I think it was related to being underfed or underwater. Midway through the week, they started to recover and grow taller. North is on the verge of flowering. I also lollipopped all plants to try and clear the lower region so it's easy to water and so the plants can focus growth on the important parts. Overall the AKs have been drinking up a storm (watering almost every day at this point), I'm trying to keep an eye out for overfeeding. I'm feeding every watering for now until I see issues pop up, then I'll slow down. Next week may be the week I start flower (guessing since these are autos). Day 42 (Jul 8) - Plants look the same as yesterday pretty much, AK1 & AK2 are doing less of the 'preparation droop'. The major yellow leaves are starting to crust off and it seems like the mid/upper leaves are not getting paler / translucent. I wasn't paying attention to the plant and she got a little dried out. I noticed that the lower leaves were stating to curls and She was just looking very unhealthy. I flushed the pot and defoliated all the growth below the top two nodes on each branch. gave her a couple days to recover from the defoliation and then added a feeding of nutrient solution. She has recovered nicely. However, there are some leaves that are still showing signs of damage but also improvement. That is the reason that this week is lacking in photos. I had to play doctor to the plant.

That’s her finally cut. Once dry I’ll get a final weight and some bud porn! Some beautiful colours!

I know they look rough. It’s just because I didn’t want to feed them too much in those little pots, now they are getting established into bigger pots with a lot more food!

I started germination of 3 Gorilla Girl beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Gorilla Girl. I've only grown this variety out once. Did her in a 1 gallon SOG grow and she was a beast! Fat Chunky main cola just loaded to the tits in trichomes. Amazing bud structre and a definite cut above alot of the genetics flooding the market. I cant wait to let this variety loose in a larger scale grow. See what these powerhouse genetics really have to offer. Haven't grown out much sweet seeds stuff. But what I did test drive got there genetics into a larger setup. So caps off to them.

first pic is second day this week its may 12 well i think they are doing pretty dam good if you ask me bt i only know so much soo lol let me know what everyone thinks let see i added hydro plex to the mix not really sure if it added to my growth i my opinion growth had already been amazing aha bt we will see spent quite a bit of time pushing big leaves out the way under the second net ehh don’t really think i did any harm bt i cut out everything tiny and under the blanket mid of to nets and down if it look bigger then my fingers it’s survived this round aha broke one water leaf up top on accident ehh oh well not much else just been watching them grow gonna have to change the chains that hold my light they hand about 12 in of the top that i can’t move up any more and plants started catching bit more light burn sadly i definitely need more space bt in the end things are looking good to me end of the week i’m feeling more then blessed with the progress everything just getting fatter tried crimping two branch way to low about to days ago bt there still alive and growing again so all it well decided to try to pull the other two down instead lol hope all had a great week and happy growing (not that you guys should care bt is my birthday today 17th )aha til next time

Buenas a todos familia, 4 semana ya.Recta final del periodo de crecimiento,conforme cambiemos el foco cambiamos el fotoperiodo a 12/12 . El trasplante fue un éxito, no hubo complicación ninguna. La tierrra que usamos fue PLAGON LIGHT MIX. Todo va sobre ruedas , la condiciones en crecimiento fueron óptimas , las power plant xl, aún que parezca que no, acabarán recuperando, solo les falta ese pequeño estirón y ale.

16/12 - Harvest day

Starting a second seed of this Wedding Cake strain from Lifted, a rec grower. The first seed has some interesting mutations going on that I did not see in any of the four plants last year. Hopefully this one comes out strong and uniform. If it does, I’ll likely clone it and hit the clone with some colloidal silver to reload. I have 9 seeds left, but it would be nice to have some extras. I really scored with these seeds. I put a few photos of a plant from the same seed stock. As you can see, the plant is very robust. I also found it very durable, pest and weather resistant. It also provides high yields. The research I’ve done says that Lifted’s Wedding Cake strain comes from a clone of the Seed Junky strain, which I believe to be the original strain. Whether the seeds I found in my rec store purchase are from cross pollination, genetics or stress, I’m not sure. However, given that I popped 4 seeds last year and had four females, I feel pretty confident that the seeds are from stress or genetics. So they would be feminized. No topping, just some serious LST. This year, I plan to top the stronger of the two and FIM the other.

Smooth week - final harvest. Plant 5 was a surprisingly quick trim :)

15th day into flowering- Trim some Fan leaves /anything cover canopy. 18TH DAY FLOWER- LOLI POPPING. JUST WATER EVERY 3 DAYS PH 6.5
