Woche 5 03.08.24 - 10.08.24 Das Wachstum geht ungehindert weiter....! Diesmal konnte ich leider keine Fotos machen, da ich in der Woche wenig nach den Pflanzen schauen konnte. Dafür kleine Zeitraffervideos von der Zeltkamera. Die Pflanzen zeigen leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Daher wurde diese Woche nur bei jeder zweiten bis dritten Bewässerung gedüngt. Außerdem wurde die Beleuchtung umgestellt von der Lumii auf 2x Sanlight Evo 120er da sie endlich nach mehrmonatiger Verspätung angekommen sind. Die Werte Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und VPD füge ich nachträglich noch ein. Die Behandlung mit dem Neemöl bringt leichte Besserung. Ab Montag kommen noch Nematoden zusätzlich mit in die Box, da ich ab jetzt nicht mehr das Neemöl benutzen möchte aufgrund der langsam voranschreitenden Blüten.

Cream Brulee Auto was my pleasure to grow, I definitely will grow this one again! Very happy with the outcome just as good as the first time I grown this strain!!!!

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Week 2 Running light at 40% Viparspectra DWC water system up and going Kept the same nutrient intake as week 1 Humidity is above 60% constantly

Day 15-defoliated her probably for the last time after a few weeks of growth, she was very bushy. Added another fan to get more air moving as well. Also, I decided to try out the AN Sensi Bloom set. I didn’t mean to get the coco version but a little extra cal-mag won’t hurt in this case, I only fed at 75% strength and added big Bud powder at 0.5 grams/liter. I’m hoping her stretch finishes soon or I’ll run out of space, although she’s starting to really stack.

The Number's; Started with; 564g Wet on the Scale Finished with; 263g Dried Flower. Plus some Pollen for a Personal project.. IMO; Definitely decent yields for a pheno hunt. Growing strong really vigorous love the structure of the papay

All rite...here we go! Lol end of week 2 of flowering and plants are in full stretch mode now. I let them grow about a foot above the first netting and at the end of week 2 I did a huge defoliation and tied everything back down to the screen. Took a long time! Lol everything is even again though and all is well. We will let them grow up from here and tuck anything that gets above the screen to much. Gonna try and end with a canopy just above the first screen to maximize light penetration to all nodes. So far so good! Cheer 💨

She smells so heavy like red fruits and pine this is week 6 flower

The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️

Sep 13: took a second round of buds. Have now taken off 2 kg of wet buds with 1 kg fresh frozen and 1 kg done as ice water hash. This is equivalent to 500 g dry bids already taken off of this plant with another big chunk still to go. Very nice hard buds off of this plant. Sep 19: the remaining lower buds turned purple last night and look great. Will harvest the rest of it tomorrow morning.

Day 63 Flowering: Well folks we have reached that point where it has all been focused on. The Fft#9 has been a great performer from seed to finish amd i cannot fault the genetics at all. She has responded to all the training with no issues at all. Easy to work with and hardy enough to take some punishment with supercropping ect... Buds smell fruity with a hint of diesel to them and are so sticky icky now too. Her trichs are all cloudy and she has a nice proportion of emerging Amber's so tonight she will goninto 48 hrs dark before inhanf her for drying alongside the FFT@10 who has had a week hanging in approx 4°C and 18°C as the outside temps drop. She is still a waybof dry and will possibly be another week if I leave her in this position in the roof space. Once I hang the FFT#9 in the tent and begin her drying , I will move the fft10 too. I could not be happier with these twontesters as they have performed excellently. brilliant job fast buds. roll on harvest time.

Were on the finale week of the nutrient schedule we are using, but we will repeat last weeks nutrients till these girls are ready for ripen. 9/27 The purple is really starting to show in the leaves. Reservoir water refilled and Ph adjusted. 9/28 Reservoir PH adjusted to 5.8 and cleaned out the tent 9/29 Temps are looking just fine and the plants are coming along great 10/01 PH adjusted to 5.6 and I adjusted some of the scrog positions. 10/02 Reservoirs topped off, Scrog adjusted a little. PH adjusted to 5.8

The final Week, before harvest! She has some massive towering buds! 2.5 gallons of water is lasting this plant 5-6 days before drying out, and ready for more.. She was harvested instead of being watered!
