Day 1 of week 3 flower loads of small buds everywhere will be finishing flower burst feed end of this week then starting the pk9-18 should start seeing some big buds on there soon. Starting to smell decent and seeing loads of growth on the buds everyday!

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty from Zamnesia, a plant from the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents, the primette result is great, let's also try the Karen Kush. I was amazed by the perfect branding for this strain and so let it be Karen. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Day 30 Its Monday, I topped the upper branches. I now have 20 branches and have my final structure. Now all that remains is LST. Day 34 Added a CO2 bag and a little gentle LST. Day 36 Last LST for this week ------‐-------------------- R.I.P. little clone. - to hot (27°C) - to bright light

As mentioned in the last entry I've repotted the Sticky Broccoli, the roots base is well established and healthy looking. The new pot is filled with the same Royal Mix Plagron Soil and pre humidfied the soil with a water and Power roots mix containing ratio of 1ml/L. Update 25/01: Added pictures after topping

Increased the lights to 50% here. This made the temp in the tent higher. As you can see we have moved to a larger pot. This soil in the new pot is 33% our organic mix and 66% Happy Frog. Still no nutrients needed because of what is in the soil mix.

Plants are comming up to finish, defoliated all fan leaf leaving sugar leaf only. Plants given water only as plenty or residual nutes still in the soil. Possiably going to harvest end of the week as new set are starting to stretch and need to be placed in the tent.

She's progressing nicely. So far just a little water each day is making her a happy plant.

Day 77 beggining of week 12. These girls are gonna be ready to chop in the next few days trichomes are looking pretty well balanced. The smell is just amazing they are so resinous. Just brushing up against them leaves a sticky stench on your skin. Think I kinda fucked up with the stardawg should have maybe kept it on veg nutes for longer because she is really suffering from nitrogen deficiency now but guess it's too late to do anything about it. I reckon she would have been my biggest yeilder yet if everything would have gone to plan but she was a strange plant from the go with lots of leaf mutations and was really slow into flower compared with the other 3 and she was also nearly 10 days younger than the others too. Buds are super dense on the zkittlez and gelato and medium on the smoothie. Am looking forward to getting these copped and up to hang.

This grow cycle was one of my best from start to finish I had 5 females 4 of which were brilliant all shown colour all fruity gassy and amazing only the one was bland and green in colour and smelt different really good nug atructure but the smell wasn't there for me ... this is around my fifth grow and I'll be running these strains again to get it down to one pheno of these genetics

flush has started 4 days ago. Her buds are swelling up and she is getting pretty close. Trichomes are mostly cloudy. here is day 56 of flowering

Dit wordt de laatste week dat ze de power roots en pure zyme krijgt, vanaf volgende week zal ik deze vervangen voor de green sensation. Ik zal gedurende de week foto's updaten. CAFE RACER 22/4---->13/8 Everything was fine until week 4 when i brought her to my garden. The changing environment slowed her down. Week 7 starts to appear preflower. Streching lasts for 3 weeks(streching x2) Week 4 of bloom starts to smell ( weak) Week 7-8 of bloom: rains a lot so the humidity is high so i harvested her by week 8 of bloom.
