During week 13 the BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) from GREENHOUSE SEEDS is developing FANTASTICALLY! The buds have a nice PURPLE coloration and are COVERED IN TRICHOMES! They shine like little stars when I go in at night and make a foto with the flash on...ITS AMAZING to see. All main- and sidebranches have developed into HUGE COLAS, which are full with DANK buds. The bud structure is very compact...I LOVE IT! 😍The topbuds are now so heavy that the plants lean into the two layers of nets I put in to support them. I am glad I installed the trellies already during veg., because now the plants need them. The nice dark green color of the leaves and the fat buds show that the plants are VERY healthy and therefore the BIOTABs nutrients and the spectrum and intensity of the SANlight LEDs work perfectly for growing cannabis. After all they were both especially designed to do exactly that...lol The two Q4W-Gen.2 fixtures on the sides are running at 100% (=3 green lights on dimmer ON) and the Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center is running at 80% (=two green light on the dimmer ON). All three lamps are hung at 40 cm distance to the top of the plants. I water the plants with PURE TAB-WATER, since the BIOTABS nutrients are self-regulating. There is no need for measuring the ph- and EC-value of the water, since you do not need to adjust it. Its VERY CONVENIENT and saves me a lot of time! The smell of the 8 plants is VERY STRONG now and the aroma is WONDERFUL! It is sweet and fruity with a 'gassy' undertone from the OG-Kush parent. Until now this round goes VERY WELL and I am very satisfied with quality of the genetics from Greenhouse Seeds. The plants grow exactly as the description in their catalogue states, and that is rare thing nowadays! 👍😎

Day 50: Wow these girls are loving their repot. I moved them up to their final 50L pots now so no more disturbing those roots. They were starting to circle just as I re-potted so I think i hit it perfectly . They have been so easy to work with so far and took to their training so well. I am going to begin tying down for their final setting now I have the growth tips and choices of where they go. I am going to strip out a little leaf too and also make sure I take out any potential popcorn larf. FFT1 is certainly the smaller of the group but her squat nature gives her a nice thick stem to hold weight. No issues with her at all. FFT5 sits in the middle for her growth size. She is also looking very healthy and her Mega crop start has given her a beautiful colour on her leaves. She looks sativa in her structure for node distance so I think a stern tie down will be needed to keep her in check. FFT7 is by far the biggest of the group and also has the most actual growth within her. The many heads will need some serious thought as to who goes on to be a champion and who becomes the mulch sacrifice. She has some big fans developing and will need some space to bloom I reckon. I sprouted 2 feminized Chocolate Mint OG seeds from HSO 😁💪🌱 these were taken from a pack of 10,the remainder I will sprout after flowering these 2 so I can learn their growth patterns (morphology) first. I'm starting them in a Jiffy Tomato pod.(really like these for watering.u can really see how much water u are giving them.) On a heat mat at 74° for the 1st 7 days. They are under 2x Viparspectra 600w LEDs in a 2x4 tent. At day 7 I transplanted #1 into a 1gal plastic round pot. And the 2nd plant will be going into a 7"x7"x9" They are both in Happy Frog Soil medium by Fox Farms. The plan is 6 weeks veg then flower time!

Día 43 La variedad Tropicana no engordó nada. Los cogollos son flacos. Muy firmes y llenos de resina. Pero son chiquitos. Incluso en la que hice ni corte ni LST. Así que será algún tema del fenotipo. La Polaris al vontrario, tiene cogollos grandes y está demorando un poco más que la Tropicana. De todos modos, se ve que las dos están sacando muchos tricomas. Haber vuelto a usar EMRO hizo una diferencia enorme en el resto de solución que queda en el depósito al finalizar la semana. Con EMRO sale transparente. Sin EMRO sale llena de restos de raíces. Y con sólo 1ml/L. Ahora le puse 2ml/L, ya que la próxima semana es el lavado, así que ya que está que li pie bien a fondo. Incluso pensé en usar EMRO este lavado cómo experimentación. Así que posiblemente haga eso. Seguramente tenga que cortar una antes que la otra. Pero también lo voy a ir viendo.

I hung dried for three days and then bagged them up in brown paper bags for two days due to the low temps and humidity before jaring them.

The plants have been spread out a little more to give them space. 11/24 Temperatures are fine however humidity could use a bump. PH in reservoirs adjusted to 5.6. 11/25 PH adjusted to 5.8 and reservoirs topped off with water. The PH fluctuations have been rough for this strain. It doesn't seem to like the Hydros wavering PH. 11/26 The light was raised a few inches to match growth. PH adjusted to 5.8 and the humidity is still lower than I would like it to be. 11/27 Reservoirs topped off and PH set to 5.8. Fans adjusted to better circulate the air around the tent. 11/28 Daily PHing and reservoir topping as usual. The back right plant is still doing its silly genetic thing as i'm sure it will all grow. Debating on cutting it early and saving the time and tent space. 11/29 PH adjusted to 5.8 and a single reservoir needing topped off. Plants appears to be rebounding from PH fluctuations but its to early to know for certain. This marks the end of week 3 and the growth was fine and fast like expected from this breeder. The plants have started showing sign of PH fluctuations as these genetics don't seem to enjoy hydroponics to much, however I'm confident in them developing resiliency as they grow and getting past it. I am debating doing a PH twice daily to minimize the PH window. One shows nitrogen toxicity. With these being Autoflowers anything that slows them down is a problem so we are going to see what we can do to minimize the effects the fluctuations have on these plants. I'm confident they will be dank in a few weeks 😎

Such a pleasure to grow her, she came from an auto m8 and she ended up being Photoperiod, apart from that I'm glad I've discovered her, because her buds have one of the most special and sweetest fragrance I've ever smelled in a cannabis flower, super sweet and tropical guys, such a cool strain, I definitely want to fill a lot of jars of this for my personal stash, everytime I smell her flowers makes me remember the Caribbean Islands.

Day 75 on this blueberry and just like the Grape Wine I discontinued all nutrients except for the little bit of recharge she got yesterday from here on out water only.. this girl looks like she needs another week and a half to two weeks but she's starting to look beautiful and I'm starting to get excited about this one.. due to the ruderalis and low THC content I wasn't expecting trichomes all over sugar leaves and or any on any fan leaves and I didn't get any but the buds themselves are sparkling which is all that matters... Muy olorosa genética, me encantó mucho, termino de engordar al 100% los cálices absorbiendo los postilos de las flores y eso para mi es muy importante, muy agradable al fumar con un efecto inmediato apto para el día a mi pensar ya que su efecto se nota mucho pero no es para dejarte tumbado si no que con mucho ánimo en fin muy agradable para conectar tu mente a la música que es algo que me encanta al fumar, en fin muy fácil de cultivar, crece mucho así que procura dar poca vegetación, creo que yo me excedí un poco, y no olvidar alimentar a tiempo ya que beben mucho. Vamos familia, actualizo la sexta semana de floración de estas Royal Gorilla de RoyalQueenSeeds. Vaya color más bonito, se les ve sanas, están formándose las flores bastante bien. Y desprenden ya un aroma increíble. Alguna se adelantó en la floración intentaré cortarlas todas a la vez pero ya veremos cómo progresa. Hasta aquí todo bien el único suplicio que sufro son altas temperaturas por estar en pleno verano. Acabaré este proyecto y daremos parón unas semanas. Que avance algo más el verano. Hello m8 welcome to this journey with me in this diary will have very interesting strains hope u find something useful Persi - [ ] 1st week Veg: germinated in substrate lighting very close so it jets medium high humidity after the 3rd day they started sprouting - [ ] 2nd week Veg: this week my ventilator broke down and as the temperature stayed very warm nothing developed much - [ ] 3rd week Veg:fortunately this week i had fixed the ventilation and the temperature has go down a bit allowing the little plants to develop and reinforce - [ ] 4th week:very good developments in this week I already started feeding a bit two times but i didn’t have to…once was enough - [ ] 5th week Veg:this week they were very strong green i only had to water them good and keep the ventilators going no stop .They have good hight already ,but as i have to strains together. Coming along well, Day 43 Flower, I've dimmed the lights 10% using a Kill*A*Watt meter. Nutrient wise I've changed it up for the final stretch, to the gallon of 180ppm city tap water, I've reduced Maxibloom to 1/2 teaspoon, I've began adding 1/4 teaspoon KoolBloom powder and 2-3 teaspoons of Diamond Nectar Humic Acids. I don't need to add ph up or down as this mixture puts my ph @ 6.3, EC is currently 1.7. each plant receives a minimum of 1 gallon per day, more often they receive a gallon and a quarter or half, applied with a garden sprayer a quart or 1/2 gallon at a time throughout the day, usually about every 3 hours. I keep about an inch of water in the trays below the plants, roots have penetrated the bottoms of the pots and are in the nutrient solution below-I drain this off completely every 2-3 days to keep it fresh-I've followed this routine many times before with no ill effect, as a matter of fact the plants seem to thrive even more-so I stopped fighting it.

Moin moin, In dieser Woche habe ich mich hauptsächlich darauf konzentriert die Pflanze Triebe auf eine Höhe zu bekommen. Das tue ich indem ich die Segelblätter immer wieder vorsichtig nach unten biege. So kommt mehr Licht an die Triebe und sie wachsen dadurch schneller. In den letzten Tagen habe ich dann die 2 unteren Triebe mit den jeweiligen Blatt entfernt. Das sorgt für eine bessere Zirkulation unter den Blättern.

The tent smells great this week. Very sweet, pineapple citrus. Buds continue to grow with new pistals daily. Lots of crystal showing now too. I didn’t defoliate as much as I’d hoped due to hermie sighting in week 3; but they’re looking good and I’m happy with grow three so far. So much learned, so much progress. Hopefully the results speak for themselves...

This girl is stacking so nicely for someone who got very little grow time outdoors before the onset of flower. 2nd generation of shogun I have grown but never smoked, so I still don't know if its any good. LoL Something tells me this one is going to be something special. Lets see.
