A week in and four out of the six are ready to head to the big tent to go into their one gallon hydro buckets... I've been impressed so far with the 100% germination rate as well as the vigor in which these have taken off. The roots are well over 6 inches and they've been guzzling up this diluted nutrient solution I've started them off with.

This week was a great one, lots of sun and gave the plants their 2nd transplant of the cycle. only one left to go in a few weeks, the plan was to do 3gal but I feel it would be best to go upto 4gal a 1extra gallon will not be all that much extra root space to expand into. Will have to check if they even make them in 4. I have a feeling its only 1,2,3. Root wise they are looking similar but not identical. I would say the Dynomyco treated plant has a thicker rootball and more of them. but not by a massive amount. More white on the Dynomyco treated plant as well. added in some more Acti-Sol into the transplant medium. same mix as before. Then watered in with some LAB Serum. should do the plants well. I did not add in anymore of the MIIM microbial mass product as I thought it might alter the results of the grow. so we will see how they do now with out it. I'm really liking how well the plants are bushing up. I might have to take some clones and try them indoors as well. I think I prefer to grow more indica leaning strain for their growth habits. Day 56...Started feeding everyone with a feeding schedual. The mullberry is full of small nugs wont be the biggest buds but looking like they will fatten up. I should of started her new feed schedual 3 weeks ago instead of last week (my fault), but her smell is loud and proud of her heritage and is unmistakeable...the Blutane and CQ started on full feed this week. There nugs are both pretty decent, next grow will def mix soil a little different. I had 2 heavy and 1 light so got a good average for next mix. Again the smell with these 3 ladies in 1 tent is pure blueberry bliss.

It's been a pretty good week. I did quite a big defoliation, as things were getting crowded. I switched to a more flowering dominant feeding, I decreased the Nitrogen and pumped up the phosphorus and potassium. I will soon do a flush, as it looks like the nuts are starting to accumulate at the roots.

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

This grow I am going to do it differently. I am going to do day tracking instead of date tracking. I am using using pre-grown ( two grows ago) Coco mix with nature suppers soil to experiment with reusing grow medium. The pots are 5 gallon air pots. I have never used these before so we will see. The 1st take on them that they are very messy compared to fabric pots. Once established, I will be using half strength Advanced Nutrients for Coco since these are autos. Day 1 - 3 Seeds soaked overnight and were put directly into the 5 gallon pots. I pre-soaked the Coco with 5ml/gallon Clonex and covered the seeds with a mason jar. Day 2 - Temp stayed around 78 all day with me going in and out of the tent looking for a sprout. Nothing yet. 😀 Kept the Coco moist under the jar. Day 3 - Nothing popping Day 4 - Two have popped. Day 5 - One did not pop so I put another seed in Day 6 - The little ones are growing up. It brings a tear to my eye. 😥 Day 7 - The replaced seed looks to be comming up.
