I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. As of now I've scarified the seed, soaked in water for 20hr then moved to paper towel till a 1mm or less tap root was showing then planted in the medium. This grow has a lot of new things happening. its my first attempt at indoor growing using dry crystal fertilizers, the brand of nutrients I'm using is Lotus. It was also a gift from another user @SanderanderS as shipping to them would have been astronomical for the stuff they wanted. I have noticed some weird things like boated packaging, off gassing and weird consistency with the nutrient line up so far and been in contact with the reps online about it, They said everything is normal and not to worry. Another new thing with this grow is how it will be grown under the new LED's by Medic Grow. They will be under two of their MINI-SUN 2 240W LED grow lights using their V1 Spectrum, Its good from seed to harvest. You can find more information about this in the foot note. An excellent plant, steady growth and long stems. I spotted some calmag deficiency so I added some more. That’s for now 🌸

Compared to the 3 bears og I was growing along side this one, it definitely wanted more nutes during veg. No major problems, a couple small deficiencies that were fixed with ease. Won't know if I will grow this strain again until after the cure/smoke test.

Week 7 of flowering 10/30/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 7 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Last week PH drop happened again a couple of days after the major flush. PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. Flushed again with FloraKleen and watered with TriPart Micro, Grow, Bloom with CalMag. Bought Potassium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate as suggested by "Aqua Man", to buffer coco in the future. It was easy to harvest she was very small jut cut it quickly without stalks the wet weight is 17 g of the buds, nicely coated with THC and it was approx 70% milky and 40% amber trichomes. Hopefully good time to be harvested. This site has changed can not update and edit the comment section. The smoke is nice it is kind of relax and strong high. Not the best but not bad at all. I like it.

I transferred it to a half-gallon pot and I mixed the organic fertilizer with the soil.

I still don't have a clue what CA stands for, but she's coming along nicely so far. I think I'm going to try more of a manifold LST with her once she gets a little bigger.

Week 11 - 05/24 - 05/30 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-3 Humidity - 50 +/-5 D25 Flower - Came back from a long weekend away to some nice growth! Watered with nutrients and tucked some of the larger leaves. Took some measurements since the two strains are growing different. I keep turning the light power up and down to adjust for the outside temp, I don't want the tent to get too hot. D28 Flower - The clones have stretched a little bit more but for the most part, I think they are done stretching. Buds are forming nicely and starting to produce a sweet smell! Day 150, 8th of October... She is getting old LOL..... the weather was the worst this week so far a lot of rain like 3 days non stop. The temperature is lowering as well. Sunshine??? What is that just bits... so basically she is just maturing there.... The smell is crazy strong nice sweet and citrus style... there is no sun but compare to that she will have some nice buds for me 🤪
