Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

Next week is the last week before 2 weeks flash:) I'm a bit sad that they haven't become any real fat buds, but the next run will be with extremely good seeds, you can look forward to it. Hi@ALL, it's the end of the second flowering week, unfortunately, I’m dealing with fungus gnats. As a countermeasure, I’ve used nematodes. The challenge is that during the flowering phase, I prefer to let the soil dry out completely before watering. However, nematodes require consistently moist conditions to survive. Additionally, I’ve read that nematodes can take three to four weeks to eliminate all the eggs – quite a long time. I might also try neem oil. Also, I’ve noticed that the tips of 20%-25% of the leaves have turned brown and become crispy. This occurs both at the top and bottom of the plant. I suspect I’ve provided too much light. My biggest challenge currently is finding the right light intensity. I’m using an AC Infinity Ionframe EVO3 with 280W. According to the instructions, I should operate it at 100% intensity during the flowering phase when it’s 30 centimeters away. However, that feels like a full-blown laser show for the plant. (supposedly around 1600 PPFD). Now I’ve positioned it at 45 centimeters and 70% intensity. According to the Photone App, the upper part of the plant receives approximately 900-1000 PPFD. Unfortunately, I can’t fully trust my smartphone an the app… well, that’s what happens when you turn everything into science 😅 And one more thing caught my attention: the smell. It’s not there. I can hardly smell anything. My GG#4 is three weeks old and fills the entire room with its strong odor, but the L.A. Amnesia simply doesn’t smell like anything. Somehow, that worries me a little 😩 Overall, the plant seems "healthy" and does its thing, but I’m unsure whether to prune the lower branches. 26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet.
