The ladies are getting close, all trichomes are white and milky with very little amber, so I decided to start the flush today, and I will harvest the Apple Fritter and Durban Thai X C99 next Saturday. Has been doing well the past week the growth is coming along nicely. Started nutrients and a fan schedule to strengthen stock has been set. Well come back in 1 week to check growth and monitor daily temp and hummidity is key.

Clones are nice and rooted threw off some new growth. So its time to rock and roll into flower. Get this breeding underway. Been on 12/12 for couple days now and the male has soared. Definitely gunna be more than adequate height to dump pollen down on my ladies. I treated with Dr zhymes as s preventative. I also got them on a balanced feed. So it's basically day 66 on BK and day 58 on GG thinking about start to flush them... They look gorgeous and full of trichomes, smell still missing but I'm fine with it... Next update in week

Drying ended after 12 days. Trimming took around 1 1/2 hours and was really easy. No real small or larfy buds to speak of. I'm surprised how well it did considering how high the humidity was in flower it is a very resilient plant. Smoked pretty well off the bat, but needs just a little time to smoke the best. After curing for a month is super smooth and makes fore a very nice dubes. its almost gone! My friend loved it.

They are moving quickly these days! I’m using FF nutrients, then just water, then a mixture of molasses, recharge, and epsom salt, and then water again. Not sure if I’m overdoing it but they seem happy.

The girl is hungry and asked for 5 liters watering. (1200 ml has flowed through)😋

Day 69 of cycle - day 32 of flowering.. My biggest plant in size since I started growing 3 years ago.. I qm really happy with what is coming out of this besuty gelato.. I am impressed by the growth and health of this babe.. many branch sides with many top buds.. the smell is amazing, that good gelato we all know.. let’s fatten it up and I can’t wait to smoke it.. let’s go

Making the ties and defoliating to the light enter in the center of the plant.

13/6: the light change worked incredibly well!! Switching from 75W(drawn 35W) to 1000W(drawn 120W) helped the flowers develop incredibly well in the past 7 days, now I can call them proper BUDS!!! Now, technically next week (Wednesday) is supposed to be harvest day from my original plan, but I worry that the 2-ish weeks that the plant stayed stunned may increase this period, I'll keep a close eye on the colour of the thrychomes, if they don't start turning amber this week I might push it another two. Now that humidity is correct and the flowers are growing, the plant started drinking WAY more, and now the usual 1L every two/three days just isn't enough, so I switched to 2L of PHd water at a 6.3/6.5 range every 48 hours, and I have a feeling that in the next week I may have to start water it every day as it keeps increasing its flowers. VERY excited for the next 14 days, can't believe its been almost a 4 months journey, I really want to see those buds fatten up :)

Beginning of week.. She is doing amazing! Runoff is right where it needs to be.. leaves are looking nice and green with not so much leaf burning on the tips anymore.. new sets of leaves daily! Gonna need to lollipop a bit more. She should produce a decent harvest! So excited to see what she does in flower! So far, I've noticed that she is making some purple striped stiples at the very crown of each (future) cola! So so excited! Need to raise light up a bit.. I think she's getting over 1000 micromols at the center sine she has stretched a bit... Next day.. Whoops.. not sure how the hell she managed to stretch up to 1400+ micromols so quick.. had to raise the light quite a bit and also dim her down just a tad.. now the center is getting exactly 950 micromols in the center and around 650 - 700 micromols around the edges of the tent (footprint). Perfect! I noticed some purpling on a couple of the higher leaves.. these were the leaves getting over 1400 micromols and temps have been another lower than anticipated. So if she starts turning purple this early on, then WOW!.. She should make some pretty colorful colas! Mid week.. She really needs a haircut. She has grown a few nodes on each branch just in the last 7 days or even less. So beautiful! Humidity is being a bitch right now. Up to 70% and my dehumidifier can't even get it to drop a little.. ugh. Cold front blowing through as I type this, so hopefully it'll blow this moisture out by the end of the day. Pistols should be making a crown pretty soon! Still stretching like crazy. She still has plenty of head room for it.. but damn, I really need to get some of these leaves and lower branches out of the way. That should help bring the RH down quite a bit too.. I know she isn't THAT big, but it's still gonna take me awhile to trim her up.. kinda wondering if I could wait till next week and get it all done at once.. cuz I feel like she may need one more with the speed she's been stretching at. Next day... Went ahead and removed ALOT of foliage.. humidity should go down quite a bit.. these leaves give off a very strong skunky scent.. can't wait to see the terp action of this strain! "OoOo.. 01/11 True week one of flower. These girls don’t like being fed full strength nutes. They definitely stretch a lil more directly under the HPS. The other girls getting more MH light def don't have the same stretch. I will be switching out the MH for a HPS and adding a LED in the next couple days. 01/12 Changed the MH with the HPS. both lights kicking at 1150w with the UVB’s. With the plants over 5’ tall its not enough light. There is soo much photosynthetic surface area + i have not defoliated one leaf the entire grow. I will remove the all of the growth about 2’ up on each plant this weekend.
