Nice week. Tropicana got healthy stuff in the last days. On day 29 I gave her a 1:10 homemade plant manure fertilization with comfrey and nettle which takes about two weeks to see a reaction. Three days later she got her next head fertilization to protect her with field horsetree extract and a cosmic sunstorm fertilization 😉. Smelling a bit but works good with fruit trees or veggies which are sensitive for mold and killer insects. Got to bring some 🐞cause I watched some lice while sucking Tropicana juice. 🤭😅 Northern lights night was nice to watch. Sun is shining and the Temperature during the days is up to 25 degrees. Day 34: Tropicana slept outside for the first time. The temperature at night is over 10 degrees now, soon even more.

All Girls matured and went to drying this week. I will include an harvest report once dried.

Some of the leaves are still showing problems but I'm confident that the plants will do just fine as they haven't stopped growing new growth. I'm working on setting up another tent so I can give the girls some more room to gro properly as I'm seeing a lot of crouding in their current home.

Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. So we came to the end guys, these ladies gonna stay in the dark for 36 hours now and get cut on saturday Think i made some mistakes with Topping on earlier stage with Cookies and Cream, and also some mistakes with bubba kush on flower stage, its my first grow and i can say it was a nice experience with them strains 😌 Im gonna share the dry weight and more detailed informations about the strains and the nutes ive used as long as its ready 👌

Not a bad week, nothing much happening, topped the plants and made some more dry PH down as I don't like using the liquid Phosphoric acid down as I don't use it fast enough and its going bad. Starting to discolor and tun yellow from clear. The acorbic acid is also ageing and going yellow, will need to replace it soon. ran the ph down mix through and sieve to grind it all down to around the same particle size for the chucks. Also added in a desiccate packet into the container to help with moisture issues. Over all the plants are good. Some issues with the transplant but not going to react to it. just going to let it sort its self out. defiantly some N tox, seems to always happen with Gaia Green 4-4-4 the N content is just too available while the rest is slower release. Would like it if their N in the formula was a bit more slow release over all. most of it is fast. Some of them showing some other issues as well but just have to wait it out. they are also going back into veg from my mess up on the lights. Thought they where on 16/8 but was really 12/12 from a week or so ago. the CBG seeds from GTR are doing the best. handling the extra N with good strides and nice growth on them. Topping plants was fine, took some pics of their tops. tried to get em all around the same height. looks good to me. Herbs doing well too. the basil is getting nice and deep rich green. can smell it heavy if the plant is brushed at all. Will need to keep pinching off their tops to make a tasty little plant. The catnip is going to explode in size I have a feeling. Its only one seed in that whole pot. Taste so good crushed into some cola. Nice minty flavor but not too offensive/sharp like other common mints such as pepermint or spearmint, its softer and almost creamy. highly recommend. fresh not dired.

Ganja Farmer AK 2.0 XL Day 47 from sprout Light viparspectra XS 2000 dialed in at 75% intensity watering every other day or every two days The bud structure is growing very differently with this strain. White Widow is looking amazing!!! I continue to be impressed by Seedsman strains. Huge bushy leaves, nice green color and she grew a ton this week. Overloading with Recharge is giving me AMAZING results. I'm going to continue giving 1 tbs/gallon, the plants love it (and so do I) 👍

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

Hi Growmies~! What This Post is About Today, I'll be recording how to cultivate soil microbes at home. These microbes offer numerous benefits, and they are simple to make. How I Came Up with This Technique Since 2014, I’ve tried synthetic growing methods like DWC. While they gave quick results, I often ran into issues with consistency. Nutrients would expire during breaks, meaning I had to keep buying new bottles. I strongly felt I needed a change. A couple of years ago, after taking a break, I started to research and switched to organic growing. At first, it felt overwhelming with all the steps and prep work, but I saw real potential. After experimenting with different methods, I came across Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and JADAM, introduced by Mr. Cho. His simple, ultra low-cost techniques inspired me. They focus on letting nature do the work. While growing, I noticed that synthetic nutrient bottles were expensive, especially when trying to complete a full nutrient set. Organic growing may require more attention and can be costly when investing in organic materials. Preparing the soil in advance and top dressing with dry nutrients every other week - just these two methods were consuming space, time, and money. Indoor farming is unnatural, while organic farming is a natural approach. I had to bring these ideas together, but organic farming often seems geared toward large plots like farms. Incorporating organic techniques into my indoor garden requires a lot of effort and careful calculations. So this is one of my techniques for keeping my plants happy: supporting their daily needs helps them snap out of deficiencies quickly, allowing them to grow consistently. It took me a while to adapt this technique for indoor use. I hope this helps, guys! Supplies Needed - Potatoes: Provide nutrients and food for the microbes. - Sea Salt: Stimulates microbial activity and controls harmful organisms. - Dechlorinated Water: Allows the microbes to grow and multiply. - Compost, leaf mold, or worm castings: Contains natural microorganisms that are key for this process. How to Make (1 gallon) 1 cooked potato (about 2 golf ball-sized) 1 pinch of sea salt 2 tablespoons compost or worm castings 1 gallon dechlorinated water 1. Mix Ingredients: In a clean container, fill it with the dechlorinated water, dissolve the sea salt, and add the compost along with the mashed potato. 2. Ferment: Optionally cover the container and let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours. 3. Strain (Optional): After fermentation, you can strain the solution if you prefer a clearer liquid. Note: Watch the timelapse video to see how the microbes activate! **WARNING** Wear gloves if possible and/or avoid contact with open wounds How to Use IMPORTANT: Always dilute the solution before applying it to plants. - Use when bubbles form a "pizza shape" on the surface. - Dilute 5-10 ml per liter of water for bi-weekly feeding. (Test a small batch first to find the best rate for your setup.) - Once the bubbles disappear, the microbes are likely inactive. You can either mix the rest with water as fertilizer or discard it. Pros Promotes Plant Growth - Usually fixes deficiencies in as little as 6 to 72 hours. - Improves nutrient absorption, and helps plants thrive. Boosts Plant Immunity - Works as IPM: Can be used as foliar sprays (no staining on leaves). - Lowers the risk of powdery mildew and other diseases. - Helps the soil ecosystem with beneficial organisms like predatory mites and springtails. - Naturally reduces pest pressure (Less risk of fungus gnats and other pests). Improves Soil Health & Supports Composting - Quickly breaks down organic matter and nutrients. - Makes growing organically in small containers, like 1-gallon pots, easy. - Over time, soil becomes softer and richer, even in small pots. Cost-Effective, Sustainable & Eco-Friendly - No need for complex equipment like pH pens, air pumps, or other tools. - Reduces the need for CalMag, N-P-K, or micronutrient supplements (just add a little bit of sea salt to every watering). - No sugar sources needed in the soil. - Works for all types of plants—houseplants, exotics, ornamentals, and crops. There have been some serious training this week. LCC is flowering quickly and hasn't needed anymore training. She has had some leaves removed. Guava and Apricot are a bit behind LCC in flowering. They have been trained heavily this week. They now both have an insane amount of top bud sites. These babies will get very interesting in a few weeks... Their heights: Guava: 28 cm Apricot: 36 cm Lemon Cherry Cookies: 50 cm

Weekly update on these three. One is ready and will be coming down early this week with the other two probably toward the end. The flower are all nice and dense and smell strong. They've been super easy to grow not requiring anything special besides a good defoliation during Veg and once in flower. All in all Happy Growing
