This girl keeps on surprising me…the sativa traits are creeping in while she flower (keep reaching for the light baby). I’m surely looking forward to this Sativa enjoyed by the Legend.

They were both putting on weight. The one you see by itself with the Phlizon light was always on 16/8 but the other plant had to be on 12/12 because it was in a tent with a photoperiod plant (white widow which I almost posting). The phlizon light seems to produce more nutrient burn even tho it is lower wattage. I think it's too close but at this point the buds were looking pretty good. Reduced cal-mag supplement.

Had some severe drooping on one side of the plant. It was kind of weird, but most likely nothing. I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 2.5 gal every other day now. Growing strong. Untied the LST ties to move them and rearrange the greenhouse. Going to leave them untied. I hate having to water around the ties 😭 Just did another spinosad treatment. Haven’t seen any more thrips since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

High humidity and high temperature variation can cause mold and mildew. Healthy plant and high ventilation prevent the problem!

Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow. I’ll be updating this diary weekly and will be doing videos in the future. Here’s a breakdown of the equipment: 1 - 2x4x6 tent 2- Spider Farmer SF1000 LED fixtures (100w/ea) 1- Carbon filter 2- 3 gallon pots w/self watering reservoirs Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix RealGrowers Recharge Also, here’s what Coast of Main says about their Stonington Blend: “Coast of Maine Organic Products Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix is a complex “super soil” designed for high performance container growing. It works well with tomatoes, and, where growing cannabis and medical marijuana is legal, growers have reported tremendous results. This soil incorporates mycorrhizal fungi, kelp, fish bone and alfalfa meal, as well as worm castings, peat, coir and lobster compost.” Here are the specs on the Spider Farmer SF1000’s: Materials: Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell Drivers Power Draw: 100w PPFD: 922 umols/s @ 12” PPF: 250 umol/m2/s PPE: 2.5 umol/J Yield: 2.5g/W Spectrum: 660-665nm,3000K,5000K, IR 760nm LED: 218 pcs

Type:Sativa Flowering:90 Days THC:22-24% Harvest:700-1200 g/m2 Height:220-300 cm There’s more than a proud title about Divine Sativa – meant as a perfect Sativa strain, it lives up to its creators’ dreams! Bred by crossing several Sativa strains, this genotype underwent a lot of improvement by means of selection. Now its refined taste and exquisite appearance make Divine Sativa a beauty queen. A non-beginner genotype that experienced growers (especially hourmands) will appreciate for its vigor and resistability – these qualities are uncommon for 100% Sativas, and its endurability is why Divine Sativa is considered a reliable commercial strain! With its tropical charm, Divine Sativa usually becomes anyone’s favorite after their first harvest time together. These are huge tropical plants thirsty for a great deal of air, water and light. Divine Sativa is a rare indoor inhabitant, but this has more to do with space management than with the strain itself: in a grow box with enough room for plants 3 m tall, with proper ventilation and lights, brilliant results can be expected! The trick is to control the growth and adjust both the lights and the plants. Such techniques as FIM or topping, ScroG, SoG, supercropping or mainlining are highly recommendible as a height restriction. Along with that, defoliation is often necessary to eliminate shade and provide better ventilation. Out of doors Divine Sativa flourishes in warmer climates, but even if November is cold in your region, a greenhouse can help your plants ripen no matter the weather. Ready for outdoor harvesting by mid November. Divine Sativa impact is a clear-headed euphoric cerebral high. Not causing a rush if moderately portioned, this energy is a helping hand in any activity that involves creative thinking or fast decisions. A perfect wake-and-bake strain. Great for creating romantic atmosphere as well as sharpening your senses during sex, Divine Sativa is also an aphrodisiac. Not causing drowsiness at all, it fits any daytime (except before bed) and can be enjoyed at work with its ability to help people concentrate. Medical usage includes combating depression, bipolar syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease. The effect lasts for 2-3 hours.

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. TrolMaster Hub & Data Monitoring Throughout the week, we have been closely monitoring our grow using the TrolMaster App TM+. We are displaying some of the collected data for everyone to see the details. Stay tuned as we explore this further in the next report! As always, we want to extend a huge thank you to our sponsors and the amazing community. Special thanks to Aptus, Groovebags, Cannakan, Promix, Ziggy Papers, TrolMaster, and Plagron, Zamnesia and Grow Diaries for making the Eternity Cup possible. I apprecilove the support from all sides—lovers, haters, competitors, and fellow growers. The competition continues to push us to improve, and i am thrilled to see the incredible reports from others. This is a challenging yet rewarding experience, and i couldn’t be happier to be part of it. For those following along, we invite you to check out our YouTube channel, where we upload full 4K episodes showcasing the entire journey. Some episodes are too large to be uploaded directly to Grow Diaries, so YouTube is the best place to catch everything in high definition. This marks the end of VEG, and we are officially ready to flip to FLOWER. Next week, we will dive into the TrolMaster System in action, check the data insights, and monitor how the garden adapts to the shift. Stay tuned! Day 64. All is good, one Mimoza ( off course biggest ) didn't liked new house ... Maybe after this one she will bounce back. The rest of the girls are going, think it's 10 days max left for two smallest plant in a week few more will be ready, the rest - around the floor .... Too croudy, no love, hope extra lightning will hurry them up, . I'll have Mars SP3000 soon to add. Gave full feed today, other two waterings will be plain water. Some selective defoliation here and there ... Day 69. Second day after few girls went outdoors. I need more light, but I will get it in a week only. Happy Growing !!!

Hello and welcome to week 8, the second week of 12/12 for Her Royal Highness Queen Citronella. As you can see she is chafing at the lack of space. She wants to keep growing. I am looking for a 3x3 to solve this. Day 50: Fertigated 6l. Day 53: Height 33cm Width 70cm Depth 70cm - clear signs of flowering today. Fertigated 4l. Day 54: It's getting difficult to get her in and out safely as she is now bigger than the tent door. Day 55: Stretching fast now. 38cm x 60cm x 60cm the latter two being severely limited by the tent size. Day 56: End of week 2 since flipping. Preflower period ending and flowering proper begins. Approximately ten weeks to go. Citronella is really impressive and smells very citrus. All of her foliage smells if you touch it. I do not know if this little tent can contain her. I have some major concerns about this grow due to some real life complications.

Day 24: 600 W LED Light schedule 24/6, ventilation is the same +15 min after the lamp switches off. Water: 50ml per plant so 2x 25 ml per day per plant. Fertilization with bat guano and the same amount of water on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. They grow nicely! Someone commented that it looks more magnesium deficiency problem instead of burning so suggested me to add Epsom salt to the water. I ordered Epsom salt so I will give it a go! Thank you! I still believe that I put too close the lamp so it was related to it also but I can see spots on the lower leaves so there is magnesium problem here as well. By the way, they look now beautiful! Blue Sherbet S1 is slower a bit but it is Sativa. Day 25: They started growing rapidly. Day by day they are getting bushy and growing nicely. Day 26: Epsom salt has arrived. I will start feeding them with it. I will mix one tablespoon with 50 ml water 2x a day and I will do it on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Day 27: As I mentioned in my other diary the last 3 days was crazy hot especially today in London 38 degrees. In my tent, there are 32-32.5 degrees. Luckily, I have direct ventilation on the plants so they won't feel that much heat, but it is crazy... anyways They are getting really bushy and keep growing. I can see some yellow pots but started feeding properly them with Epsom salt and bat guano. Day 29: I retrained (LST) they so tried to spread the sides and bend more the main stamp and also changed their position so I placed them to a different corner. Day 30: It looks like that the Epson salt is good they look better green also now I just damage some leaves as I retrained them. Tomorrow starts the 5th week where I will do some Topping to them except to the Blue Sherbet S1 because it is quite small for that. I will use only LST and FIMing for her.

Nothing to report this week. Plants are growing on in the greenhouse as I wait for some extra supplies before setting them up inside. I hve to do this before they outgrow their pots but that still gives me a little while. There is one Frankenstein seedling that seems to have no ‘center’ is the only way I can describe it really! I should probably pinch it out but I’m curious to see what will happen?! Anyone ever had this before? I have been growing a few years now and never saw this!

2021-01-06(day 57): Entering the 5th week of flowering all looks pretty good. She's still budding up and smelling beautifully. Fed her with 2.5l of ph'ed water. I also defoliated her so the light can reach the lower buds. 2021-01-09(day 60): Fed with 3l nutrient solution as given above. 2021-01-12(day 63): Fed with 3.5l of ph'ed water. Looks like she's putting some weight on! 😁 Trichome pictures are for test purposes.

Pbb has been chopped! Saw a decent amount of amber trichomes and the calyxes were quite swollen also she has been fading beautifully for quite some time now. Went into the dark for 48hours then I trimmed any dead leaves off and a few larger easy to reach leaves. She’s hanging in a dark tent now with a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent. Ducting to my flower tent to keep it from stagnating. Frost is starting to fade and swelling quite well. Afghani is getting a much more complex smell not as sweet as before still looks like looks like at least 2 weeks for her. They have all just been getting water for a while now.
