Day 40. Was away for 2 weeks and girls missed me a lot !!! No TLC - NO RESULT !!! Worst grow I think, girls are small or weak and stretched .... Gave first feed ... SuperCroped highest girls ... Sad harvest upfront ... Think auto way is not for me ... Happy Growing !!!

Day 29 fm seed/Week 1 flower: I did some LST/HST to the plants to try to even out the canopy. The light is set to 80% and is creating some good growing conditions. Flower has started and most of the plants are showing little bud clusters and pistils. They are starting to smell already, just mild skunkiness. I say this every time, but there are some super short plants like the skunk and tall lanksters like the Blackberry. There is some stacking on some and mega stretch on others, such is the case when you grow 7 different genetics. It’s all good tho, we’ll train them up. Did some leaf tucking and removed a couple beastly light and site blocking fans. Other than that we’re just gonna watch and see how this plays out. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Happy Growing 🌱

Week 4 seemed a bit slow at first, but i also realised that I wasn't treating coco appropriately, I should feed nutrients every time I water and control the ph and ppm better. By the end of week 4 I got a water quality tester and am now able to properly take my ph down and monitor ppm so my plants don't get nutrient burned, but still gets enough nutrients in time. I also allowed good amount of the top layer of my coco to dry because I mixed up advice that received about soil and coco together. Apparently coco has no issues with overwatering unless your pots have no drainage so in the last 2 days I started treating coco the way it's supposed to be treated, I also finally got calmag and my plants are showing good signs of health past 3 days, they look revitalised and happy again 😊 Unfortunately, apple fritter was way too sick for me to continue with it so I restarted it in a proper coco and perlite mix that's non fertilised, that's a separate diary because its a whole month later. I decided not to train the first 2 plants just to see how the natural process is supposed to go.

Just starting here, these seeds were above ground on Jan 20/22. Just starting my first week of veg now after main lining and structuring the plants the way I want, I'm doing the full veg/flower in these 1.5 Gallon pots. These were regular seeds and I know for sure there's one male , which I'm cool with as long as he turns out to be a stud of a plant , I'll keep his pollen and if I get a few seeds , if not he's gone. I don't mind it's just me smoking and last time I left the male I had maybe 20 seeds per female in all of the buds. This strain last time I grew it tasted like Durban poison with a cocoa/coffee hint it was delicious in the morning. Plants are 24 days old today.

I thought I had major issues, and stunned this plant during growth. Apparently this plant is a very short strain. I didn't mess it up as bad as I thought. I did have issue with the grow. Bud smells very intriguing, and looks potent. I don't have much else to report, but am curious to how it smokes. Ok, so I forgot to take any pics on week two and holiday time week 3 came up real fast. so we are going to skip over any of the week two details. just watered em and they grew. This week we did a nice little transplant into their final 2gal pots. Fortified with a bunch of amendments and Acti-Sol, everything is listed in the video. Any question just let me know. I don't age my medium at all and I think I should start doing this to avoid some other things, I just find it hard to do it in winter time indoors as soil can be stinky with amendments and I like it to stay in the tent under the carbon filter. Medium I used is 40% coir, 30% perlite, 20% compost, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings. Then the amendments are added into that at the rate of 30-60ml per 1Gal of medium. This batch has Gaia 4-4-4, Gaia Insect Frass, Giaia Diatomaceous Earth, Gaia Rock Dust, Acti-Sol Seaweed Meal, Acti-Sol Shrimp/Crab Meal, Acti-Sol 4-3-2, Acti-Sol 4-6-8 and Bokashi. Nice little mix, water it in with a bit of magnesium and microbes dissolved into the water. The bokashi should help break everything down and make a bit of a acidic environment for all the meals and rock dust to become available. Roots looked good, not a dense as some runs but still nice. I feel the soil might be a bit hot so will expect some burnage on them hopefully its nothing to crazy. Will ph down with a mix of citric, malic and ascorbic acids. They are in a rate of something like 50-60%/40-30%/5-10%, its written down in my of my notes just can't find the pad ATM. Also more videos vs anything this week. I like em more but processing them is annoying AF. Side note, my lights timer was on 12/12 not 16/8 so it explains why they went into bloom, switch it back and will top the plants next week one they start to reverse their ways and get comfortable in the new pots. Also got ride of the chive seed start as it was looking sad, plus I got a bunch of European chive varieties in the mail yesterday and want to try them out. see if they really have any different taste and what ones I like better.
