I'm glad we caught this when we did. Great week -Colas are getting stronger and more white hairs are coming through now. Wendy is definitely getting ready to pop. Nancy has a cola that has exploded outward - prob chasing the light, may have been too high. Have put the light Very close not, about 5" away. I can hold my hand there so I'm sure they will be fine. I installed the scrog net and spending time each day moving the leaves back and getting those colas in the light. Any advice? Should I trim the leaves at the bottom now - there is a fair bit and i have to move them aside to feed? ;-)

Strain: Chocolate Haze (Royal Queen Seeds) Medium: Coco bricks (Action budget bricks – hell yeah 💰) Light cycle: 12/12 from seed Grow Style: No training, no stress – just flow Grow Medium Prep: 500L of coco – never again in one go 😅 The Kickoff 🚀 This run started off wild and direct – no veg time, straight into 12/12 with Chocolate Haze. I wanted a quick turnaround and thought, hey, why wait? I germinated 14 seeds, hoping for at least 9 strong ladies. Ended up with 11 survivors – not bad! First few weeks were a bit chaotic: stretching due to low light (I tucked the seedlings under mature plants, which I do not recommend 😆), and the coco prep took way longer than expected. But hey, that's the game. Early Veg/Bloom — Lessons Learned pH: Started a bit high; some light green leaves at first EC: Too low at 1.3 — they weren't having it. Upped to 1.7 and then to 2.1 later Environment: New extractor dropped temps way down (25°C vs my usual 30°C). Thought it would help, but growth felt slower Coco quirks: They looked overwatered at times, but coco is tricky like that. Eventually, roots hit the bottom and they took off Around mid-March (3 weeks in), pistils showed up – officially the start of flower. I topped them once just before full bloom kicked in. Always a strange move, cutting healthy plants... but they bounced back beautifully. Nice and bushy now. Week 2–5 Flowering 🌸 These ladies are small but mighty. Not tall, but full of energy. The canopy is tight and even (except for one shorty), and they've been stretching like crazy — classic sativa move. Had to raise the lights twice in two days. I’ll probably do some defoliation soon to slow things down a bit. Environment is now dialed in: Temp: 30°C with lights on RH: Holding nicely in that humid sweet spot CO₂: Set to 500ppm (passive mostly, no full-on enrichment) Feeding is now solid, color has recovered beautifully, and the buds are starting to form nice stacks. I’ve kept it low-stress — no nets, no heavy training, just letting them do their thing. Observations & Setup Tweaks 🔧 Ventilation: Running the fan at just 30% now. Tent takes 18 seconds to vacuum seal, which tells me airflow is minimal – less CO₂ loss. CO₂ System: Minimal usage at 500 ppm. I’m not going all-out with gas bottles; it’s just there as a buffer. Structure: These Chocolate Haze plants don’t get tall, but they do fill out nicely. Perfect for a space where height is limited. Auto side note: One of the autos in the same tent is way taller, but less dense. Makes me appreciate the Chocolate Haze structure even more. Current Status (April 17) 📆 We’re deep into flower now — week 5, and it shows. Buds are swelling and resin production is kicking in. Nothing major to report (which is kind of the point of this grow — set and forget). Just a slight dry issue with one auto, which I adjusted on the Blumats. Besides that? Happy plants, happy grower. 🌞 Check the latest pics — they speak for themselves. Final Thoughts (So Far) 💭 This Chocolate Haze grow has been chill, efficient, and surprisingly hands-off. The direct 12/12 schedule really works when you're going for a fast cycle with minimal hassle. And even though I’m usually more into hybrids, this sativa-dominant lady is winning me over — the structure, the vigor, the smell… mmm. Now we wait for the real magic — the last few weeks of flower. J’ai procédé à une défoliation avant le cycle mais comme vous pouvez le voir elle ça ne les a pas empêché de se refournir Je commencerai l’engrais de floraison dans 1 semaine ou en voyant les premiers pistils 🤘🏽👌💥😍🎉

Lowered the lights a good 8-10inches just because i realized i could get them closer without burning! Going for around 6-7 inches above canopy getting the temp in the high 70s low 80s om top canopy. All pheno are getting very unique and super resinous! I have a slight lnat problem going to spray this week when i get paid

Ja so wie es schon vorher fast zu vermuten war, ist ein 60x60 einfach zu klein 😅 die Mandarin Panties ging zwischen den beiden Z-ups unter und ich musste sie aus dem Zelt nehmen. Die Entscheidung fiel aufgrund dessen, weil ich noch zwei weitere seeds von der Panties habe und die z-ups einfach mehr Potential zeigen. Ich werde natürlich weiter über die Panties berichten. Z-up #1 Hat keine Probleme, wächst vernünftig, zeigt keinerlei überdüngung und hat bei 570ppm einen drain von 1000ppm. Ph ist aber bei 7.. Z-up #2 Zeigt überdüngung an und hat auch einen drain mit 1500ppm, ph ist bei 6,7. Wächst aber super und zeigt am meisten Potential Mandarin Panties Wächst langsam, trinkt auch wesentlich weniger. Darf sich jetzt erstmal über natürliches Licht freuen und wird nicht wieder ins Zelt zurückkehren. Ich mache noch einen neuen Versuch mit diesem strain So long, bis zur nächsten Woche

Just getting huge , and huger , lol , keep a close eye on the EC and ph , I’ll change reservoir today or tomorrow changed buckets today, 2/5/19 added a couple of pics in the dark.. also one thing ive noticed, if you try and play video it doesnt work, but if you go forward to next pic, then back again with the arrows on the side, it works!!! on my ipad anyway.

Everything looks fine. Stopped feeding them for 2-3 days because of the yellowlish leaf tips. I am thinking to make a defoliation since a week but i am not sure how i should do it. Would appreciate some advice ^^

I think she was locking out nutrients or something. She has stayed very dark, and it was taking a long time for her to mature. But now that she is being flushed, she's filling in and growing nicely. Very resinous and looks like she's gonna be dense

Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

Day 19 since flip, not much to report. Top dress today of 4-8-4 rose and flower mix from down to earth with a little worm castings. Almost done with stretch. Back two are Gary Poppins (Gary Payton x Red Runtz). One on the left is stretching to the moon, definitely a Gary leaner, and the one on the right turned out to be the smallest plant of the five, definitely a Runtz leaner. Plain ph’d tap water and that’s it 🌡️: 77-80 F 💡: 65% @ 20 inches 💦:60%
