Black Muffin Harvest Report The Black Muffin Monster really impressed me. She grew into a beautiful and strong plant with dense, resinous buds and an amazing aroma. Unfortunately, I suspect she developed a fungal infection, probably Fusarium, which forced me to remove about four side branches. Still, the rest of the plant stayed healthy and finished strong. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and excited to see how she turns out after drying and curing. It was a great experience despite the challenges.

Dried in tent about 12 days. My inexperience in growing made this grow a bit of a headache at times. I got good news and bad news. The good news is, I got a shit ton of quality 100% feminized Glookies seeds. The bad news is, I got a shit ton of 100% feminized Glookies seeds. The left plant turned out good, it got pollenated from the hermie on right. I really like the bag appeal of Glookies with the left plant... the right hermie plant that revegged in week 3 still got 350 grams of average smokable buds. The left plant got 612.3 grams of pretty dense nugs. Still, even tho I pulled hundreds of seeds from lower buds and killed a lot weed digging them out, there are still a lot in the buds. Can’t wait for next Glookies harvest!!! 😀😃😄😁😆 Now what do with a shit ton of seeds? 🤔

Hi Guys ! The plant suffered of a Nitrogen/Calcium deficiency, so I fed her with more FloraMicro and I raised the CaliMagic dose for the past week. She's lookin fine today ! I think I killed all the bugs, I added some Neem Powder on the top of the soil and 3/4cm of clay peebles ! The blooming really starts and this little girls starts to smell weakly. I just remove the leaves that covered the Bud, and I did some LST that works a lot ! See you next week, keep on growing !🕉️

Made it to week three. 🙏🏼 BioBizz Grow Nutes gone in today at 50% of recommended dose.. My fabric 3 gallon pots arrive tomz and I’m potting up in 50% BioBizz All Mix & 50% BioBizz Light Mix soil. Soaking the all mix soil first for 36 hrs as recommended from BioBizz.. Excited to see how they come along this week.. Update 6th September: All four Girls potted into their 3 gallon fabric pots with a 50/50 mix of BioBizz All Mix and Light Mix. No Nutes this week to let the girls settle into their new homes.. Think I might of had a very slight touch of Nutes burn from last weeks lot of Nutes even thou I was using only a fraction of the recommended doses, so I’m gonna let them be this week. Also the pots have made my girls much closer to my 300w LED so I’m gonna have to watch for that and as I have no extra roof space in the tent, so I might need invest in a dimmer switch if things look too hot.. Update 8th September: Started LST training yesterday and the girls have leaned/stretched into their new positions nicely over night, readjusted the pegs a little more today to train them a little more.. Think they are going to need adjusting daily as they seem to be growing faster now their in their big pots.. Enjoying the process so far 😍 Happy growing all!! ✌️🏼🌱

Things are goin by smoothly started to give them some calimagic in low doses so they can get use to it. The upper 4 more so towards the left I believe are white Runtz because they all have similarities, and the bottom three in a triangle are all mac and jacks because again they all have similarities, the last two smaller ones I believe may be gelato but I still don’t know. Goin to start giving them low dose feeds and gradually increase it. *Pre-flowers have micro trichomes upon formation, LOL. Based on my early observation, I predict that these will be frosty frosty on the trichomes. Added 20lbs of black lava rock as mulch, raising soil temp around 1 and a half degrees to 72.8F. Some nice little bud formations are creeping up already. Nice little foliar spray of some aminos to the underside of the leaf. Hard to guage or know how much the aminos help, but after reading how energy intensive it is for the plant to make them from scratch its something I feel I need to do as a habit. An EC (Electrical Conductivity) meter, one that's made for the soil, it's so useful, as it indirectly indicates soil moisture as well as salt mineral nutrient levels. Just pop your metre stick in the soil and if ec is low, then it's time to water. Once there is water to assist in the conduction of electricity, the EC" will kick back up. 0.3-1.8, if it stays low, then you know it's time to add more mineral salt ferts! While Electrical Conductivity primarily indicates the overall salt content in soil, pH provides information about the relative proportion of cations (positively charged ions) in the soil's salt capacity. High EC signifies a higher salt concentration, while pH reflects the balance of cations like calcium, magnesium, potassium, ammoniacal nitrogen, sodium, and hydrogen. Smaller leaves have less surface area for stomata to occupy, so the stomata are packed more densely to maintain adequate gas exchange. Smaller leaves might have higher stomatal density to compensate for their smaller size, potentially maximizing carbon uptake and minimizing water loss. Environmental conditions like light intensity and water availability can influence stomatal density, and these factors can affect leaf size as well. Leaf development involves cell division and expansion, and stomatal differentiation is sensitive to these processes. It's been 47 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍.
