week 8 flower solo cup challenge

5/11 - 5/17: I topped a couple shoots early in the week and have her in full LST submission..sprawling nicely.👌 I watered her once really well at the start of the week with endoboost, humic acid, silica, cal-mag, molasses, and big bloom...and a little bit of grow big. I foliar fed with boom boom spray one day, and a solution of fulvic acid, cal-mag, big bloom, sweet & sticky, and silica a few days. It rained really heavy on the night of the 15th, so I won't be watering again anytime soon. I topped another of her shoots on the 14th and about an hour later, I realized that I should have taken it as a cutting..I'll have enough soil for a few plants in 3 gallon pots, and from what everybody says, I'd be very happy with some more jars of #5. I spent all 3 seeds to grow this one plant, so I'll try rooting some clones of her soon...👈 This week I received my new portable outdoor misting fan and hoses and got it set up on a timer with just airflow while the lights are on, and once the temps reach about 95f regularly, I'll have my hose timer let 10 minutes of water every 2 hours get misted across the canopy. It should lower the "real feel" by about 25-30 degrees and increase RH considerably. Also hoping that the constant airflow will make them stronger and keep insects off of them somewhat. It will also enable me to easily give them a blow dry if it rains in late flower. But wait...that's not all....it's also gonna be very much more enjoyable for me to sit in the garden and do my thang. 👍

Really happy with what's going on. I don't want to over do her on the nutrition so keeping it on the lower end, watering every 2-3 days. Lots of new growth under the 2nd bigger fan leaves. Looking forward to seeing what she has to offer. Another watering planned for tonight, she is feeling a little bit light. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Already a nice smell filling my room. Nice new growth from underneath canopy growing into the light. Also leaves are getting much bigger on top. Happy growing

Week 10 for Lemon Orange by Greenhouseseedco, Her colour is looking much much better 😍 1/3 of the phenos is getting barely any lateral branch growth so i think she will be the smallest yielder Keeping the canopies are flat as possible and i think its not going too badly 😇 Still wanting a little more growth before flipping to flower.

Hello let's call this first week of flower, she started to smell a little bit, also startet stretching, very strong plant! Have some Phosphorus deficiency (curled discolored leaves, yellow leaf tips) so i'm feeding half dose of Big Buds from Advanced Nutrients (NPK 0,1,3), let's see how she reacts. Day 30 TRYING TO FIX PROBLEMS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE: Magnesium deficiency - yellowing between leaf veins. Phosphorus deficiency - curled leaves, yellow leave tips( nutrient deficiency overall) slow growth. Calcium deficiency - small rusted dots on the middle aged leaves. Ph was kinda high 7.1 Fix the problem: I've added 1.5ml/l Calmag 0.1.3 NPK 1ml/l Big buds which will give plant its nuteients. And water PH 5.5 to lower overall soil PH. I think she will bounce back in a few days! Day 34 and we are back on the track! She's been recovering and stretching very well, soil PH is 6.6 for now Day 35 end of frist week of flower, 10cm stretch in 7 days.

Trotz des schlechten Wetters sind die kleinen Buds etwas größer geworden. Die Pflanzen im Ganzen sind aber nicht gewachsen. Sie bekommen gerade etwas Neemlösung, da die einige der großen Blätter stark angepiekst sind. Die nächste Zeit wird das Wetter ja wieder prima, das gibt hoffentlich nen guten Schub

11/16/2020 She's growing, roots are nice and healthy, so time for flowering. Switching to 11-14 and flower dose will start today. Full bucket switch to Grow, Micro, Bloom flower week one Raised level of water to 16 liters just touching mesh pot, she used about 1/2 her water (6liters) And do not want her to go hungry lol

Last few pieces are falling into place...dehumdifier...ac unit and vpd monitor are all ordered. Finally will b finished gathering parts (outside of led lights eventually). Everything pretty much on cruise control...dry amendments is def easier so far. Cant wait to see the end result. At the very least i will b doin dry for veg from now on. Labs should b done tuesday and will be statn a bokashi compost bin soon.

Raspberry Ripple Number One and Two (Flowering Plants) This week is the final week of Flower, I am noticing milky coverage on both plants and some amber trichomes as well. I gave the last watering today of distilled, dechlorinated water, with no P.H. Adjustments at 7.2 PH. I plan to harvest April 11th. Number One Pheno- The Number One Pheno is fully swollen and ripe now. The colas are densely stacked on the canopy. The foliage is quite over-faded, with some leaves being so dried out they crumble to the touch. I don't know if this is because the plant was in a bit too small of a pot or if my light was a little much these final weeks of flower. It is definitely ready for harvest! It's smells are still heavy in the raspberry candy department, with those hints of earthy leather on the back swing. Giving the number one pheno a very unique musk. The resin is greasy and plentiful! I can't wait to take this one down and trim it up to see how it looks in a jar! Number Two Pheno- The Number Two Pheno held out a little longer in its 5 gallon pot, it's a bit smaller of a plant. It's about 65% faded now but it's trichomes look finished! It's trichomes are very stacked out and coat this plant in a snow film! It may look a little boring next to its sister color wise, but it still sports some purple and pink hues under all the frost and I still think it'll be a worthy smoke as well! It smells of a raspberry wine but with that hazy fruity power. Almost like a strong mimosa strain. Clones- The larger clones in the 55 inch 2x2 MarsHydro veg tent, were starting to drink through water quickly! Mostly the larger number one phenos. Which would consume the entire dryback of their full pots in one day. I transplanted all the plants in the 55 inch tent into square pots (2 gallons for the Number 2 Phenos, 3 gallons for the Number 1 Phenos) this should hold them over for 3 to 4 weeks, so I can harvest and dry my flowering plants. I was unable to transplant the clones in the smaller Mars Hydro 30 inch Clone Tent, due to space constraints. I'll be feeding them worm castings and Down to Earth Crab Meal tomorrow. All the clones are looking healthy and look like they would be great candidates for flowering or mother plants. Tech Upgrade- This week I was able to purchase a Photobio Phantom Par Meter at a local grow shop's going out of business sale. With this tool I'll be able to get a dead on map of my light intensity and adjust accordingly. This will be great to have when setting up my new HLG Blackbird next cycle. I also got some 15 gallon grass roots fabric pots to try in the flower room next cycle. I also reached out to AC infinity and have an upgraded Cloudray S6 Gen 2 Oscillating Clip Fan on the way. My Gen 1 fan broke and would no longer oscillate correctly. AC infinity replaced it free of charge with the latest model. I think that about sums up this week! I'm very excited to take these plants down and begin preparing for next cycle. I was extremely lucky to get such amazing results of my first Pheno hunt. I can't thank Mosca Seeds and Tiki Madman enough for selecting such great crosses. It's hard to believe I got these two seeds as a freebie pack, with another order. I'm super thankful to have Grow Diaries to use and rely on for charting my week to week data, questions I have, and comparing my findings and results to other growers with similar strains, like @THCpapa grow of Raspberry Boogie! Somewhat slacking with detailed photos from this week, been busy with the holidays/ family etc. hopefully should have a little more time to take some good ones for next week.. Not much to say, they are getting quite big! some more lower branches and leaves were removed and I've been watering every other day, about .5-.75 gal per plant until I see some run off and the top looks evenly moist. End of week 1 of flower and there are Lots of white pistils, a pleasant smell (controlled by my filter/vent) and some major stretching happening on the strongest branches. Already raised the light by a few inches twice now too keep the distance over 12 inches from these stretchy ones! 😏 Also found a large healthy looking seed in my grinder that I've saved (Mac 1 supposedly, its good smoke)

Keep getting bigger! The bag seeds have gotten very stretchy and tall/skinny. A couple of the Northern Lights and GDPs have also gotten some very tall colas. The CO2 canister tapped out after about a week and a half instead of two. These things are a pretty big ripoff really. Replaced the contents with alcohol ingredients (fermenting yeast and sugar water to create CO2) until my mushroom bag gets here. Changing the canister caused it to fall and break a bag seed. Taped the splits, so far seem to be recovering fine. Had to take a small branch off, but made it into a little clone to turn into a cannabonsai.

Hi everyone, had some slight troubles this week. I had my light too high and the thc bomb stretched to quick and fell over when I watered her 😫. I Propped her up then added more soil around the stem, she seems to be ok now. Also been having trouble with night time temperature dropping to 55f so I’ve brought a tube heater and thermostat this has helped keep it at 64.5 F. As you can see from the pics the auto bomb seems to have some defects with her leafs, not sure what’s wrong but it does not seem to be effecting her at all. Day 13 i noticed the edges of the leafs on the thc bomb started to curl up slightly, don’t know why. I lifted the light slight coz I thought it might be heat stress. Apart from all that I am still fine tuning my set up and learning loads along the way. Really happy with how my girls are coming along. 🍁🍁

10-05-2021: I am counting today as day One for Veg. Planning to hold them on 18/6 till the 20th of may (ten days) and then switch. Not sure if I will stress them a bit or not, time will tell. Yesterday was hot (26˚C) here so all values have shifted a bit. Won't be a problem as soon as they are on 12/12. Do you notice the lines (air/water) changing position on heat :) Didn't even notice that at first. Also pretty sure I need a more powerful chiller at the moment but will first make an attempt to replace the gas. 13-05-2021: Today I will be replacing my chiller. It doesn't keep up and the temperature of 28˚C is a bit too much. For the rest.. All great 15-05-2021: Added some paper sheets to reduce heat. Seem to work so today I'll go to hardware store and buy something to make a more permanent solution.... I have added some reflective foil to cover the boxes
