The first harvest of the spring session is ready: we are talking about the very fragrant, very resinous and delicious Fruit Punch Automatic naturally branded Zamnesia. ** We remind all users that we are growing two plants per strain, one worked with techniques and the other left to grow freely and beautifully to preserve its speed. Description // This plant has not had any techniques applied, it has had few human interventions but always useful. Letting the plant grow does not mean "doing nothing" but you must always keep an eye on the color of the leaves, clean up the bottom while the plant grows and let only the last 20 cm or so of each branch flower. Of course there is a range of possibilities in this but know that the more stuff you leave below the more the stuff above will be weakened, so learning to find the right balance between cleanliness and size of the buds will make you better growers. I am very satisfied with this plant and one is coming with the main lining, low but with very large flowers and even more beautiful than this one. Trichomes and Maturation // We made a careful observation in micro at 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and we noticed a good percentage of amber trichomes, the majority milky and few transparent, for us it is a great time to harvest. I do a lot of day use so I do not want to over-mature the plants, oxidize the THC and make them become relaxing. Even the best sativa matured on palal becomes more indica. I need to control the day use effect a lot. Fertilizers and Soil // We used the organic line of Plagron fertilizers the whole time, all the recommended additives and the unfertilized and organic Pro Mix soil. Calculate everything according to your needs on the site ------ https://plagron.com/ Fertilizers are available in convenient packs on the Zamnesia website --------- https://www.zamnesia.io/it/11457-plagron-easy-pack-natural.html One of the best in recent years with a very high THC level ------------------------------------------------------------------ https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10965-zamnesia-seeds-fruit-punch-automatic.html Zamnesia Brief Description // Sativa strains are very rewarding to grow, but their long flowering times and greater susceptibility to disease and over-fertilization can make them a little more difficult to manage. Additionally, their imposing heights are less suitable for indoor use and can attract unwanted attention when grown outdoors. However, with the arrival of Fruit Punch Automatic, growing sativa strains at home has become a lot easier. Combining Skunk #1, Haze and ruderalis, Fruit Punch Auto is 70% sativa dominant and produces up to 21% THC, along with a delicious blend of terpenes. Additionally, it can be grown indoors, outdoors and in greenhouses. With its bright shades of green, golden pistils and thick layer of resin, Fruit Punch Auto buds always have a great appeal. When you smoke her, you will be amazed by her flavours, aromas and effects! As the name suggests, Fruit Punch Auto boasts delicious tropical aromas reminiscent of banana, pineapple, mango and citrus. When you open the jars you will feel like you are in a tropical cocktail bar on an exotic beach. Fruit Punch Auto will delight your palate with pungent fruity notes followed by light notes of Skunk and spice on the exhale. Within minutes of taking the first hit, this powerful sativa will stimulate your mind, leaving you in an energetic and carefree state, ideal for morning or daytime sessions as well as social settings or creative pursuits. The whole world of growing and much more is on Zamnesia: just take a look at the site and you will find "all the best that nature has to offer" in various shapes and colors. --------------- www.zamnesia.com

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Compact, Vigorous and Full of Promise While some plants are still focused on stretching upward, the Lemon Cherry Sundae follows a completely different strategy. Instead of chasing height, she invests her energy into building a compact, well-balanced structure—and that's exactly what makes her so exciting. This week she developed into a dense, vigorous bush with short internodal spacing, creating a very even canopy. Fresh flower sites are now forming throughout the entire plant, making it easy to imagine how many future colas she is preparing. One thing that really stands out is her overall vitality. The foliage remains a rich, healthy green, every new shoot develops evenly, and the entire plant looks perfectly comfortable in the RDWC system. Compared to the Mango Cherry Runtz, her stretch is much more controlled and compact. Instead, she appears to shift her energy into flower production much earlier, which could ultimately result in dense, uniform buds across the whole canopy. With every passing week, this genetic continues to reveal more of its potential. The foundation has now been built, and the exciting stage begins where all those individual flower sites will gradually merge into thick, resin-covered colas. I'm really looking forward to the coming weeks. So far, she is developing exactly the way I had hoped and continues to impress with her compact yet incredibly productive growth habit.

Heya Growmies Week 6 flower is over, the smells are really starting to come through now, she's still killing off lower growth displaying symproms of a P deficiency, I even added some more PK 13/14, but her top buds are super healthy and getting thicker daily. who knows, hopefully giving her some more PK will help.

Week 7 of flower, she is pushing along well. I went ahead a began flush and cut the feed. I want to fade her out nicely. I tied down her lower branching and really opened her canopy up. She is nice and bushy, running budsites up and down each cola. She looks like she may need another 2 weeks. But we shall see. She is very sticky and has fuel/pine terps coming off her. Her buds are starting to swell, but calyxes not very dense/firm yet. May need to let her go for maybe 3 more weeks to fill out nicely.

Diary started at 03.04.2026 (vegi week 8) : 👉vegi week 8 👈 👉03.04.2026-09.04.2026👈 This will be quite an interesting run with only superb genetics. They are all clones. Kept the plants already for like 3-4 months in a very small state because of space and timing issues. Now its there turn as they went from 3 litre cloth pots into their final 8 L cloth pots. We've got : Solfire Gardens- Fx-3 Solfire Gardens - Pineapple Pucker The Cali Connection - Bellini abf genetics - Hawaiian Rainbow TerpHogz - Skittlez Z3 ( The original Z x Hindu Kush BC3 ) Since they we're kept very small until now i am starting with a relatively low PPFD value of 350-400 and they will constantly get more light until we have reached the ~600 PPFD point.

~ AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow System sponsored by GrowAce, featuring Strawberry Gorilla Auto by FastBuds ~ Well guy's and gal's here we go again on another exciting Autoflower run together! This time will be different as I will be doing a 'Hydroponic' run utilizing the AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow System by GrowAce, who were kind enough to sponsor me for this run, so it should be interesting to see what results I get and have some fun along the way! •Let me first tell you about this 6 Pot Ebb/Flow system from GrowAce: "The AirCube system is the one and only Ebb & Flow grow system on the market that combines the benefits of air pruning with a fully automated Ebb+Flow system! With the AirCube's proprietary fabric pot in bucket design, this system is guaranteed to outgrow any other Ebb + Flow system on the market. The results speak for themselves- grow MASSIVE roots that result in MASSIVE fruits! Air Pruning- Air Pruning only happens with fabric pots. As the roots reach the fabric walls of the pot, they penetrate and grow into the breathable fabric. Once penetrated, the roots are exposed to air, which causes the tips of the root to dehydrate and naturally prune themselves. This natural pruning process forces the roots to grow tons of lateral fibrous feeder roots. This results in a plant that utilizes the entire root zone and fills the entire pot with tons of roots. These fibrous feeder roots are incredibly effective in uptaking water and nutrients, resulting in a plant that grows healthier and more vigorously! Oxygen Benefits- Without oxygen, nutrient absorption cannot occur. On a molecular level, oxygen is needed to transmit nutrients across the cell walls and into the roots of a plant. With the AirCube's proprietary bottom lifted draining design, the system actively draws all of the water out of the bucket pulls vital oxygen into the root zone. Maximum Versatility with Any Grow Medium: The AirCube System is the only system on the market that allows you to use any growing medium you like. Use coco coir, soil, peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, hydroton, rockwool or any other medium you wish! This system is the most versatile Ebb and Flow bucket system in today's hydroponics industry. Temperature Control- with the fabric pots constructed with highly porous polypropylene fabric, heat dissipates easily and effectively. Unlike standard plastic pots, heat isn't trapped in the root zone. Heat in standard plastic containers can reach temperatures of up to 125 degrees. When this type of heat is trapped and unable to escape, it can damage your plant's health and limit the potential of your harvest. Growing in the AirCube System, plant roots grow cooler, healthier, and more vigorous. Largest Pots in its Class- this system features 5 Gallon grow buckets, the largest pot size of any other ebb and flow hydroponic system in the market. Modular and Expandable- start with 6 grow buckets and expand up to 36 grow buckets with the optional 105 gallons PopTank reservoir!" For my medium and nutrients I decided to also switch things up from my regular Organic runs, going with Plagron Nutrients and Root Royale 70/30 Coco/Perlite. When filling the fabric pots with medium, I first added just under a gallon of horticulture perlite from Nor-Cal as a base layer to ensure good drainage and then filled the remainder with the Root Royale. •Now for one of my favorites, and award winning strain from my friends at FastBuds... Strawberry Gorilla Auto: I'll be running Strawberry Gorilla Autoflower which is a 55/45 Sativa/Indica Hybrid. "ATTENTION ALL! Due to our continuous efforts in evolving our breeding process, we are proud to confirm that our Strawberry Gorilla Auto has now become one of the most potent autoflowers in the world! Paving the way to our recent success where she ranked on top & brought home the gold at the very first American Autoflower Cup in California. Moreover, she proved that not only modern autoflowers can compete with photoperiods, but they can even beat them in their field. At the most recent edition of the Farmer’s Cup and competing against various photoperiodic strains, Strawberry Gorilla Auto took home the title of 'Highest Combined Terpenes' in the highly sought-after 'Home Grow Hash' category, with an impressive 97.163 mg/g total terpene content! Our exceptional genetic selection's crowning Strawberry Gorilla Auto strain is a spectacular hybrid known for producing yields of up to 600 gr/m2 in 70 days. This is a very manageable grow that can reach heights of up to 150 cm - due to its magnitude we recommend it for more experienced growers, as a huge plant may be a little overwhelming for first-timers. This show stopping sativa heavy hybrid is perfect as an all day smoke, producing a taste bud tingling, pungent berry and diesel terpene-rich flavor combo that leaves you with a grin from ear to ear, a perfect choice for those looking for a day-and-night autoflower! "* *References: GrowAce.com, 2fast4buds.com ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: • AC Infinity 4x4 tent •AC Infinity Cloudline T6 Exhaust Fan w/ Controller 67 •HLG 650R w/UVA Bar *** For some reason GD does NOT have a listing for the USA version of the 650R so I selected the closest match to it. •AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow 6 pot System •TrolMaster Hydro-X Controller for light •AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller fed by a 50# tank •16" Hurricane oscillating fan and 8" floor fan •Tent cooling via filtered outside air delivered by AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan •BlueLab instruments: PH Pen and Truncheon Nutrient Meter ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 11/29- Here we go into Week 4 of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's and I wish I could say they are looking epic, but that's not the case. The #2 plant continues to be ahead of the other two, and is really frosting up nicely. The #2 and #3 plants look pretty crappy, and after examining some other plants in the tent I've got a good idea of the issue. The fabric pots that the plants are in are supposed to 'air prune' the roots, preventing them from growing outside of the pot, and instead growing a large mass inside of the pot. I pulled one of the pots from its bucket and it was disgusting, with rotting clumps of roots in the bottom of the bucket along with some nasty looking brown slime. The fabric pot also had roots growing out of it, along with that brown slime across the bottom of the pot...ugh! 12/1- Tomorrow I'll be doing another drain/clean/fill of the reservoir, after which I'll add Plagron Cocos 'A' & 'B' along with Green Sensation and Royal Rush. After adding the nutrients I'll ph the solution to 5.6-5.8 @ 70℉. 12/3- Yesterday I did the drain/fill and continue to have the Plagron nutrient level at 800ppm. The #3 plant continues to struggle, but nevertheless is flowering away and actually has pretty decent trichome production, which I wonder if the stress she's experiencing has an affect on either positively or negatively. 12/5- There is four weeks of flowering for the Strawberry Gorilla's. Although they sure could look a whole lot better, they for sure could look way worse. Hopefully, they'll start to look a bit better in the upcoming weeks... fingers crossed! 😎🤞 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow what you love, Love what you grow!💚

Hello friends! 🌱 White Domina from Kannabia Seed Company — Day 23 Everything is going great, and she’s really spreading out — over 30 cm wide now! She looks amazing, with big, healthy leaves, already showing more than 6 fingers per leaf. After topping, she has gained noticeable mass in just 6 days — a real chunky girl 💪 She has very beautiful leaves with an interesting, almost round shape, reminding me a bit of strawberry leaves. The color is rich and vibrant, and she’s already starting to give off a light aroma — not strong yet, but definitely noticeable. Also, take a look at the leaf shape and how thick the stem has become — she’s building a very strong structure. Watering: 0.5L every 2 days Today we stretched her out again and will continue to enjoy watching her grow. Lighting: 50% power, about 45 cm from the top Temperature — Day: up to 27°C | Night: 19–22°C Humidity — around 80% day and night We are not using any nutrients yet, as the soil is already rich and provides everything she needs for now. We really love how she looks — what do you guys think? Drop your comments, ask questions, don’t be shy! Let’s share experience and knowledge — we’re all here to learn and help each other 🤝

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. TrolMaster Hub & Data Monitoring Throughout the week, we have been closely monitoring our grow using the TrolMaster App TM+. We are displaying some of the collected data for everyone to see the details. Stay tuned as we explore this further in the next report! As always, we want to extend a huge thank you to our sponsors and the amazing community. Special thanks to Aptus, Groovebags, Cannakan, Promix, Ziggy Papers, TrolMaster, and Plagron, Zamnesia and Grow Diaries for making the Eternity Cup possible. I apprecilove the support from all sides—lovers, haters, competitors, and fellow growers. The competition continues to push us to improve, and i am thrilled to see the incredible reports from others. This is a challenging yet rewarding experience, and i couldn’t be happier to be part of it. For those following along, we invite you to check out our YouTube channel, where we upload full 4K episodes showcasing the entire journey. Some episodes are too large to be uploaded directly to Grow Diaries, so YouTube is the best place to catch everything in high definition. This marks the end of VEG, and we are officially ready to flip to FLOWER. Next week, we will dive into the TrolMaster System in action, check the data insights, and monitor how the garden adapts to the shift. Stay tuned! Day 36. Big week . New light was added and rhythm changed to 12/12. Pot was top uped with 3 handfulls of BioBizz Worm Castings. 1.5 g of Biosys and 1.5 g of Great White were added too. After training she got 2l of water, slowest drinker at the moment. Girl got small defoliation, when you bent main top, one fan leaf is always staying in everyone's way, so he had to go. Think to do big clearing on day 14-18 of flower. Got first wave of LST, main top was lowered, couple leaves and one shoot were repositioned and secured too.. Genererally stem is thick, needed two places to tie, to make any movement, side shoots are developing evenly too, all thanks to : TS1000 by Mars Hydro, great light, did perfect job during veg period, now i added one more for better coverage of long tent. Think in tent 1x1m i could manage to flower all 3 without any ad ons .... Great small light for amazing price. Day 40. Girl develops nice and even, good colour and i am happy with her. Day 42. New training day, first time took so many away, girl lost 10-15 leaves, most were huge, no bottom clearing still. 2.5 liters of 6.3 water went in. Happy Growing !!!
