Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? Hey guys, this other week went very cool, I start reducing the nuts to the minimum and I can see really how fattening are the buds. Now I can see some pretty milky trichomes, and just few cloudy, so I consider to chop in max 2 full weeks... (71 total days from seed) but anyway I'll adapt to how the plant is at that time. The smell it's absolutely, insanely strong and ill need to buy ASAP a carbon filter to reduce it. The only issue encountered in this grow was keeping low the humidity, and in fact I was not really able to do so as it stands at 55-65...but without noticing any mold issue on flowers. Second week of blooming and all goes good. Raised ppm to 950 and added some boosters. First inflorescences started to appear.

topped previous weeks, this week was spent training plants out to get ready to flip to flowering light cycle next week. left platinum yeti number 4 alone it is smallest weakest growth so i'm doing less to it than the training wise.

I want to be sure so it's been running way too hot and way too humid and I took one of the plants out yesterday to debate whether to call it this way it'll just be easier on the environment so I could get my control back. I was pruning and checking it out, to debate whether I should just get rid of it, I was training it and I snapped the main stem right down the top seam lol. So that made the decision to cull it very easy lol. The plant was completely healthy and a great plan. It was just the smallest one and the only reason I was even debating it is because it was getting too hard to keep the environment dialed in where I needed it, shit happens, she was going strong until I ripped her in half lol. They're all doing amazing. Set up the first trellis, D16 Holy shit 1 day in trellis this one girl just won't be held back, after I do some maintenance/pruning I'll snap some new pics. Finally starting to bud, looking good so far with no deficiencies. Think I might need to start feeding more, cos these ladies are slurping up the water quickly Lets gooo

Things ticking along no real stresses this week. Starting to show some white hairs and still stretching. Temps and humidity much better this week and a lot easier to manage without the co2.

6 week...Work goes well The plants are in full bloom and begin to fatten the flowers, discreetly satisfied with how things are going ... but I am insatiable I want more and more

Week 2 under the TS1000, another week to go and the girls will start flowering 😁 excited about all these yummy fastbud strains! The next week i will add another TS1000 to this girls as my other grow will finish!

Warning to anyone that growing this strain. It is a huge plant be careful not to let it get to big before flipping to flower. Also this plant is a beast at stacking. Do not lollipop this strain let it grow and then around day 18 or so of flower anylize the plant and lollipop only the lowers that branch out. There will not be that many the plant is almost full stack Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!
