximately 5-10 minutes between watering. Have fun growing, HiSpycy 💜

As harvest painfully crawls nearer, my own accidental creation is showing of it’s Prowse. Love the smell very floral, to a minty and sweet, with a slight scent of earth. She’s slowly crystallising, which gives off its scent. Like all babies this week, all I did was water and monitor its recovery from the intense defoliating session! I’ve not even poured any nutrients, but to lay it bare, I have not gave them nutrients due to running out of my very own organic plant feed, however today I should check if my new batch is ready to be used, I want to overdose the plants with nutrients, though it is not advisable however being a hobbyist comes with its benefits, I am not growing to sell, I am growing for myself and for the love of this very beautiful plant. Therefore it gives me time to experiment as much as I want.

Welp I overdid some things the past couple weeks. Bumping up the light schedule to 20 hours so soon after adding the second lamp definitely caused some lightburn. At the same time I over watered before going out of town and came back to fungus gnats yuck. Only really signs of root rot on ok be plant. Changed lights back to 18-6. Went a whole week before feeding any again, until bottoms felt dry. Last nutes for white (hard flush w/ peroxide next feeding), normal nutes for blue and yellow (last with grow big). Topped and mended in an inch of perlite and sprayed Neem oil around fabric pots, top of soil, and plant base as well as hanging fly traps. Seems to be coming under control. Harvested 4 small spears off of red and began drying testing potential setup. Will do another partial harvest on red and potentially a spear or two off of white as well this week.

April 16th - Day 59 : Today is Spa day. Did a major defiliation throughout the whole tent. They're pretty much on autopilot from now on.. April 19th - Day 62 : Look at theses beauties. Reacting well to the heavy defoliation. The smell is getting a bit stronger. Didn't do much but water.

Smell is unreal, sweet candy shop sorta scente, buds are extremely hard so far like steel 🤞.... the tall scruffy thing in baxk, hasn't had the optimum PAR as you can see also, it was the only one in the gold label special mix (pre fertilised) media...

The Tropicana Cookies has been growing great feeding on Cronk Nutrients an thriving under the medic grow fold 6 she is almost done another week or so an then flush time she's deffinetly finishing up amazing packing on the frost

12/22/2021 Starting the over night soak in H2O2 water, then onto soil mix to finish germination. Soaking in H2O2 and water, about an ounce h2o2 mixed with .500ml spring water. It aids in breaking down seed shell, and sanitize seeds at the same time. I will sow directly into soil as breeder suggest. 12/25/2021 All I5 seeds sprouted in water little 1-2 mm tap roots, potted into small cups and reppot as necessary, should get 100% germ rate if I don't hurt them tiny tap roots putting them in soil. 12/28/2021 Lemon OG 100% germ rate, Biscotti Skunk 4 of 5, Grape Skunk 4of5,and I will take the blame if others don't take because of miss handling, so very happy with the germination rate I'll give it 100% Thanks @QCS for given me the opportunity to grow your genetics.🙏🏻 Ps. But feminized information was all they had on website,assuming it's all the same.
