Harvest week for atleast the BG’s. The motor breath looks like it could go a couple more weeks but won’t have the time so….. we rollin with it!

I am finding it difficult to get my camera to take photos and videos with the proper colour hence the double videos! It is unreal how thicc these are getting!! They smell wonderful! The other two plants are starting to show a bit more of their red/purple colours too! Noticing a bit of potassium stress from feeding but since they are nearly finished (I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THAT!) I am only going to pull back a bit. They just need to survive another 14-21 days by the looks of them!

Things are going great in this tent, a couple brown calcium def spots forming in a few areas and as it goes we're currently out of cal-mag lol, we should have more delivered in about 2 days...I really like the structure of these plants, a few long (fat) colas always make for easy cleaning/drying and the SP-3000 gets in there deep..we could never run this close together under our old LEDs or without bending them sideways but we've had no issues yet keeping everything vertical under the MarsHydro...The temps are a little high and we're still watering this tent more than the others but airflow is really good and the plants seem happy for now....we removed a bunch of lower growth from most of them this week so they'll put that energy towards the stuff on top and minimize "popcorn"..the smell is just amazing, this is a very hearty and beautiful strain..I'm happy we were able to grab a half dozen clones..all the Widow clones we took are well into veg at this point ...💪🐱🌱....we live in zone 5 (US) and are limited on what we can grow outdoors but I think with these being a "fast" strain we could flower them all outside..we'll play it by ear lol..well thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings, we'll update if anything exciting happens midweek...have a safe and happy Memorial Day (US) Growmies!! ❤️💡🌱😽💨 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

Monday. March 1st. Plants were growing very good they doubled in Size, I think next Week iam going to feed them with N UNtil now they got only Water with beneficals, to feed the Microbaterias in the Soil Those Girls look very Happy, Iam going to defoilate the lower 30 percent of the Plants

Tag 76: Ich weiss, 11 Wochen haben 77 Tage, aber so groß wird der Unterschied nicht sein, zwischen heute und morgen. Allerdings für die Wurlz schon, heute wurde Sie das letzte Mal gedüngt. Nur ganz wenige weisse Blütenfäden, wenige klare Trichome aber auch wenige Orangefarbene. Die Blüten lassen sich kaum zusammendrücken, so fest sind die. Ab morgen wird blank gewässert. Der Geruch im Growroom ist stärker geworden, ich kann nicht sagen, welche Pflanze am stärksten riecht, deshalb bei allen Geruch = stark.

Hello if you're here👋😊 The journey continues. I have put a lot of time love and energy into this lady and she is rewarding me back by being super chill and laid back. She takes her food and just keeps getting bigger. Too many flower sites to count. She sits with her daughters and they are all growing at the same rate giving me a beautiful canopy. I have not needed to train anything as it's all growing very uniformed. I can only put this down to how even the photon distribution is on the SP3000. If anyone is looking to upgrade their lighting I can't recommend this light enough. 9 plants under it and it's at 55/60% on dimmer. 🤩🤩🤩 All plants are perfect. I decided to do some more LST and clear some of her lower leaf. I've bent flat all 16 colas so now all the flower sites have nowhere to go except up towards the mars hydro sun god... She is huge! GENERAL COMMENT The SKR is dry and starting the cure in jars, and the NL is done. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. This is the final week, next time will be the harvest, this girl just got mature from a day to the other, lost 70% of the top bud due to rot i haven t seen. So i could get virtually 30-40% yield from this girl Without the locks or rot, anyhow still looking ok as far as harvest, quality will be a bit compromise, not the end of times though lol! 🙃👊🏻👍🏻

Ok Soo it's week 8. Tangerine dream #2 is coming down. Blue dream #2 is very close. Ther rest of the plants need another week or two. The trichomes are still clear. No signs of amber just yet. I'm convinced the burnt tips and now curling leaves on the blue dream#1 is due to light stress. I dropped the lights down two weeks earlier and it seems this pheno is not to happy about it. The rest of the plants seem to be in great health. The tangerine dream#1 is starting to show sign of yellowing Wich is fantastic timing. The others not so much. I will say its the only negative with this line of nutrients. They are very easy to use however different plants take up nutes at different rates. So it makes it tricky to dose each plant individual perfectly. I will up load photos when I take down the plants and again later when I have them dried and on the scales. I'm super stoked with the grow so far. Not much to complain about. It was not easy with all the power outages. But the crop looks fantastic all things considered 🤙🤙

Week 4 update - had to list it as a flower week as we flipped em half way through. Exotic wasn’t lying - the spicy bitches hit maturity rather quickly and we now have a guaranteed 2 males and 3 females - perfect ratio score👌👍. Balls started showing in a span of 12-36 hours. One of the females entered flower early so she may be a dud, an auto or just stressed for some unusual reason. We’ll probably either separate er or let it grow with the rest and pitch it. Won’t be using that seed knowing that underlying issue. Similarly, one of the males has also demonstrated some fan leaf mutation - I actually like this kind of variation and it makes things interesting so bonus there👍. The rest of em are doing just fine. So god damned nice to have a run that’s on a quick schedule to finish within 3 months. It’s been a long year for the pollen chuck and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming all fem. Run. For now though - conditions look ripe for a bunch of awesome crosses, any one of which could be pure 🔥. Till next week yall🤟. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

🌿 Final Result 🌿 After weeks of watching Hokuzan develop, it's incredibly satisfying to finally see the finished flowers. The buds came out dense, extremely frosty, and beautifully colored, with deep purple tones hidden beneath a thick blanket of resin. Trimming revealed just how well this cultivar expresses itself, and the final bag appeal is exactly what I was hoping for. The aroma became even richer after drying, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve during the curing process. From start to finish, this was a smooth, healthy grow that rewarded me with beautiful flowers covered in trichomes. I'd definitely grow Hokuzan again. Hello This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. I see they almost stretched to the roof. There's about 6 inches clearance now, when I close the tent at night. Oh Well... The stretching should be over now. I see resin starting to form on the leaves. It's always a good sign, the earlier it shows. Took off some fanleaves and sucker branches over the weekend. Better buds in the end for doing a bit of trimming now. Plant #5 smells great. Like candy and pop/soda , sweet fruity gelato type of smell. The others have more of a sweet skunky type smell. It was up over 30*c in here for a few days last week and the plants look like they can take some heat. Not wilting. That's the end of the #15 Weirdo underground comic book. Ya van llegando a su fin, las q estan mas cercanas a cosechar me parece serian la critical y bdom, la moby es la q mas le falta y creo q tiene fusarium porq le vi dos tallos bajos con unas manchas marrones asiq la voy a alejar de ellas y veremos q le pasa. La critical una locura la resina q tiene , es enana pero tiene pila de brazos y todos potentes gracias a los clip lst. La black dom es rarisima, nunca tuvo mucho pistilo es como q se engorda sin pistilos medio q salió pura hoja pero veremos, esta re tricomada tambien y tiene un olor muy rico al igual q la critical (todavia no distingo a que) La northern lights la coseche diminuta de 5cm no llegaba al g🤣 siempre cabe la posibilidad con las auto
