Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Plant is 8 weeks from seed today, stretching has now stopped and she is starting to fill out now. It looks like the feed will sit at 2ml A +B to a litre as she hasn't shown signs of wanting anything more although pk 13/14 will be added in roughly 3 weeks time. She's been drinking a lot more last few days

Alot of trial and error on this gal and shes fast to spring back, resilient to a lot-- hot res temps, training, etc. beautiful plant and genetics!

04/23/2022 I think lemon OG is done Give her a few days more, Biscotti Skunk, grape skunk about 2 -3 weeks out, the Biscotti Skunk has very strong camphor mothballs smell. Not quite sure what to think of her hope buds fill out well. Grape Skunk is doing a bit better but lemon og has performed best in my specific micro climate, others have more flowering to. If I'm going 63 days in flower it might as well be a Sativa variety.

This plant is gorgeous! Love the shape pf the leaves, she's a happy strong lady, which I'm sure she's gonna make me very proud and happy this season, she has performed amazing so far, let's see how this lady keeps developing! Follow me guys! It's gonna be nice to watch this diary!

Harvest day ! The plants are chopped and are hanging to dry. I put in a dehumidifier and a humidifier to control the humidity around 60%. The goal is to dry for 10 to 14 days. Then i will trim and cure them in grove bags for 6 weeks. I put the mutant straight in a zip lock in the freezer. I will make fresh frozen bubble hash (full spectrum) out of this one. I will update if the buds are dry en trimmed 🍀✌️

Very happy this week as my friend gave me a female Mac x Purple Punch he was using as a mother plant. That is in an 18 litre soil pot. The 3 Rado Z are now in 15 l autopots fitted with airdomes. A soil mix was made with dutch vega bio soil , Bio grow and silicium flash. The MacPunch I have stripped the lowers and trained it using easy bend clips.

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

The Strawberry Banana from canuk seeds is comming along great ending week 2 of flower she has been growing her buds pretty good so far an has been looking nice an healthy the hole time loving growing under her medic grow fold 6

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants continue to grow and now start to develop the first flower clusters. They both have a healthy green color and love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule. The Barbarian plant#1 is still shorter than plant#2, but both have bushed out fine now and continue to grow more budding sites. After this week I will take off the biggest fan leaves for defoliation in order to let the light penetrate better thru the canopy.

Hey everyone, I meant to post this update yesterday, but I was really busy. Anyway, here she is! She's doing great, although still a bit darker than I'd like, which might just be her genetics. Overall, I'm really happy with how things are going for my first grow. There are definitely some things I could have done to improve this run. The top buds aren't as fat as I hoped, probably because there are so many tops and bud sites under the canopy that aren't getting enough PPFD. This seems to be causing the plant to direct quite a lot of energy to the lower buds, leaving the top colas not getting 100% of the energy they need. But hey, we learn as we go, and this first run has taught me a lot. I'm aiming for at least 4 ounces, but honestly, she doesn't look like she's producing that much weight at the moment. Fingers crossed these buds juice up and double in size within these last two weeks! Thanks for following along and for all the support! 🌱✨
