Start new week

12/26-12/28/20: So I have no idea what to expect. I just hope moving the light farther away was a good idea! I've had to turn the fan on a couple of times to bring the 82F temp down and now it's creeping back down. 12/29/20: Still no growth and I can't maintain the humidity above 45%. I placed a piece of saran wrap over the pot to help it retain some water. I also moved the 1000w lamp a little farther away and I have the fan running. I also need to figure out the exhaust set up. Too daunting. 12/30/20: The cherry finally popped and I can see ole girl starting to break the surface. Adding the saran wrap helped with the moisture and this morning was the result. The temp still seems a be high (81F) and the humidity still isn't maintaining (~51%). I watered the seedling a bit and spray twice a day. It's currently back under the wrap. 1/2/21: Ole girl Salisi is growing slowly, but strong. I added a humidifier from Target to maintain the humidity between 40-60%. Temperature still lingers around 82F, but I think that's ok:🤷:. 1/4/21: Salasi is growing with purpose now! Two more days until she graduated to the big pot. I moved her inside of a nursery with vents open and gave her a full watering. RT: 82F, RH 62%. 1/9: Salasi's looking ok but I'm concerned about stem length. I just sprayed inside the nursery and a couple spritzes to the top soil. I'm concerned about thinning?

She's starting to show some nice purple colors, even though it's not getting very cold at night. She's showing many nice buds and it appears that while they may not be the biggest buds I have grown, they will be quite firm. So far, so good! Let's see what happens!

The leaf development is lush and vibrant, a sign that they’re thriving under the current conditions. Environmental Conditions We’re keeping things dialed in with stable environmental parameters: Temperature: 20.7°C Humidity: 57.2% CO2 Levels: 1569 PPM (a bit high but manageable) VPD: 1.05 kPa PPFD: 355 µmol/m²/s Each of these factors plays a crucial role in maximizing plant efficiency, and we’ll go deeper into why these values are set as they are. Featured Grow Gear – WCS2 Substrate Sensor This week, we’re also highlighting part of the grow gear in use—specifically, the WCS2 substrate sensor. This sensor measures: Soil temperature EC levels Water moisture It's currently placed in the Autopots, which are not yet connected. For now, we’re still top-feeding to encourage root expansion. By allowing the roots to reach the bottom of the pots before activating the Autopot system, we ensure they establish a strong foundation for optimal nutrient uptake. We’ll go deeper into this method and why it’s an essential step in the process. Another week in. Had to fight some leaf septoria. Removed infected leaves, sprinkled cinnamon around the entire base of the plant and watered in. Mixed some cinnamon in water and gave the plant a spray. 4 days later and all looks good. Keeping an eye on her now. Girls will get a feed of 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 600 ppm 1.2 ec of Flora Nova Bloom, and 200 ppm 0.4 ec of Floranova grow for a grand total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec.

Week 8 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia Seeds This was a hard one to top again 😭 She was so pretty with 8 tops perfectly symmetrical but she needed to be topped again for 16 tops... Shes very ugly right now but lets see in a weeks time how symmetrical she stays. Since having the funky light schedule their growth has slowed down a fair amount. But can still see a some slight growth over the last week, they got their first proper watering 2 days ago so should make a difference for this upcoming week.

Same as her sister, Compost tea for the first time, hope she gets better.

Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase ☺️. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated.
