Alright! 100% germination rate across the board on these beans! Every seed we sowed is now up and at em. That's already a good sign for new genetics. Well they're new to me anyway, who knows how long they've been overseas doing their thing. These could be some diamonds in the ruff, ya never know!!! Same here though as with the auto flowers we're going to see which strain performs best and then enter her into the competition....or if they're both hitting, we'll enter them both and see if we can take home a win! So for the photoperiod plants we're doing the Athena blended line in Promix soil. It's my first time using this line but they sent me it to try out so I'm going to see what's up. The auto flowers are going to be mainly organic and maybe a little mix of synthetic in bloom, if needed. That's the plan for some beautiful flowers. Let's Grow!!

21.8 7th week of flowering done and I started flushing today. Not much to report still swelling nicely and frosting up to the end 👌 This has been really nice grow overall. I think I'm gonna come back for this strain for sure in the future. I'll check trichomes next week at the 8th week mark and decide then if I'll harvest or keep couple more days. Barney's timeline for flowering was 49 to 56 days. So let'see. I added that video of whole tent there is also Strawberry Glue and Orange Sherbert Now thinking back there was couple times me overwatering so always something to improve next time.. beauty of growing also 😍 Happy growing! Day22: As said in Week3, I will not keep this perspective for the whole grow, as it doesn't really show the size of the plant. But it gives a nice view of how to top leaves grow :) The flashes that you see in the video is the humidifier. It pumps out vapour every hour for 15mins. So basically a quarter of each second of the video will be when the humidifier runs. Day23: I changed it, as I wanted to see the size as well. Day24 - Day28: Happy, healthy growth.

Growing really well upto now just transplanted them into there forever homes now they are 2 weeks old excited to watch them grow and see the results in a few months time, have not fed any nutrients yet but will now start commencing week 3 i will be using Canna products again on this grow

Hey there, ola! Week 2 behind. I really like how this grow goes. Girls seem very happy and not much hustle going on. Watering every few days, today watered till a little runoff (tested how the plants reacted to flooding and they are A-OK) Biobizz light mix seems to be packed with nitro just about in the right amount. Not adding any nutes yet and the leaves are big and almost dark green for me it means we are in the zone. Enjoy the timelapse, my first video edited in premiere pro. Plants took a few days to get stripped down. Missed the second week of flowering and stretching but oh well there is always next time. Very excited to see this canopy full of uniform buds its going to be a sight to behold haha.

At day 20 I switched to flowering and sent my light schedule to 12/12 hours of light/darkness, therefore this is the first week of flowering now. I know that these plants from seeds are still to immature to switch to flowering directly, but they will grow slower with 12/12 until they are old enough to flower. This should happen when they are appr. 4 weeks old from germination, then they will be mature enough to be able to flower. I do this, because the Growfor.Life-Closet is limited in its heigth and I want compact and short plants at the end, so i can keep a minimum distance to the LED-lights from SANlight, which are built into the closet. The minimum distance should be appr. 25 cm from the canopy. At Day 25 the biggest three plants (=Double Dutch from Serious Seeds and OG-Kush from Humboldt-Seeds) have grown so many leaves that they start to touch each other and condensed water is building up between them, the plants seem to sweat. This means I have to defoliate the plants again in order to get a better airflow and also to let the light penetrate deeper into the canopy. You can see a video-tutorial for defoliation I made on Day 25. The scissors I use in the video came WITH the closet, they have a special anti-sticky coating and work like a TREAT! During the defoliation I recognize that one sidebranch of a Double Dutch plant is TRIFOLIATE (see in pics!), this means each node grows three instead of two leaves and sidebranches out of it. That is a rare occurrence in cannabis and can be seen like finding a 4-leafed clover. Although this should mean good luck, I also realize more and more fungus gnats flying around and put some sticky yellow strips (=sticky traps for insects) inside the closet. The plants also seem to get a little bit lighter in their green color in general, therefore I decide to start adding nutrients (=PLAGRON-TERRA-BLOOM) to my waterings now. All in all the plants grow like hell (the biggest one is appr. 30 cm tall at the end of week4) and develop excellently...I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MY GROWFOR.LIFE-CLOSET until now!

So it’s coming up on 60 days by the end of next week and they are starting to fade already both have massive colas and starting to show some nice colors thanks for the likes I’m gonna run 4 3gal pots next run and they will be autos I’m liking this hope they smoke good

Day 6 in flower the back left one has extremely outgrown the other 3. The front right has shown pistils and the other 2 are short and bushy so hoping I have 3 girls. Going to keep an eye on the tall one till it shows sex. Didn't get a chance to prune at all due to being in tiny pots for veg 6 weeks and causing stress and didn't want to over do it with transplanting them soo late I will wait untill week 3 of flower before I prune and keep bending the fan leaves under the lower canopy untill then. The smell is lovely

Growing it was straight forward. Very resistant to temp changes, loved every bit of nutrients I gave her. Buds have turned out beautiful and harvesting 4.5 ounces dry on one plant is always nice

24.02.24 - 1.03.24 Red hot cookies performing stunnigly as always. This is a true beauty and a wonderful plant. Very healthy and sturdy. Yesterday I already noticed some distinct candy mandarine aroma with some chocolate cookies mixed in. Lets hownshe develop those lovely colours ans smell. One of the older plants is already fed 7 times a day. Thats a record for me. In around 9l of coco.
