Well over all I enjoyed growing their strain the buds were the most dank I've ever harvested .. I thought that my other plant was why the tent stunk but I was wrong This lady has that skunk smell you can taste down the block which I like a lot .. she tasted great and handled all the stresses of life that were thrown at her .. I would like to grow this girl again both indoors and outdoors to really make her shine I havnt done her genetics justice yet till next time ...

The Afghani x Mac1 auto solo grow yielded 9.7g of potent, stank nugs. Smelling a bit like fruit and paint thinner in the jar, and transforming into sweet tarts candy once ground up. Excellent flavor and blissful effects.

After a comeback, the train is in the station! Even though I broke the main stem, she was an easy grow. I just basically let her do her with great results. Buds are thick and dense. Time for the drying and curing.

Well, they haven't died, lol. J/k. These ladies are 15 days old today and are looking quite content 😁 Still have some adjustments to make but very close to being dialed in. Again this will be a relatively short run, going to veg for 3 more weeks, maybe 4 and then flip the lights. Also only going to do defoliation with these. Day 22 Flower (Day 64) Today is the first day of week four of flower. I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water, but the left girl didn't need any. She doesn't drink much since the light is turned way down not to fry her canopy more than it already has. Unfortunately, her new tent didn't show up today — hopefully, tomorrow. I also put half of an avocado on top of the soil in each pot to feed my worms. It should be a nice little treat for my worm buddies. Most of my cover crop has died now when the girls are blocking out all the lights, and I really should cover the soil in mulch, but as I'm changing to larger pots next run, I would have to remove it again in about a month, so I haven't bothered. Day 23 Flower (Day 65) Yay! The new tent finally arrived today. It is still a tiny 40x40 cm tent as that is all I can fit inside the wardrobe, but the new tent is 40 cm taller. The plant really needed the extra height since she was pressing against the light and roasting the top buds. It was a bit tricky to get the left girl out of the old tent, but by combining some McGyverism with a bit of brute force, I got her out in mostly one piece. The damage from the light wasn't as bad as a feared, although three tops were fried and a few fan leaves. Not great, but it could have been worse. I took the opportunity when she was between tents and did some defoliation/lollipopping before moving her into her new space and giving her 1.5 liters of ph 6.7 water to help her deal with the shock of being manhandled. It is lovely to have some space again, and I was finally able to turn up the light to 100%. Now those buds can start to fatten up! All I did with the right girl today was to give her 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 24 Flower (Day 66) The left girl loves her new home and looks to be bouncing back nicely. She didn't need any water today, but it was the first time a tiny weed smell came out of the tent as I opened it. The right girl in my main tent is further along in flower and technically should smell more than the small tent, but the CO2 bag still overpowers everything with its sh*t smell. lol I gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.4 water today, and I also "shaved her legs" by removing some pointless leaves and branches low down on her. Finally, I started brewing some compost tea with the same recipe as last week (worm castings, rock dust, biochar, lime, bentonite, neem meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and molasses). Still, this time it will be filtered as it is too soon for additional topdressing. The tea will brew for 24 hours, and I'll feed it tomorrow. Day 25 Flower (Day 67) All I did today was to feed each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 compost tea as well as rearranging the main tent (moved the CO2 bag so I could move the clip fan, attached the ratchet hangers to the lights differently, and did some LST to get a branch out of the way) so I could raise the lights another 5 cm. Day 26 Flower (Day 68) Today was a really easy day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.1 water. That was it. Day 27 Flower (Day 69) I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.6 water today. I also took out my proper camera and tried a few quick bud shots. Just as an experiment though - handheld, no tripod, just the grow lights so no proper lighting, etc. Would love some feedback on these photos though as I'm completely new to bud photography and am looking to improve. Day 28 Flower (Day 70) The last day of the fourth week of flower and all is well in the tents. The left girl is 97 cm tall (12 cm increase in a week), and the right girl is 120 cm tall (a 3 cm increase in a week). The left girl has been stretching this week since she got her new tent (which allowed me to turn up the light.) She certainly is loving those extra photons! On the other hand, the right girl seems done with stretching and is working on fattening up the buds. All I did today was to snap some pics and videos and give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water.

Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. I'm glad I reconsidered ☮️ Thank you Fastbuds

December 30th. (Why doesn’t grow diaries keep track of dates?) Put in my DIY scrog netting last Wednesday. Everything is healthy and happy. Can’t wait to see budlets in a few weeks. I’ll start feeding 2-3 times a day this coming week.

Few days into flowering and the lower internal nodes are already stretching up through the trellis. Hope they keep stretching for another week before they start bulking up.

16 days of slow drying each plant with the environment controlled inside the tent with 2 meters. I have two fans on, pointing at the floor to circulate the air temps - 20 - 23 º humid - 50- 60 %

Day 35 of flower! Isn’t she beautiful! Not much else to say, environments been running perfect the last few weeks with day time temps sitting at 25 c with the rh at a lovely 55% and at night dropping to 21c, beautiful. , no other work has been applied to this girl, nothing but H2o

10/10 . Two different types.

That's it, she's done. The buds didn't really fatten up towards the end, but the trichomes show enough amber heads to call it a grow. There's a lot of possible reasons for that, so I guess for the next grow I'll have to experiment a little to find out, what caused it.
