There's a few plants I haven't kept a diary on in the video... they are about 1.5 weeks younger then the rest. I will be switching into flower by the end of the week unless suggested that I wait longer. What do you guys think? The area is 4 x 10 and I will be flowering with 2000 W HPS. the young plants in the left corner in 2gallon containers will not be put into flower I have a separate veg area for them. They are purple diesel.

We’ve made it to the beginning of the week four of veg with this baby. She’s just growing stronger by the day watering her twice a day once in the morning and once in the night .

This week was mainly about making sure there are no leaks in the RDWC system. I germinated the seeds straight in to the easy plugs and placed them in the the net pots surrounded by clay pebbles. The Fastbuds genetics did the rest and came through with a 100% germination rate. I will leave them running on clean water for the next couple of days. I will be making sure to monitor ph balances closely. In regards to oxygen for the roots I constructed a waterfall system with added air stones from my air pumps to cater for healthy root development and sufficient oxygen. Even though I have a lot of light in there, I have them all dimmed down to their lowest percentage.

Starting to get close to lights. They love the boosters! Ill post week 3 in few days since this is behind. Took to immune booster and ball buster shmoe krebs cycle booster i made. Now need to give it some cytokinins keep stretch zero. Bubba diagonal is ahead of them all and kush mints barely started flowering probably gonna be a 9 weeker+

Day one of week five! 19th September! Small amount of defoliation today as some leaves had been laying on the soil and were turning yellow. Other than that the girls look good I think. A little more LST but think Ive got a good even spread so far.. 🤞🏼 Nutes gone in today Biobizz: Grow/Bloom/TopMax all at 1ml per litre.. Day 3 of week 5! Update 21st September: Nutes gone in again today BioBizz Grow/bloom/Top Max all at 1ml per litre... Starting to see signs of filtered water deficiencies so CalMag going in on next feed @ 1ml/l. Wasn’t sure if my water filter was much cop but looks like it’s better than I thought. Wish I’d gone with my gut and started the CalMag earlier! Other than that I’m giving them a couple more weeks of veg and then we’re going to flower 🌷 all being well 🤞🏼❤️ Day 4 UPDATE: 22nd Sept. More LST to keep things all the same height and encourage more new growth sites.. Heeey! 👋 Another update! :D This week I made another transplant, this time from the drink cups to a small 3.5 liter pot and I also applied some more mycorrhizas to my babies! 😃 From both of them Pistachio seems to be the one who's developing faster and Matcha is trying to catch her sister. The plants ended with about 19500 lumens! Couldn't rise them more because of heat issues 😟 The only tricky part this week was when I decided to add a bit of growing nutrients to my plants so I ended up watering them a lot after the transplant and the results were quite shocking! I barely added 2ml of total nutrients per liter but the runoff water I got was around the 1400 ppm which all honestly scared me a lot! That's way too much for two young plants (and I believe some of the excess nutrients can be seen on Matcha) nonetheless they are still developing so I'll just continue with water for now till they start to lose color (the Light Mix I used should have enough 'food' for at least 2 weeks, so that's good I believe! Besides that everything went well. I'm using tap water for my humidifier and its sediments are being thrown into the air by it, but so far it seems my plants are doing well. During the last 4 days the plants developed a lot in their new pots so I'm quite happy for that! If things go well next week I'll be moving them to their final container! Thanks everyone for reading! These girls are looking great. I lowered the lights down right on them. Don't forget that the bottom half of there soil is 80% coco coir and 20% perlite... I am pretty much treating them like a coco grow at this point so they are getting nutrients every day. Buds are going to swell quick, bet they will double in size in the next week. I have a few rust spots on the leafs but that's normal for Incredible Bulk Autos in flower. I have added some Sensi Cal-Mag Extra to help and raised the ppm to 420-450. I had to bend the tall Sativa girl over because she grew too tall. She recovered without issues.

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.
