Week 4 Veg Report - TrolMaster Chronicles 🌱 What a week it’s been in the garden! We finally transplanted the Papaya Zoap into its final Autopot, and let me tell you, this plant is something special. Though her roots weren’t quite where I wanted them to be yet, the move was needed to help her catch up with the rest of the crew. She’s already looking fantastic in her new home, and I have no doubt she’s about to explode with growth in the coming days. Sometimes, you just have to trust the process, and I’m feeling like this is one of those moments. It’s almost as if the room itself is taking on a life of its own. 🌿 In fact, I’m starting to believe that what we’re building here is something greater than ourselves—there’s this energy in the room, a feeling of everything coming together perfectly. I can’t wait to see how this journey unfolds! Dialing in the VPD with TrolMaster’s Tech Now, let’s talk VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) and how I’ve been keeping everything in check with the Tend-X and the incredible (DSH-2U) Humidity Station. VPD is crucial to plant health—it’s all about finding that perfect balance between humidity and temperature to optimize transpiration and nutrient uptake. The (DSH-2U) Humidity Station, connected directly to my humidifier, has been an absolute game-changer in this regard. Feeding the Girls: The Perfect Blend 🌱 We’ve upped the game by adding CaMg-Boost at 0.25 ml/L to the feeding schedule. Along with the 1 ml/L of the all-in-one liquid, this brings the TDS up to 320 ppm, with a pH of 5.99 and solution temperature of 24.8°C. In the soil, readings are around 415 ppm, with temperatures hovering around 25°C The plants are absolutely thriving, and I can already see the difference this new feed is making. I can’t help but have a bit of fun with this process—it feels like I’m spoiling them with the best of the best. And they’re rewarding me with beautiful growth and vibrant green color. D22. The girls look so much better at the start of the fourth week of veg — vibrant colors without interveinal chlorosis and no more twisted leaves. I hope they have enough veg time to fill in before starting to flower. I installed the rest of the blumat drip system but haven't turned it on since I still need to hand-water in the SF nematodes to combat the fungus gnats. I will start with LST this week, and I attached binder clips around each pot to prepare. ------------------------------ D24. I gave each one liter of water @ pH 6.8, mixed with SF nematodes, humic acid, fulvic acid, sprouted seed tea, and bokashi juice. I also put half an avocado on the soil in each pot to keep the worm buddies fed and happy. Tomorrow, I'll start LST. ------------------------------ D26. The first girl is showing variegation on one leaf. I started with LST yesterday, and the DLI was bumped up to 36. ------------------------------ D28. We're at the end of the fourth week of veg, and I think they are heading into flower soon as they have started to smell. More LST to spread them out, although I suspect that the second girl will stay small. ------------------------------

Buying nutrients can get so expensive so I have decided to use tried and true miracle grow. I had some left over from last summer and I am going to use it for this grow. I actually have never tried growing cannabis with miracle grow, so this is a first for me. Miss Gorilla grew a lot this week and produced a lot of new growth. It makes me think this plant may be a bushy plant. According to FB website: "This lady grows stout and bushy, reaching around 150cm while displaying a compact yet robust appearance with wide inter-nodal spacing. She will develop a thick main cola with fat side branches all around while not requiring much maintenance. She can produce up to 650 gr/m2 in around 10 weeks, putting her among the highest-yielding strains we’ve ever created."

Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

This will be the last week before the probably harvest, I’m really happy for the colored buds She’s smelling really strong and had heavy resin over. This is the best that I was expecting 😎🤪🤤

Plants continued to grow well some plants show signs of nutrient deficiencies, trying to address it without burning all the other plants. But besides that all looks good and we ready to flip to flower. 12/12 cycle to start. Clones looking strong and ready to be replanted as mothers for the next batch of clones / SOG

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Getting close to switching her over to flower, she seems to be vegging well, fair few bud sites to watch develop, i also took some AG clones that are looking promising. The strain seems pretty hardy.
