Put some mushroom mulch around the base of the stem to prevent the cover crop from moving in too close and blocking out light to the tiny seedling. It's been raining here today and it looks like it gonna continue but our cold frame allows us to control how much water gets on the seedlings (which is nice). Gave them their first compost tea consisting of green and brown vegetative matter, worm castings, some mushroom compost, and General Hydroponics subcultures M and B. Used the leftover vegetative material as mulch. Trimmed cover crop again.

Week 6, here we are.... finally after 6 months of repeated losses and lessons, we've finally made it! Secret ingredient that no one told me. Uv sterilizer and pythoff Overall I think Grape og is doing well. Notice that in early veg she handles stress, topping and lst nicely but further down in veg she had more temperament, showed more nute burn, slow growth from defoil and topping but bounces back rather quickly even after a complete cut down to her bareback of stems. Light went from 60% to 90% over Week 5 to Week 6, next 2 days she'll be at 100% ready for flowering. 2 set AC infinity bar lights will go in over this week as well as my scrogg net. it has now clearly gone into flowering. really nice pistols and if it continues like this, it will become really thick buds. it has got a few yellow leaves but that's not bad.

Been an amazing week! My ultimate favourite strain is lacking on her diamonds 💎 frosted for the world to see the star she is ☺️💚 honestly not has a flavour compete with this one! But they are all thriving! I will defoliate again in a week as I start overdrive and prepare for flush 2 weeks after! I’m literally proving all these nutrients we are told to buy are not necessary. I’m using Dutch pro as my base nutrients and used formulex and moonshine during veg and during bloom using rezin and will use overdrive and flawless finish to aid flush! I’ve been through all advance nutrients except the connoisseur base range! But all other products I’ve used and see no point!! But I’ll define that one day and do a back to back comparison! It’s always been my thing as I was searching for best methods and nutrients and how I’ve come so far with that nearly 4 years later and I’m where I wanted to be! Stay tuned there’s more to come!!

The plants stopped growing in height and are now in FULL FLOWERING mode. Every day more and more flower clusters appear and start to build colas at the sidebranches now. The trichome production is also in full swing, the plants get stickier every day and smell DELICIOUS. The Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have a sweet sandelwood-smell like the AK-47 but also with peach undertones from the Barbara Bud in it. I LOVE THE AROMA!
