25th September 2018 - Day 92 - Buds looking good, decision made to flush from Weekend (T- 4 days) Conditions are perfect. Trichomes are looking impressive with some very dense buds. Day 94 - pH down added. pH balanced water added Day 96 - Cold snap affecting her , and her roots. Heater added. Fans removed Day 97 - Burn Evidence of the cold snap. Heater has helped. ***Flush begun***

Final Defoliation before I Flip to flower next Friday. Did a big cleanup under the ScrOG to direct all the energy to the tops. I also Reworked the Co2 Generator, let's call it 2.0 Generator. I know it might not be upping the Co2 tons, but some is better than none. Best part of the 2.0 you can see it working so you actually know there is some Co2 going in. Basically a 1 liter bottle with Sugar & Yeast with 1/4" tube that goes to second bottle with water in it. Tube is submerged so you can see it bubble about twice a second. the second bottle has another 1/4" tube that feeds through the grow room wall and connects to the back of a small fan that circulates the Co2 into the room. As I said not expecting a whole lot, but it can always be scaled up next round. The girls continue to grow at a good pace, 2" in 3 days and drinking about 1 gallon every 3 days as well.

One was more bushy and was a little behind. As I said, they had some heat stress and I think the 15-liter pots are too small when the environment is hotter. Still, they are totally worth growing and joy to smoke. They don't need much curing and the weed is very very strong. Going to try this strain again very soon!!

The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. 6/7 Done a load more training tonight. That's it for the next week or so. 8/7 found some mammoth P, it's 2 years old so not sure how the viable it still is. But I'll give it a try and see. 10/7 introduced some molasses today at a rate of 5ml/L. There are some pre flowers starting to form now hence the introduction of molasses 12/7 nearing the end of week 4. Nice even canopy except for one that I topped. The canopy is thanks to the LST that I did on them. Trying to keep them the same height so the light reach and penetration will be uniform across the whole tent.

Week 4 Flowering D1-3 Not so many happened except that plant getting bushier and bushier 😂 She's flowering still slow and seems like she lost a week compared to my other plant but if that's just genetics , no problem. I m a bit worried if there's light leaking or something and shes stressed ...who knows, ill wait and see what will happen skipped defoliation at d21 of flowering with her and will do it as long as she finish stretching ! Same nutrients as she looks really healthy! till next update 💪🙏
