Got so little I didn’t bother weighing it, my own fault though, first attempt at LST and I ended up stressing it loads. Honestly was very busy the entire duration of this grow and didn’t pay as much attention as I should’ve. Lovely smoke, would recommend! 10/10 appearance, 9/10 taste and 10/10 smell🔥

The seed popped after ~48h and was planted directly into her forever home. A 20 litre airpot filled with new 6:1 compost:perlite mix.

Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

Last week of feed for this lady :) Update end of week nine , Well the bud production this week has been absolutely crazy , She has now slowed right down on her feeding too , so the flush begins , she still needs too cloud up and go amber but she will have enough nutrients in her and the soil too last her until she ripens , she really has been a joy too watch grow and develop , I would not think twice about growing this strain ,

Regular feeds twice a day the most consistent enviroment ive ever run, and the rewards are there to see. She is stacking great loads of space for her colas and the nicest stawberry smell.. I have a bed of stawberries in the garden and its amazing just how fruity these flowers are.. No drama and nothing to report so a little boring. The plants have been drinking up water rapidly with the increased heat, I have stopped using individual gallons and now started using a hose in order to speed up the process. They seem to take about 2-3 gallons each while the larger plant I have been trying to water until I see small amounts trickling out near the bottom. Will give them a second round of organic granular feeding soon! I also started to notice this week that there are a good amount of small black flies above soil. I will have to take care of this sooner than later

I'm sorry I'm 4 weeks behind here guys, it's been a busy period in my life. So here we have a mixed grow, as you can see everything is growing well. I've been LSTing these plants since day 1, the results are a nice evn canopy and plenty of tops. Used the biotabs lineup this time around with a light dose of micro nutrients for veg. D67 removed ScrOG and repeated LST on left plant so lower buds will get more light. There is not enough space in tent to do the same with the right plant.

Hello my friends 👨‍🌾🌲, All was fine this week, Some leaves continue to be burned, but really slow than early. Ending is soon ✂️✂️, lot of leaves turn to yellow and purple 😍. #2 and #3 are little than #1 but buds are so sweet, nice colors and looking compact. I think #2 and #3 will be ready before the #1. 🌿 Grow Update: Week 6 of Flower 🌸 Hey growers, We're cruising through Week 6 of flowering, and I gotta say, things are looking solid in my grow setup. This being my first rodeo, I'm pretty stoked with how it's all turning out. The plant's rocking a deep green, which could be a bit of nitrogen overload or just her natural vibe. Regardless, she's thriving, Ive been so stupid letting her get so big in a 5gallon i wouldn't be surprised if she is rootbound.. Got a bit of a snag with some lower bud sites getting overshadowed by the top canopy. Didn't want to push my luck with more defoliation i cant really at this point of flower, but hey, it's all a learning experience next round, I'll be more surgical. Already thinking about the next grow — tossing in a couple of plants in 5-gallon pots, keeping veg short and sweet at 4-5 weeks. Gonna tighten up the training game for sure. Despite the lower buds not getting as much love, the top ones are coming along nicely. She's a thirsty one, so I'm hitting her with 4 liters at lights on and another 2 liters a few hours before lights off to keep that coco from drying out. Got about 3-4 more weeks to go, and I'm itching to see how it all pans out. Can't wait to see the final yield and taste the goods. Well from day one it was evident that the sativa lineage was going to be a big factor in this ladies growth . She was a fast germinating lady and that gave me a plant which was really ensuing to blow up with growth both vertical and horizontal. The plant was put into a raised bed in the end and that have her roots the room needed to give my plant the boost it needs . The soil was garden soil with promix bx and added Mycorrhizae as well .The strain it's self was amazing with dense fat buds covered in trichomes that are all milky with small amber at week 7 flower .. The plants stretch period was about two weeks and if not for the taller plants shading her out this one would have been a monster .. I'm going to be putting another one outdoors next year of This strain it's just to terpy and pretty to not have again . Once it's all dried and cured I'll post some pictures and get a smoke report going so that the true magic of this strain can be explored .. Besides all of this I would suggest anyone to try the this seed brand they have awesome Genetics and are very good with customer support and shipping is always discreet and they take care of your needs .. check them out and see for yourself how good there strains are!!! Updated part ... Wow the smoke was so good these buds re drying up to dense buds that are covered in white fluffy trichomes that cover the whole bud and sugar leaves .. it's truly a tasty strain with the biggest head high but also not a crazy couch locker it's a solid mix for late afternoon night time . I smoked a bit of a tester branch and was so medicated I loved it .. will be going In to my garden next year as she is in my top 5 of strains I have grown now .. it's a very special lady with super strong smoke and very nice bag appeal . Don't sleep on this strain she is an original and won't be forgotten in my garden . Just wow makes me want to grow as many of their strains as I can . Next year is looking good all ready

Well it’s the beginning of week three of flower for my girls. They look and smell magnificent. They all have flowers and the pistoles are bright white. I need to defoliate them again I think. And I was advised I should remove all the lower flowers, all the ones hiding and not getting much light. Will it be ok to just let them grow and just keep removing the larger fan leaves that clog up light getting to the lower parts of the canopy? Regardless of stem size currently my branches each have 5 or more flowers on them. Will the returns from taking away those lower flowers be worth it to the tops ? Will trimming flowers off my girls at this stage in their life hurt them? I feel like I should let them be and just pull the leaves that clog up light dispersion. I need to feed them this week. I really think the girl a like the emerald harvest nutrients, I had followed their portion chart up till the slight burn then cut back on the scale a bit. Instead of feeding for six plant I’ve been feeding for four with the same amount of water. I’m very happy and excited for this grow, this has been quite the learning experience for me. I hope everyone’s grows are goin well and wish you all a great harvest.. Oct 19. Heavy defoliation and small flowers pulled from all of the girls. Hopefully they dont take it hard and recover well. I should be able to let them go and not worry too much about smaller flowers taking away from bigger ones now. My hands smell amazing. I hope these girls turn out best as they can now.
