Day 56 Not a lot to update on. Plants are looking good. The EZ Feed settings are still dialed. I've noticed that the front two plants seem to have fatter buds. #2EZF (rear right) has mostly orange pistils while the others have either none or very few. #4AP (front left) is purple. I was unaware of the possibility for a purple pheno. Still getting a much stronger candy rub from #4AP and #2EZF. I started feeding Fade and PK @1.6 EC today

There is a real orange scent in the tent, a blend of fresh oranges and skunk scents. The buds take on size, the resin production is amazing and creates beautiful sparkling crystals on them. There are still 2/3 weeks to go, but these are the most exciting ones. In this week I added cal-mag to fertilizers, it is a preventive measure because I increased the amount of PK 13-14, so cal-mag supplementation will not harm the plant at this stage of flowering. Update: Day 87 I lowered the height of the lamp to 17 cm, I just need to put on my helmet, fasten seat belts and hold tightly to my chair :P Update: Day 88 I had to use wire-mode because the side branches were starting to bend more and more under their weight. So she 'only' grew 4cm this week.... Considering I tried to kill her last week this is pretty good. She's got some good growth on her this week. Got a lot bushier! I hope she's got started on her root system ready for flowering 😎

@ 1.5-1.6 kPa The plants have a strong, sweet skunk aroma, and when you smell the flowers directly, you also detect a zesty orange scent. The buds are quite heavy for the plant, it would have benefited from a ScrOG net or additional support.

Noticing trichomes more than ever. From what I’ve read the last two weeks are when buds start to swell up. Let’s hope that’s the case lol I really pushed the ppm’s this week only because I accidentally let her go over 1000 ppm’s during this week. I would have never have done that but she let me know she was ready for a full dose of nutes. Today is D81 and I’m expecting she will go over one hundred days. We shall see... thanks for listening!

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

So tomorrow will be day 1 of week 6. I have been out of town and not able to care for the girls like I usually do. So my PPM went a little higher than I usually have it. As you can see I have some nute burn going on. I dropped it down now and hopefully it should be smooth sailing from here. Girls are putting on some weight but really don't think I'll pull more then 3 oz per plant. All the buds are rock hard but a bit small. I do think that the quality is going to be above average. They are starting to pack on the crystals and crazy sticky. The smell at this stage is extremely strong. I had to hook my charcoal filter. My entire house was ranked when I came home from my trip. All in all these girls have been pretty easy to grow with the exception of one of the banner phenotypes. She really doesn't seem to like the higher PPM levels. But I have 1 Reservoir feeding all of them so she just has to make do LOL.

All doing well. Ultimate #1 is doing far better in growth under the Mars Hydro vs Ultimate #3 under just the Phlizon. This is what I expected I just didn’t really expect it would be such a large difference. The branches under the Mars Hydo are not only bigger and stronger but there are more of them!! Unless something massive changes the Phlizon will be just a seedling light from now on. Added a CO2 bag as well.
